ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Grand Court Nagoya

Loved our stay here! The location couldn’t possibly be more convenient! There’s a train station right next door. There’s also a cute open air mall directly behind it. The staff and service are top notch. The rooms are big, beautiful and comfy. And that breakfast buffet is the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever seen in my life! Don’t forget to grab a strawberry pastry from the little case in the lobby! Our party of three thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would most definitely stay here again.

Lacey’s near kanayama station just 10mins from Nagoya station. Rooms are spacious and luxury. Fitness center 24hrs open and have treadmills and dump bells only. Breakfast is good and have more Japanese menu and quite English menu also.

I’ve stayed various good hotels but the hotel is no.1 so far! Staffs are very friendly but polite, they offer special arrangements by observing customers, so professional. The room was nice too, clean and spacious. The 2F restaurant for Dinner buffet was impressive too. Would like to try 30F French next time. Definitely we will com back!

Only suitable for business travellers! The hotel lifts was hold for business talk. My whole family needs to wait for them to finished their business talk. Too ridiculous! Booked for non-smoking room but still smell. Please ask for non-smoking level to ensure smoke free room. Otherwise, hotel room has great view and good location - 4 mins walk from train station.

This hotel is a less than 5 minute walk from the Nagoya Station. Very welcome after a long day of sightseeing and walking. The rooms did not disappoint and had a wonderful view of the city. The rooms were very clean, no shortage of hot water, and quiet. Sleep was not a problem. I do recommend the breakfast buffet on the 2nd floor. The food was good and the staff were very efficient. The lines moved quickly for the most part. Sometimes you had that diner who was overwhelmed with choices and indecision. Best way to end this review is to say that my family and I have visited Nagoya before. They have all stated that this is their favorite hotel. I agree!

While the service, the cleaness of the hotel, the location and view was amazing, everything else was not so much. I also did not enjoy that they did not have a laundrymat service in the hotel and we had to find somewhere else which was a drag. I also did not enjoy the bathroom and how it worked with the door being uncomfortable, including the bathroom floor which sounded hollow and very loud, which is most likely what we kept hearing from the floor above of us. The outlets and the lock box were also not working well either. For the price I wish the hotel was better.

The hotel staff upgraded my room and it was awesome! The hotel was quite old but still trending. Breakfast meals were great and I love how they prepare and serve it. Overall, my stay was what I have expected, the hotel was just few walk away from the train station and easy access to all places to visit. I will definitely want to stay here again and again!

Very pleasure stay. Good location, just beside the train station which can go to airport directly and many tourists place, a very short walking distance to hotel with cover, easy to get food surrounding. Slightly aged, but room is clean, bed is comfortable. Nice view from hotel. Will definitely stay again next time.

Great location and near so many places to eat and see. I did miss the fact that the parking they share closes at 1am. So had to get help from the front desk to park my car back in the garage. The room was spacious and very enjoyable. The staffs assistance was quick and polite. Quickly Got me checked in and to my room. Cant wait to stay again.

Very nice IHG hotel. Located next to a train stop, essential on the the way into Nagoya. Great view from the top floor bar. Awesome staff, great rooms! Thanks!
