An Lam Saigon River – a peaceful escape just minutes from the city Such a beautiful and relaxing place! From the moment you board the little boat across the river, you feel like you’ve left Ho Chi Minh City behind. The resort is surrounded by lush greenery, with stunning riverside views and a calm, natural vibe. My room was spacious, spotless, and designed with so much attention to detail. The staff were amazing — genuinely kind and attentive. My Villa Host (Triet) went above and beyond, always checking in and making everything effortless. The food at Luc Binh restaurant was delicious, especially the local Vietnamese dishes and the beautiful breakfast by the river. If you’re after peace, privacy, and great service, this is the perfect spot. It’s close enough to the city but feels a world away. I left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to return! I stayed here for 4 nights in early November 2025. It is an amazing place. I was solo on a little motorcycle. Perfect location just outside of the center of Saigon. The staff and facilities are soooo nice and the 30 minute boat ride is an excellent way for day trips in and out of the city. Drop off and pick up in the heart of Saigon. The spa is fantastic along with the 2 restaurants. I had 2, 90 minute massage sessions. 110% !! ||The room I stayed in was beautiful. A29. Well stocked with all of the amenities one could need. ||I need say no more. If you are questioning staying here.....do not. It is FANTASTIC. ||Thank You Tran! ||Matt from Seattle :)

We came for a friend s wedding. What a surprise this river fronted resort is.|The staff are the best and run a very smart resort set in trees and lush vegetation.|Food options we tried here are fantastic. We chose the Viet dining option in the river restaurant and absolutely no complaints. We did a happy hour session at the Italian restaurant which is stunning.|Buffet breakfast had all the tasty choices and healthy options.|Gym had all the right equipment and the pool a decent size around 18 mtrs.|Resort fast boat complimentary from resort if required to do a shop in Saigon. About 30 mins each way. |A tip. It's hectic to cross the main arterial road outside boat dropoff point. If you are walking to saigon square market, turn left directly on exit from boat exit ferry terminal. A short walk there is a proper pedestrian crossing that stops the traffic. Otherwise we did the opposite direction risking life and limb dashing across the very busy dual lane carriageway on a pedestrian crossing point with no red stop sign.|Remember this is a destination resort so not much surrounding the area.|Enjoy the stay and chill.

The White Lotus arrival by speed boat and welcome by the staff and GM blew us away. The room, breakfast and dreamy tropical setting were amazing. Our butler Tran Pham was very pleasant and took care of us very well. She anticipated all our needs and was on the pier with the butlers of other guests to wave us all off when we departed by boat. It has an exceptional wedding venue by the river but away from the accommodation - lots of space for the garden ceremony and cocktails plus a big ballroom for the wedding banquet. The 7 course degustation menu was sensational and there were so many well trained staff serving delicious food in exquisite crockery. The best wedding we have ever attended and there were 70 fellow guests from Australia plus 50 from Ho Chi Minh.

Our stay at A Lam was truly unforgettable. We arrived exhausted and stressed, but within just a few hours, thanks to our incredible butler Nhu, all the tension melted away. She anticipated every need before we even had to ask—planning our perfect day in Ho Chi Minh City and even finding an amazing vegetarian spot that became a highlight of our trip.||Nhu made us feel like family. Her warmth, thoughtfulness, and care transformed our holiday. I honestly don’t know how I’ll manage without her back in everyday life! 😂||We left feeling rested, happy, and so grateful. The food at An Lam was absolutely sensational, and the Vietnamese cooking class with Head Chef Bao was a real treat—we can’t wait to recreate the dishes at home.||Thank you, Nhu, and the entire An Lam team. You made our stay magical. We’ll miss you and can’t wait to return!

Really enjoyed this stay in a unique location on a river. Kids loved the private pool and the 2 bed apartment was comfortable for our family (note rooms don’t join by an internal door which might be a concern if you have very young kids but was fine for ours). Gardens are beautiful, gym is good and restaurant is excellent and reasonably priced for a hotel of this standard - breakfast was our favourite in Vietnam

We appreciated very much the warm welcome (and cold refreshing drink!) we received upon our arrival. Our room was beautiful and clean. The staff at meal times were attentive and accommodating. Our butler Ms. Nhu was very kind and quick to reply to our queries and requests. |We thank the whole team for making our short stay at An Lam worthwhile!

From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations, the boat ride was great even though we were caught in a storm, the food was delicious, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming and the spa was simply heavenly. Every experience felt thoughtfully curated and truly relaxing.||A special mention must go to Tran, who was nothing short of phenomenal. She ensured every need was taken care of and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. Her attentiveness and genuine care made a lasting impression.|| One piece of advice for future guests: try to request a ground-floor room with no one above you. The rooms themselves are lovely, but you can hear footsteps from the floor above. If you're a light sleeper like me and happen to have restless neighbors, it can be a challenge. Thankfully, Tran once again came to the rescue and quickly arranged for me to sleep in a different room for the night, her support made all the difference.
