A truly wonderful experience. The spa area is beautiful, and the outdoor jacuzzi feels absolutely magical. The food is excellent, everything was delicious, and Viorel makes you feel instantly at home 🥰. The staff is professional, the atmosphere is elegant and relaxing, and every detail is designed with guests’ comfort in mind. A place you will gladly return to and highly recommend.❤️

Hotel Sport offers a truly outstanding stay in the heart of Poiana Brașov. The location is perfect, the rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, and the mountain atmosphere is simply wonderful. What stands out most is the exceptional professionalism and warmth of the staff, who go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. A refined, comfortable hotel that I highly recommend and will gladly return to.

Very nice hotel, good rooms but perhaps a bit small and crowded. Quite difficult to use the desk if you have to do any work. Food and service is excelent! Nice spa with outdoor jacuzzi, sauna and large pool.

Just checked into Ana Hotels Sport in Poiana Brașov, and I must say what a warm, elegant welcome! The moment I stepped into my room, I was greeted with a beautifully arranged table full of thoughtful complimentary treats: fresh fruits under a glass dome, fine sparkling water, premium chocolate, and a personal touch of handwritten care. It felt less like a hotel check-in and more like being welcomed home after a long journey.||Special thanks to General Manager Laura Ursu for this unforgettable gesture. It’s rare to find such hospitality that speaks directly to your heart. I had a 2 night stay in this hotel with my family.|| A large, well-organized hotel with trained staff. | The quality of the products in the restaurant is high, however I don't think it's worth the money, the prices are quite high.| The breakfast is standard, even a little poor, I could say you don't have many options.| The spa area is spacious and clean, saunas for all tastes, we tried the outdoor pool (which is truly sensational when it snows or rains).| Room service is ok.||However, I would have a few negative points and suggestions:|| 1.It wouldn't hurt to have a pool area in the spa area for children who don't know how to swim well.| 2.More training for the staff who clean the rooms. It is done quite superficially.| 3. I don't know if I got the coldest room, but at least my room was cold, I had to ask for an extra heater, and that bothered me quite a bit considering you're staying at a 4* hotel.|| Indeed, for those who are here for winter sports, this is a very well-located hotel at the base of the ski slope.| | All in all, for the money I spent here, for 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children, I don't know if I would come back here, if you claim to be a luxury hotel and have these prices, you have to offer high services.

Beautifully situated. The greenery around the hotel is just amazing ! The rooms are clean and spacious. The pillows and bed were comfortable. We arrived at night and had an open buffet . The food was tasty , salads were really good , but on the other hand there wasn’t much variety in the main dishes , potatoes with cheese but no rice . The breakfast was also good , there was variety . The waiters were courteous and polite no one got nervous or angry with you like other places in Romania . Overall it was a great stay !!! Thank you

A family vacation of 16 members. Stayed for 3 nights.|As a returning client, i remembered the spa and swimming pool as a main factor in our decision to book the hotel.|The whole stay was great- the rooms, the service, breakfast, but , much to our regret, the pool temperature was too low, so the idea of having a real relaxing time there was spoiled.

Welcome to Brasov's gem. A hotel like no other tucked well on the mountains .Absorb yourself in a haven with the best foods ,service and a spa like no other. I.highly recommend .
