Google Maps directions to this location from Nagasaki Station were a bit difficult to follow, however the location itself once past those technical issues is absolutely easy to access and though not downtown in a prime location. If you are looking to spend time around Glover Garden and the church, as well as Chinatown, it is perfect. The Peace Museum and the Nagasaki Museum of History & Culture are only about 1/2 hour away by bus. The facility itself is very nice. The staff are as pleasant and accommodating as those at the ANA Crowne Plaza in Nagoya where I also stayed on this trip. Absolutely stellar service at the desk. My room itself was a little smaller than ones found at a facility in a larger city, but was more than enough for my needs. My room also had a full size window that opened up facing Glover Garden which was extremely pleasant for early evening winding down.

The google maps directions to the hotel was a bit difficult but it is conveniently located near the glover garden and the main port area. There was also a convenience store right across the street. Rooms were clean and comfortable, though we had wished they’d given us a double bed instead of two separate singles. And also there was a slight smell coming from the bathroom, possibly due to the proximity to the sea.

I stay there for a week and I enjoyed my stay. The room is spacious (comparing to another hotel I stayed in Tokyo), and very clean. I enjoy the shower, the steam eye-mask, etc. Nice location, next to some scenic spots. I am here for business but thanks to the location, I am able to walk around and enjoy the view. 2 min walk to bus station, which can take you to almost anywhere in the city. To airport is a bit tricky, better to take a taxi/bus to the Nagasaki station, and then take the airport shuttle (China Town also has airport shuttle, but I would skip it incase the bus becomes full at this stop). I ended up taking a taxi to the airport just because I had two luggages and cannot tolerate the troubles (taxi is extremely expensive in Japan, >JPY130000). It will be highly appreciate if the hotel can offer a shuttle to the airport shuttle.

While the hotel itself is dated, I could not be happier with the King Room they had me in on the top floor.||The room itself was spacious, with a comfortable King Bed, and I did appreciate they offered a pillow menu with a small selection of options.||Fittings such as light switches are dated, but everything worked without issue. ||Breakfast is an more than adequate affair,. but the hotel at times can be busy so during those periods it is best to get there early as best you can.||Location is hard to beat, a short walk from Glover Garden, walking distance to the Dutch Slope. Dejama and even China Town.||There's an easy tram stop a minute from the hotel but you will need to change lines to get to Nagasaki station.||If you are planning to head to Gunkanjima and have booked a tour with the company Gunkanjima Concierge the check in point is a minute walk from the hotel with the departing wharf only a further 5 minutes walk.

Stayed twice with them this year, nice location, looks like the rooms were refurbished. Membership worked well here, good service from guest relations, quick check in/out. Nice large room, both sides are fine, comfortable bed, large towels. Small balcony, quick internet and parking 🅿️ available ( extra cost ). Had a relaxing stay, both times.

Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and well appointed. The hotel has a few restaurants but only the buffet and Cafe were open during our stay. The Cafe on the ground floor had great deserts.

A superb hotel in a perfect location in Nagasaki for Glover Street and Glover Gardens. The staff were amazing, so courteous, helpful and respectful. I rate this hotel very highly and recommend it wholeheartedly. I will return.

Attentive, pleasant staff. They were really nice and helpful. They gave good advice about shopping and tourism. Souvenir shopping is pretty easy, as the street up to Glover Gardens is right outside the hotel and is lined with shops. The hotel breakfast buffet was pretty comprehensive, even for me (a vegan). My room was fine. The only small complaints I have are that there aren't any restaurants in the area that impressed me at all, and there's quite a lot of noise from the Glover Gardens street. But those are small complaints. I would definitely stay there again.
