Helpful Tip for Tourists: • Breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM, and lunch/dinner from 12:30 PM to 11:00 PM ideal for early risers and late diners alike. • Great selection for both international and Romanian cuisine lovers. • Service is professional, and the staff speak English fluently. Whether you’re staying at Ana Hotels Sport or just visiting Poiana Brașov, don’t miss this restaurant. It’s a wonderful place to relax after exploring the mountains, with views and dishes that leave a lasting impression.

Horrible experience, I don’t recommend this hotel. The reception is presented in a dim light more suitable for a Hithcock movie. The elevator is old and very small, looks ancient.|We had an apartment, 3 persons for a toilet who didn’t flush - we had to use the garbage can to put water in the toilet |They took the garbage only in the second day|Everything is old and falling apart, even the front stairs

Good experience in Poiana Brasov!|We were there for a medical congress, we stayed for 3 nights.|The rooms was small, but modern and well equipped. We had a room at the first floor and we could hear noise from the parties taking place downstairs. However, this small inconvenient did not shadow our great experience, from the moment of the check in until the check out.|The main stong points I would recommend this hotel for: |1) the SPA area|2) the Restaurant, which is by far the best restaurant in Poiana Brasov |3) Prompt and friendly staff |I was particularly impressed by the fact that absolutely all the foreign employees spoke Romanian.

It was mostly a good experience , staff and service all good, ski instructors are excellent (Bogdan and Claudio especially), a younger barman not normally there telling us we can only watch Real Madrid? Puts a bad spin on a holiday, I thought residents in the bar are catered for? Obviously not.

My review and stars might be confusing but it boils down to two points: Food poisoning and clubbing The rooms, building and view are in general very good. It was spacious and modern while giving that classic chalet mountain feeling. But with the positives, here are the negatives. Both my partner and I suffered a horrible food poisoning from their restaurant. If it's dinner or breakfast, we are unsure, but we are 100% sure it's from them as it's the only place we ate from before we got it. I suspect it's the Asian starter platter, but I can only guess. The hotel of course denies it, which is a huge red flag. The second point is that the hotel apparently hosts some club till I think it was 2 am. And yes, you hear the music in the rooms. A very unfortunate experience, for a place with huge potential. We won't risk coming here again.

Very nice hotel beautifully situated amongst the trees and the sounds of nature. We were lucky to be there at a quiet time for a romantic break. The food was very good and the staff were very attentive and helpful. we enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. All in all an excellent stay and we will be going back

Beautiful hotel ,restaurant is very nice & staff are friendly.I had a facial at the spa & enjoyed the activities at the ski resort.

It was the first time for us in Poiana Brasov and the staff at Ana Hotels Bradul was impeccable, very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Overall, a very pleasant stay. We'll definitely come again.
