Ana Mandara Villas Dalat Resort & Spa

The best hotel during our stay in Vietnam. Beautiful rooms, with very large bathrooms, in beautiful old colonial houses on a hill in Da Lat. All amenities are available in the room, there is a mosquito net above the bed, coffee and tea making facilities in the room. ( the only place in Vietnam where we had a mosquito net) The service is outstanding, the breakfast really good and they offer a complementary afternoon tea between 3 and 4 PM. The rooms are serviced twice a day and you get a chocolate before bed time and complementary fruit on arrival. The service is super friendly, there is a great heated swimming pool and a gym. They have electrical vehicles to bring you to your room when checking in and out. Price/quality really a good deal. The rooms in the lower buildings closest to the city of Da Lat can suffer from the noise of Karaoke bars nearby . We were in house 15 which was perfect.

We spent a few days here and everything - from the villa to the spa - was nothing short of wonderful. The property itself is stunning, with French-inspired villas that are both elegant and cozy. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed, with fresh sheets, thoughtful touches, and nightly turndown service. Every evening the staff rolled down the blinds, left chocolates by the bed, and made the room feel warm and inviting. It was such a treat to come back to after a day of exploring.||The resort staff deserve special recognition. From the friendly and attentive Front Office team at the Welcome Sala, to the gracious servers at Le Petit, and the ever-thorough housekeeping staff. Everyone made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. It’s rare to find a place where every department works seamlessly to make guests feel so welcome, but this resort does it beautifully.||We also booked spa treatments across three days, and they were truly the highlight of our trip.||Day 1: Facial massages that left us refreshed.||Day 2: My husband enjoyed a Hot Stone massage while I had the Warm Ginger massage. So soothing!||Day 3: I experienced the unique Ayurveda Shirodhara while my husband had a back and shoulder massage.||The spa therapists (special shoutout to Giang, Hai Thao, Thu Thao, Khanh) were simply outstanding. They were not only highly skilled but also kind, caring, and attentive. They checked the pressure and oil temperature constantly, explained every step, and made sure we were comfortable throughout. Their professionalism and warmth made each treatment so much more special.||The spa itself is immaculate. Fresh robes provided each time, lockers for our belongings, complete privacy, and spotless sauna and steam rooms. The warm tea before and after treatments was a small but memorable detail that made us linger longer.||Overall, this resort perfectly combines luxury with genuine hospitality. The beautiful French villas, the thoughtful staff, and the world-class spa made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Da Lat. We can’t wait to come back!

Staying at this resort is like living in a dream. The staff are amazing especially at the front desk (they helped us so much!). I really felt so relaxed. Their breakfast and afternoon tea was great and the coffee they served was the best I’ve ever had. Even long after our checkout when we were waiting for our Grab to the airport, they came to give us hot tea. Also delicious - I now love artichoke tea after having it there. Resort is very nice and relaxing, perfect for a family getaway. Rooms are very clean, we went as a party of 14 and had a whole villa to ourselves. Perfect for a little get together. Food was high quality and the restaurant was very calm, relaxing and not over crowded, (maybe due to the resort more catering for family or couple visits and not commercial group tours). The resort had buggy services, nice heated swimming pool, gym and even a mini playhouse for my kids which they really liked. Only downside for me was not being able to see sunrise due to its location in the mountains. Oh! Nearly forgot, thumbs up to Guest Services Minh Nhat, very helpful and professional. 👍🏼

A wonderful stay at Ana Mandara Villas Dalat Resort & Spa! The villas hidden under the pine forest are absolutely charming, offering peace and fresh air while still being close to the city center.||The staff were amazing – always friendly and helpful. Very pretty and serene. A quiet spot in a very busy and fun city. The included breakfasts and afternoon teas were lovely. Rooms are located in old renovated French villas so has all the charms and creaks and cracks of a nineteen century chateau. Overall, excellent resort and service. Will definitely come again.

The spa was so relaxing, Giang Thao did my massage and I felt every muscle relax completely. All the staff was incredibly nice and very welcoming. The steam room was one of my favorite parts as it opened up my sinuses. Overall I would definitely recommend getting the aroma therapy treatment at the spa!

Located on top the hills not far from city center these charming colonial area villas revitalized for your holiday getaway. The villas are surrounded by grass and trees, high ceiling with old style decor. The excellent restaurant serves local and western food and staff are friendly and helpful. Therere cooking, baking classes on offering too. A perfect oasis for a rest in Da Lat's cool weather. [Updated] reduce 1 star. I switch to a different villa, and realized the room is very poorly insulated. From my room I can literally hear every single word other guests say downstairs.
