I have used few times now their services, but unfortunately, this is the second time in a row that the flowers I have received does not look like the one I ordered from their website. It is a shame, because their costumer service is great and very easy to place an order, with good selection. I would not mind to pay extra, as long the item looks like the actual photos and description on your website. I will not be in a rush to order again anytime soon.
