While I haven’t had the chance to visit many lounges at Daniel Inouye International Airport, this one stands out as my favorite so far. The staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and relaxing environment from the moment you enter. The food options are tasty and well-presented, with a decent variety to satisfy different tastes. The small bar, though limited in size, offers a solid selection of beverages. What truly sets this lounge apart is its peaceful atmosphere—it’s never too loud or overly crowded, making it a perfect spot to unwind before a flight. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience that I look forward to repeating.

This is the best Star Alliance lounge I have been at in HNL. There is lots of space, clean and a nice selection of light food items. The washrooms are very clean with bidets. There are plenty of charging pots and outlets and a special area for children. It is on the 3rd level by gate C4.

Amazing place to grab a bite to eat and relax before a star alliance flight. Substantial food options with a super fresh salad, beef meatballs, chicken curry for a hearty main course. Plenty of fruit options and my favorite is the Açaí bowls. Staff is super friendly and nice.

ANA should be proud of this lounge. Absolutely fantastic. The udon and the cocktails were amazing. The greetings up front and the service were exemplary.

Arrived on a pricey first class ticket on ANA from Tokyo to HNL, only to be denied entry. A bit rude while doing so while claiming it policy. Policy not written anywhere in documentation or ANA website, you just have to know. Arrival lounge use on a FC ticket is standard for other ANA lounges, just not HNL.

Probably one of the nicest lounges at HNL. Wide selection of food. Complimentary alcoholic beverages. Very convenient location to ANA flights. Friendly staff.

I like it better than the one in narita in term of variety of food but they don’t have Japanese food option like udon etc. but they are salad fruit here :)

Place looks very new. No crowd when I was there so was quite enjoyable. Food has minimum selection but overall quality quite high.

Yelp
If you booked a flight to Japan through ANA, this lounge is a great representation of what the rest of your trip will be like! The staff are courteous and professional, and the lounge is very spacious and well kept. The free food and beverages here are delicious, there are plenty of seating options with outlets, there is an awesome view of Diamond Head, and there is even a kids room with toys and books to keep them occupied. This is hands down the best lounge at Honolulu International Airport.

Yelp
We didn't plan on flying ANA to Japan, but after United stopped flying from Honolulu to Tokyo and our reservations were changed to an ANA flight, I quickly learned the different tiers of ANA flights. We didn't spring for ANA First Class, but opted for Premier Economy which gave us lounge access! This was a great perk, both in Honolulu and in Narita. The ANA Lounge in Honolulu was so full of Japanese nationals, it was like we were already in Japan! Such a different vibe than the Untied lounge in Honolulu, very quiet and civil. The food was light but pleasing, and there were views of our plane. I hope to fly ANA again in the future and hope to get lounge access again.

Yelp
This is a great airport lounge. They have a couple signature cocktails that are fruity and delicious and the complimentary food is pretty good! I was impressed. The inside feels new and modern, with a Hawaii inspired flair. There is even an area for first class to board the C4 gate, which makes it feel exclusive. I've been in this club a couple times now flying out of HNL on ANA. The C gates are pretty far from check in, so if you want to enjoy the lounge before your ANA flight, I would suggest coming early. I was able to get in with my star alliance gold status on United. I love airline affiliates! They offer beer, wine, cocktails, cans of soda, water and juice. The food is salad, sandwiches (including a strawberry/whipped cream sandwich!), miso soup, curry and rice, pasta with meat sauce, and meatballs, fruit and chips. If you're here in the morning, the also have mini acai bowls! So cute!! There are also gorgeous views of The E gates, diamond head and the runway. I could sit for hours in here watching planes :) Only good vibes here. The check in/reception lobby has ANA workers from Japan, so they are very polite and welcoming. It's a great lounge!

Yelp
Having the best airline lounge at Daniel K Inouye International Airport is like being damned with faint praise. ANA's lounge above the C4 gates in Terminal 2 is quite relaxing and nice, but nothing to get excited over. First, the views are legitimately good. You can watch a multitude of Boeing and Airbus jets, small private jets and propeller craft, helicopters, all taking off or landing from a window seat. Very good plane-spotting. Second, the food is well stocked, is reasonably tasty, with limited but appealing variety. No Dole whip, but do have the curry with rice. The non-alcoholic beverage and beer options are self serve. Spirited alcohol and wine is poured by a server. Finally, the mood is civil. There's no noisy unruly children on the loose, adults are not crawling over each other for service. The lounge staff work efficiently to clear rubbish, clean the food lines, remove used dish ware and glasses. The restrooms are kept clean. There is enough space so it doesn't feel crammed full and tight when busy. This one is nowhere near as good as ANA Lounges in Narita or Haneda. But it is not a survival-of-the-fittest atmosphere like domestic lounges elsewhere in HNL.

Yelp
I finally made it to the ANA lounge. It took me 2 years but I finally had the opportunity to go to the lounge. The lounge is on the second floor in and it is big. It has many areas to sit and relax before your departure. I joked with some coworkers that I would be ordering mimosas while waiting and that turned into a reality. The drinks were good. The food selection was not that good. But it's better than some lounges that I've been to so the lounge still gets 5 stars. The service here was excellent. It felt like a lounge in Tokyo since many to all the people there were from Japan. I forgot to take pics of the lounge but I did take a pic of Honu.

Yelp
Ambience -- we have been here twice and both times have been impressed with the food and service. Relatively quiet and the view of the planes are great. Love the Bloody Mary and sparkling rose . Not to mention the Açaí bowl , and Japanese staples of chicken curry with rice and sandwiches. This definitely surpasses the other airlines.

Yelp
ANA has two lounges in HNL international airport. The first is the ANA lounge & the second is the more prestige ANA Suite lounge for their premiere International flyers. We recently got a chance to tour the new ANA Lounge at the Daniel Inouye International Airport. Here's our thoughts. . AMBIENCE: (5/5) By far the best lounge and atmosphere at the HNL Airport! Clean, big with privacy, this lounge surpasses all other lounges at HNL. We love that the large windows in the lounge allow you to see the tarmac and watch planes depart for takeoff. The lounge layout & design reminds us of the DELTA lounge in NARITA! FOOD: (4/5) Since its a ANA Lounge, Japanese food was the staple here with curry, ginger pork, musubis & Japanese tofu soup. We loved the options and open bar as well. We recommend the sparking Rosé for drinks. SERVICE: (3/5) Although this was an ANA Lounge, the service wasn't up to par with ANA standards. It seemed like most (not all) of the workers were eager for everyone to leave since this lounge does close after the last departing ANA flight which is around 2:00pm. Shoutout to Kirk for the AMAZING hospitality and service at the bar! . OVERALL: 4/5 .
