An Vista Hotel

The hotel is really nice and clean. It's slightly back from the main road so a little quieter but still a stone's throw away from being a stone's throw away from the beach. The breakfast is good but some of the popular items disappear straight away when groups go up and basically take the whole plate! The staff are usually quick to replace though. The swimming pool on the top floor is a bit small but it's really nice having it so high up and the views across the city are cool. I'd skip the restaurant food but there are plenty of nice places to eat nearby anyway. The best thing about this place though is the staff. Everyone is incredible, very attentive and intelligent (they all seem to speak multiple languages)! Special shout out to Nin for taking extra good care of us and sharing some great conversations. :)

The hotel is a good value, for the price you pay. It is clean and the rooms are nice and it's a five minute walk to the City Beach. The view from our room was not the best, I would recommend a sea view. The rooftop pool could also be a little nicer. The breakfast buffet actually has everything you need to strengthen yourself for the day. The staff is very helpful and nice. Thanks to Maria, Thi and Vi. (=

Another great stay at the Sunny hotel. Location and good clean rooms are excellent value for money. Above all else the customer service and genuine care for the guests are outstanding. It was my mother's 87th Birthday during our holiday. On the morning of her big day all the staff turned up to the dining room at breakfast with a birthday cake and sang happy birthday; very emotional. She had flown from uk to Vietnam to be with her grandchildren|The staff and in particular Nin Toph and Maria went beyond the call of duty to make her stay an enjoyable and memorable holiday. I would like to thank them for their help and care during our stay: something that is rare in most hotels I have stayed in Nha Trang! Handy little swimming pool on the roof, good basic breakfast and within a 5 minute walk of the beach, Louisiana's bar, water sports activities and the wonderful storey bar, this place ticks all the boxes for families, couples and singles. Can't reccomend the Sunny hotel highly enough. Thankyou once again and see you next year

A great experience while staying at An Vista Nha Trang, will strongly recommend to stay here to everyone and will definitely stay here if return for visiting. All staff and hotel manager is friendly and really helpful. The price is really worth of stay with the clean & comfy room that we have for one night. The only problem is they need to fix their washroom which it was flooded after we shower. Overall is an amazing stay over here. 5 star definitely.

A few things were broken, electrical outlets, shower head, but the staff fixed it quickly. Not sure about the gym, barely a gym but I suppose not many people use it. Pool is good, but hot on the roof during the day

||Stayed here again in Feb 2019. The hotel has changed hands but the service and hotel facilities were to the same high standards. Nin toph and Jason were outstanding in their job providing me with excellent help and assistance during my stay. It is rare to find such a high level of customer care in any hotel. I am looking forward to seeing seeing them again in July. Thank you all so much for making my stay such a pleasurable experience ||We stayed for 19 nights. My mother is 85 so I was a bit worried that the hotel would be of a low standard because of the price we paid. I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean light and airy. The hot water was constant. I even managed to have a bath every night! I always looked forward to breakfast in the spacious dining room: something that filled me up for the rest of the day. The swimming pool on the roof is a fantastic place for the kids and very clean and well maintained. I particularly liked the location. It is in a quiet area within a 5 minute walk to the beach, the water park and the rabbit hole night club. Great for the kids!! The staff were friendly and very helpful particularly Tom who always went out of his way to check everything was ok, organising some great value trips for us. Joy the restaurant manager was always smiling and helpful. I have stayed in many hotels in Nha trang. This is without doubt the best. I will be visiting Nha Trang next year and will be booking the sunny hotel for the rest of my family. I cant fault it and thank the staff for an amazing hoiday.

Okay, so I arrived really moody (or super sassy if you like), after 2 terrible hours on Viet public transport. After an initial misunderstanding, I was upgraded to a bigger room, with my preferred style bed, and the hotel staff went out of their way to satisfy my needs and improve my stay. And they did. The rooms are nice and clean, with all amenities. Staff is professional, friendly, speaks a sufficient English. There's a tour desk, but even after it closed, the receptionist took down all train times down for me, and offered to have the tickets brought to the room if necessary. Especially night manager, Mr Jack, was very entertaining and friendly (a lot of giggles) and helpful assuring access to the gym after hours, and Ms Maria who approached me during breakfast, and offered further assistance with my travel plans. Overall, a solid four star hotel, above Vietnam average, recommended by a difficult and needy traveler who is hard made satisfied. Recommended. Will return.

This hotel is in a great location, 2 minutes from a beautiful beach (they provide the beach towels) 7 minutes from the centre. The staff couldn't be nicer, willing to help with anything and always with a smile. Maria was especially helpful for us from booking day trips to recommendations and directions where to eat. Great views over the city particularly at nighttime.
