Outstanding service & fresh food! The staff is always so nice. There is a specific server who smiles all the time. Very pleasant visit. Update: We went here again tonight & it was fantastic. There was a bit of a wait because they were busy tonight & the server was so apologetic about it but it wasn't his or their fault(s). The food was delicious and my whole family enjoyed their meals and their time there. Thank you so much! 🩷

Me and my wife loved our dining experience at An Ngon. The place was bustling when we arrived, but we were able to get a table pretty soon. I ordered the Mixed Meat Noodle Soup, while she got the Beef Brisket Noodle Soup. We preferred the Brisket. To accompany the meal we got the Vietnamese Iced Coffee, which was very refreshing. The portions are huge, so ordering a small size should be sufficient. A must visit in Mississauga and highly recommended!

Google
It was quite close to my house. I walked to it when I just moved in new residence. It was big outside & inside. It seemed the kind of restaurant that is always full. That means the food should tastes great. Customer service js good & fast. This reminds me of a different Vietnamese franchise. It’s similar in regards of decorations & setting. Pricing is alright; portion is huge with a few free condiments. I enjoyed it for what it is. I’d say it’s better quality in comparison to other local Vietnamese restaurants. The restaurant is big but it’s quite busy most time in day. Therefore, you might consider booking for a family table before going.

My recent visit is pleasant ☺️. Come around 5 pm on Sunday, not too crowded, so service is really quick. Food takes around 15 minutes to prepare. Food come with a a good portion, but the sauce is a little too sour (maybe a little less vinegar). My friend fish noodle soup also a little too sour and the fish haven't been clean out the bone properly. Overall, it was good service and a nice experience, but I hope they fix the food a little.

We dined here on a cold snowy afternoon. Loved the decor and the ambiance firstly. Service was quick and when our drinks had not come they were so quick to respond and rush them asap. Was surprised at how busy the place was. Their soups were fantastic and so were the Shrimp rolls. Only wish the peanut sauce had a little more oomph to it as the rolls are pretty bland . The smoothies were 3/5 The complimentary hot tea was so so good! Will def be coming back to try other dishes. Parking can be a little difficult but try finding in the alley beside it.

Overall, everything was good. For sizes, the medium and large were pretty much the same … except more noodles. They also forgot our vietnamese ice coffee, and served it incorrectly when asked for less ice. Pho was good overall. Atmosphere is very decorative. Would visit again.

Google
Delicious. It’s always packed, even in the middle of a weekday. The atmosphere is nice, cute enough for a date night spot but casual enough for lunch with coworkers or friends. The food is excellent. Everything tastes fresh and I love that the chilli sauces on the side seem to be made fresh. The staff are super nice, just friendly and helpful. Overall, I love coming here and I’m always craving it. Highly recommend!

Google
Wanting Pho on an extremely chilly day, we dined at a nearby Vietnamese restaurant. Looked like the place was designed with some interior artwork from framed paintings to floral decors. Was warmly welcomed by a friendly staff who seated us right away. Browsed the menu and placed our orders. Orders came in a flash and we devoured the hot soup. By the way, the house tea had a distinct taste that I really enjoyed. When paying, I noticed that there’s always an option to tip 10%, 15% etc. They only accept cash or debit transactions, not credit cards. Thank you! It was a great experience, I liked it!

Yelp
This is my family's go to Vietnamese restaurant in 'sauga. This is a very popular Vietnamese restaurant in Mississauga because as soon as they opened at 11 am on the Saturday we were there, the restaurant was almost full by 11:30 am. We usually get their bún bò huê'. This is a popular order so make sure you come early before it sells out. Another popular dish is the free range/yellow chicken with yellow rice and salad. We've previously tried ordering both the bún bò huê' and chicken dish and they were sold out twice. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're in the area and you're craving Vietnamese food. PS: They only accept cash or debit.

Yelp
Clean restaurant serving flavorful dishes! Been here only during early dinner so service has always been fast and never needed to wait for a table. I made a special visit on Tuesday to try the crab udon. It was yummy and had a bit of different kind of protein - interestingly it included 4 peeled shrimp tails and only 1 shrimp head (where did the other 3 heads go?) Also, there's definitely not as much topping than what's displayed on the menu and I felt jipped on the udon. The beef bone noodle dish is so worth it. Holy, not only is the portion of the beef huge but they give a lot of noodles. As much as I love the flavors, the soup never comes out hot. It's just enough to be called warm and gets cold quickly.

Yelp
Taste n quality wise, this is the best Vietnamese restaurant within sauga hands down (Pho Ngoc Yen 2nd, I Love Pho 3rd), been coming here many times since opening as Pho Anh Vu but it's been changed to An Ngon Vietnamese Cuisine recently. Pho wise, they use good quality beef (u can taste the difference compare to other places), the broth they don't use as much MSG compared to other places (where u ll be drinking lots of water afterwards, this place not so much) Broken rice wise, very big portions at the very beginning, but it shrinked down since. Vermicelli wise, used to have very big portions, but lately not as much, less vermicelli but still lots of meat. Service wise, don't expect too much from here, it's kinda slow n sometimes they forget ur order, if it's taking too long, just remind them to check on ur order. Also they are mostly Vietnamese speaking, only a few servers would understand English, so point to the item u want on the menu to show the server, there's a few times they got 1 or 2 items wrong on our orders. Restaurant wise, decor is nice and trendy. This place is always packed during lunch n dinner, expect a wait. There's an iPad near the front of the restaurant where u can put down ur name, phone # n party size, they ll text u when the table is rdy. I wouldn't suggest coming here on a hot day for a bowl of pho, as AC isn't adequate within, u ll be sweating balls eating a hot bowl of pho.

Yelp
Passed through Mississauga on a road trip, and we decided to go for soup noodles, since it was a cold winter day! We got here just before 12pm, and shortly afterwards, there was a huge line! The fish noodle soup (bun cha) was warm and savoury with dill infused flavours, and the pho was clean and comforting. While the restaurant is very busy and bustling, the decorations are cute and welcoming, and the servers were prompt with their service.

Yelp
Amazing Vietnamese food in Mississauga! The pho broth was flavourful and loaded with meat. I like that they added cilantro, which a lot of places don't. The bun cha was fragrant with dill and super yummy! Loved the crispy spring rolls as well! There was a constant line up, which is a good sign! But it moves fast. The interior was clean and loved the Vietnam vibes they created.

Yelp
Small menu but food never disappoints. Owner introduced himself to us and was nice enough to help us set up for birthday cake cutting. Side note, the tea is so good!

Yelp
Great experience with Vietnamese cuisine! I liked the coffee, but I really missed having a dessert--I was craving one. When I asked for desserts, they showed me the appetizer menu, which was mostly snacks and had no sweets. The portions were generous, as you can see in the picture--I shared them with my friend.

Yelp
We used to be a big fan of their old store close to Yorkdale...the pho is a bit salty compared to the one we had before...but in general it is a good pho Service is pretty fast...waiter is very welcoming and considerate. Friendly environment for family meal! Indoor decoration here is amazing and good for photo shooting well well well if you are instagram lover this would be a big plus

Yelp
Our family of 8 came in to try. We live in the states and wanted to try Viet food here in Toronto. Service was fast and friendly even though they were pretty busy . The interior was very clean and nicely decorated. Highly recommend bun cha Ha noi and bun ca . Huge portion and they did't skim on veggies. Everything was flavorul . My family ordered Pho and com Tam and they all liked it. We will definitely come back when we have a chance.

Yelp
This restaurant is now called, "An Ngon" and is using the same menu as, Pho Anh Vu. Even on a Tuesday at 12:30pm, the restaurant was 90% full. I can see why. The food here is delicious. Everything we ate was seasoned and cooked perfectly and is great for sharing. Even though the restaurant was busy, service was good. Do order the fish sauce with sticky rice first as it does take 20 minutes to cook and is noted on the menu. The beef muscle pho is something I have never seen at any restaurant and it's so good here. So tender and there's so much meat and fresh rice noodles. The broth was perfect too. They are very generous with their portion size. I would definitely order the same dishes again except for the fresh rolls. The peanut sauce was watery and it did not have enough flavor. Look closely at their menu as there is a few items that is only available during the weekends or in limited quantities. Note, cash or debit card only!

Tyler L.

Yelp
Food is good, servers and ambiance are nice. Consistently a good experience. The first time I visited for dinner, the rib pho (P7) was unavailable. You need to come early for this dish. I managed to order this dish on my second visit, and it was amazing. I received two pieces of rib with meat, and a huge third bone with so much tendon. I have never had anything like it. This dish gets a strong recommendation from me !

Yelp
We came to try the new location in Mississauga as the OG North York location was such a hit. We went around 2 pm on Sunday and there was a bit of a wait. I got the special Bun Bo Hue that was only available on the weekends. Food came really fast. This was the best BBH I've had in my life, even better than the ones I had in Vietnam. The bowl was huge, stuffed with so much meat. But the star of the show was the broth. I could taste the umami flavor from the shrimp paste. I struggled to finish, and was full of the rest of the day. Service was efficient, and the interior was surprisingly cute. I liked the murals inspired by war era Vietnam. Pho Anh Vu continues to be my #1 favorite Viet spot in the city/GTA.

Yelp
Great pho! I've heard good things about this place all over social media and through word of mouth. I tried their fish sauce wings and they're AMAZING!
google avatar

Claudine L.

Yelp
This is my second time coming here and it is always packed. The first time we got pho and their chicken wings. This time we grabbed pho and tried their summer roll. The pho broth was tasty and had a nice, clean flavour to it. They were generous with their meat too. I shared a bowl with my partner and we still had enough for each of us. The service was surprisingly quick considering how busy they were (there was a queue outside too). I have enjoyed the food both times I came here. The interior was also nicely decorated.

Yelp
Hello to a new Vietnamese restaurant in the city!! I love Viet food so it was nice to finally try it with friends. They have an iPad waiting system in place and we were lucky that for a table of 8, we were seated in about 5 mins for a busy, late, Sunday lunch. It was definitely packed!!! The decor was quite interesting, especially the four canvases of Vietnam. For such a place, I was surprised that there's only one female washroom. Servers' English competency weren't the greatest even though they look young. They had trouble answering some of our questions. The meals did not come together, but spread out within 10-15 mins from the first dish. My chicken vermicelli had more meat then expected. The flavour was there, for $17. More pickled carrots would be nice!! Everyone appeared to enjoy the food. I would go back to try their other dishes, perhaps on a weekday when it's less busy.

Yelp
Really nice authentic pho restaurant in Mississauga. Easy to find and lots of parking in outdoor plaza. There can be line ups but there is an automatic join wait list iPad and the staff are very efficient to get you seated. We tried the shrimp salad roll, rare beef pho, chicken spring roll bun. Good portions. Love the beef pho soup lots of toppings fresh and flavourful. Chicken bun was simple and excellently done. Menu has some authentic Vietnamese selections only available on the weekend. They only serve beef and other specialty pho soups. No chicken pho. Service fast and friendly. Overall authentic pho restaurant in the area.

Yelp
Just visited this place yesterday. Second visit to this location. It wasn't too busy before the lunch hour, but as time passed, it got busier. My friend ordered the number 16 rare beef pho and I got the number 19 with rare beef, flank and beef balls. We also got the spring rolls. Cold or hot tea is served based on your preference as well as the season. Food arrived promptly and really hit the spot on a cold winter day. The pho was good. The only critic I have is the noodles were clumped together instead of being separated. The broth was clear and rich in flavour. The spring rolls were good and crispy, not overfried. Although the price of the spring rolls is much to be desired. As you can see from the photos, the atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing. It allows you to relax and take your time. There are also small decorations intended to remind you of being in Vietnam. The major critic I have for pho anh vu is that they only accept cash or debit. So prepare to bring some cash or your debit card with you to this restaurant. It would be nice when they decide to accept credit.

Yelp
This place was beautifully decorated. They get busy pretty quickly but the staff was so attentive and the service was fast. I had their special pho (Pho Dac Biet). It consisted of all the meat (eye round beef, brisket, meatballs, tripe and tendons). The soup was savoury and rich, while the fresh bean sprouts, cilantro and mint leaves kept the dish refreshing. It was incredibly flavourful. Definitely a must try!

Yelp
Popped in for lunch not expecting it to be too busy, but I was wrong. It wasn't overflowing and there was no wait for a table, there were a few larger tables empty but the small tables were all occupied. I don't know if it's because I haven't gone out to eat much, or if this pho place was just more expensive, but I found prices to be quite high, and menu items quite limited compared to other places. But having said that, after my small pho arrived, the cost of my bowl of noodles was somewhat justified. I had rare beef, flank steak and beef balls. Percentage of meat vs noodles, there was much more meat than noodles. Soup was good and I didn't get the usual msg thirsty-ness after eating at Asian restaurants. I might be back for lunch if I'm in the office but at these prices I'll have to space out my lunch outings.

Yelp
New location in Mississauga and I totally rate it. The restaurant is super busy so expect to wait in line. Luckily I know the owner so he squeezed me through the crowd to sit first. It doesn't matter what time you go as it is continually busy from open to close. However the wait isn't too long as many people eat and leave. The restaurant was very spacious and beautiful with Vietnamese inspired decor all around the place. The cashier walls were painted with a beautiful mural of ladies in traditional áo dài while the side wall was decorated with commissioned paintings from Vietnam. For a very busy restaurant, it was very clean unlike most Vietnamese restaurants. Pho Anh Vũ franchise is very well known for its pho dishes. Oh boy, that might have been the best tasting pho my fiancé has eaten so far.. tender meat and very rich broth too. Recommend trying their signature dishes like bún chả Hanoi, bún cá Haiphong and bun Bo hue, all of which are my favourite Vietnamese noodle dishes.
google avatar

Megann D.

Yelp
TLDR: you have to try this place!! I ordered #16 on the menu, just pho with beef - there's A LOT of beef (which makes the price so worth it), and the broth is delicious I also had a couple of bites of the bun bo hue, it was so good - highly recommend it! The service was only okay for a non-busy time on a Sunday, but the ambiance of the place was unique. I would definitely go back and have it on my list to try the other locations.

Yelp
One of the best pho places in Sauga! The interior is totally different from other Viet estaurants; they have many plants and a blossom tree , giving it a true Vietnamese vibe. Apparently we wanted to try the pho suon bo xi quach, which is the pork bone noodle soup, but they had already sold out by 1 pm. So, I ordered the special Bun Bo Hue, which is only available from Friday to Sunday. It is the best Bun Bo Hue I've ever had. They served beef, crab cake, homemade sausage, and ham hock. I particularly enjoyed their crab cake and homemade sausage, as they were filled with many ingredients. The soup broth was absolutely flavorful and delicious. We also tried their special rice noodle soup, which is pho and it served with various meats and delicious soup too. All of their portions are huge and I couldn't finish it all, so I saved some for another meal. Also, they have side toppings on each table, including different kinds of chili peppers and garlic. While it's slightly more expensive than some other Viet restaurants, the quality is worth it! I'd definitely go back again.

Yelp
Great pho place! We went on a Sunday around lunch time and the place was packed! (which was a great sign). Had to wait 15mins for a table but it was worth the wait! I loved the fact that they used AAA+ beef quality, but because of this it was a bit more on the pricier side. We also loved the fact it had a small size pho bowl, whereas other places only offer medium sizes and up. The broth was a bit salty but still tasted great! I ordered the rare beef pho, and I loved that the beef was super skinny and it had absolutely no fat on it whatsoever. Also ordered the bun ga thit nuong with grilled pork and spring roll to go. Tasted delicious and very fresh! The tea was great, just wished I could've stayed longer to have another cup but I had to go, oh well next time. We'll come back here for sure!
google avatar

Philp D.

Yelp
One of these better pho places in the area. Apparently, it is a chain from Markham and Scarborough. So far, the 3 or 4 times that I have been here, the food is always good and tasty. The staff does not speak fluent English, but they speak enough to make due. It is a bit expensive for a pho place (evenpost pandemic), but I do not mind. The interior is well done, and the place is kept clean, etc. If they lowered the price a bit, it would be 5 stars.

Yelp
Not bad, not bad for takeout. -10% OFF til May 21st, grand opening special! Discount also applies to takeout. Tip: Click on their "Menu" link at the top of the page, and NOT from the specific location as that link does not work. I also had to call a coupla times to get thru. The first time, I got the "voicemail has not been set-up" message, but I was able to get thru when I called back. A friend of mine posted their menu on facebook and since their menu link wasn't working when I called in, I ordered based on my friend's pic. I was looking fwd to ordering Bun Rieu - which was only available on Thursdays - but when I called, it wasn't available. Interior looks nice and it seemed busy in the middle of the afternoon! I ordered the Bo Bun Hue, it was good, no complaints. Packaged well for takeout. Pricey, BUT enough for 2ppl, so not bad considering. Everything is expensive now. I called ahead and my order was ready when I came. So it was efficient. Still working out their kinks, I guess since they opened last week. FYI, they only take Debit/Cash, no Credit!
google avatar

Courtney C.

Yelp
This place has definitely become my go-to-spot for Vietnamese food. I love the decor on the inside, it's clean and roomy. In my option, they have the best pho, bun bo hue, and Vietnamese iced coffee in all of Mississauga. Honourable mention would include their fish sauce chicken wings and crab cake spring rolls. Their fish sauce chicken wings are pretty tasty but it's a bit too sticky and the wings are not crispy enough. 3.5/5 Their crab cake spring roll is delicious and I love the presentation too. 4/5 Keep in mind that they are quite pricey, so it's up to you to decide if it's worth it or not. But this one is definitely a winner for me!

Yelp
The food here is really good. Great flavour and comes out in a decent time. Service could be improved as they are really understaffed for when the restaurant is at peak capacity. The plaza this restaurant is located in has ample parking but it's not very convenient. There's parking in the drive between Canada Computers and the restaurant but it can be a bit of a walk when it's busy. The food holds it own. But the service needs some sprucing up.

Yelp
Food was yummy and service was good ! Authentic flavours too .......will come back for repeat

Yelp
Opened in the early summer of 2023, Pho Anh Yu Mississauga is already getting rave reviews across GTA. We had a chance this week to see and taste why. Spoiler alert - Boy, it was heaven. The moment we set foot inside, we can feel the positive Asian vibe. The deco is lovely; I particularly like the lotus girl mural behind the cashier. It set the mood for something good to come. We ordered Pho Bac Biet, the special rice noodle with a generous amount of fresh meat & herb ingredients. What is their secret sauce, or what's in the broth? It was super duper tasty. Then next came the Bun Cha Hà Nội + Cha Gio, the Hà Nội style vermicelli noodle with grilled pork & spring roll. There is plenty of lettuce to wrap the ingredients. This plate is also fantastic and tastefully assembled. It is designed to let the customer compose their preference. Their attention to detail sets this restaurant apart from other Vietnamese restaurants. For example, they have a bunch of condiments on the side, like garlic, chopped with peppers and soaked in rice vinegar. It adds extra flavour when we add this to our bite. Mina (the boss) has managed this spot well; all the staff were friendly and efficient. We definitely will go back or try their other locations.

Yelp
Excellent pho Superb service Fair prices They have three locations as I understand.. I've tried the one in North York (Dufferin and Lawrence) and the one in Mississauga (Burnhamthorpe and Mavis)... I've yet to try the Markham location.

Yelp
Food is very good , the owner is very nice and kind. We love to come back and try out the Bun Bo Hue.

Yelp
This was one of the best experiences, and I recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes Vietnamese food. The food was quick to arrive within minutes of ordering, the only thing I don't like is that the restaurant is way too noisy but other than that, this is the perfect restaurant to eat Vietnamese food

Ho W.

Yelp
This location in Mississauga is NOT associated to the PHO ANH VU Background - this location didn't want to keep the high quality standards and was ask to leave franchise - however kept the name (dropping the H) The food is good if you need a quick craving. But if you want BETTER take a drive to one of the originals PHO ANH VU at 2781 HWY 7 in Concord (on the way to Vaughan Mills Outlet) I'm confident you will notice a difference in taste, quality and staff!

Yelp
Good food with pretty good service. They have a smaller menu but the items are authentic and executed well.

rina c.

Yelp
Stumbled upon this restaurant but turned out to be my best Vietnamese food experience. The grilled chicken and mango salad were especially good.

Itt V.

Yelp
I ordered a small pho ($16.95) because a large was almost $20. The soup was very tasty, the portions were bigger than a traditional "small", it was more medium sized, but put in a smaller bowl. When you have a medium sized portion in a small bowl, it makes it harder to eat because after putting in my bean sprouts, the ingredients were overflowing and there was not enough soup to keep it hot. It was very awkward to eat. I think if you want the best experience, I think you can try ordering a Large, but it will be too much for one person. They do not have the fresh red chilis that normally comes with the bean sprouts, but they do have chopped red Chili's mashed up on the side by the condiments section.

Yelp
I've eagerly been waiting for Pho Ahn Vu having heard good things about the location in North York but never having gone yet. Went today around 7:30 for a group of 6 and the wait was only a few minutes even when it was busy. Even though it was still fairly new, the staff was very friendly and attentive. The location has had different restaurants over the years but this was the first time entering and the location is very spacious with a good amount of seating. The food was very flavourful (the broth on the Pho Dac Biet and the Bun Bo Hue were both chef's kiss). The pho had a good amount of toppings and the beef was very tender. The chicken wing appetizer had a good balance of fish sauce, sweetness, and garlic that melded well. There were a few items on the menu we wanted to try but they were on specific dates/times, so will definitely be back next time (the number 22 Pho in particular with the big bone is only available from 11:30am-2 pm and the Bun Rieu is only available on Thursday).
google avatar

Stephen M.

Yelp
Tasty food, fast service and good pricing. Only negatives are a bit busy, and because of how popular they are the floors can be a bit slippery. I'd rate it as one of the better Vietnamese restaurants and a better, cheaper and faster option to crappy fast food chains. Expand your horizons and enjoy.

Mimi W.

Yelp
I was not expecting this place to be so delicious! Amazing flavours in everything tried. The decor is very tastefully done and romantic, great date night spot.

Claudia M.

Yelp
Food is excellent. If you're Viet you know, good pho broth vs average. Portions are great and it's always busy which is a good sign. Highly recommend.

Yelp
Pho is top class! Meats are tender, fresh. Soup is delicious. The best Pho I have tasted so far.

Genevieve S.

Yelp
The best Pho restaurants in Mississauga! The portions of the Pho are massive and love their spring rolls. Must try Pho #18 and coconut milk shake. The meat is so tender and the soup is so clear and tasty! The owner is very nice and always checks on their customer's satisfaction. My husband and I are such loyal customers to this restaurant! Will try more dishes in the future!

Ji Soo C.

Yelp
Best pho in Mississauga so far. I've been most of the pho places and this place is the most clean and professional.
