Ana Warung And Bungalows

Booked one night, asked if it was possible to stay longer, they said yes we have space for the next two weeks, next morning they came to my room and told me I needed to check out as someone was coming to stay in the room. Communication was poor, caused some hassle, food was average, accomodation was pretty and pleasant. Moved elsewhere on the island which I much preferred. The other accomodation was much more relaxed and pleasant overall which is what I wanted when staying on a small island.

We had such a great time here! Is not a resort as others on the island but the rooms are quiet and comfortable, the staff is very kind and the beach is 70mt away from the bungalow entrance! Food is great and there's fresh fish cooked on the bbq there. Every hotel on Gili now cannot provide other than salty water to shower so that's normal for everyone I guess. There's air conditioning and a fan. Glass walls with shadows all around. We had a great stay and felt in a much more authentic spot than the fake super luxurious resorts elsewhere! They also provide boat tours right there or masks and fins for snorkeling! Lastly, breakfast is included and welcoming drink! Thank you guys so much for the unforgettable memories you gave us!

Loved to eat here and came back few times, the view is fantastic, local food - delicious (loved my curry with seafood) and a friendly staff. Simple but sincere and great!

Summary: Awesome food and LOTS of turtles Best seafood on Meno, I had the Mahi Mahi fish and chips for lunch and fresh grilled Tuna for dinner on my first day. I worked my way through the rest of the menu over the course of a week and every meal was delicious and well presented. Portions are excellent and prices are very cheap! Staff were friendly and always happy to see ud. Recommend the Mango milkshake if you're stopping by through the day and don't go straight for a Bintang 😂 I couldn't get enough of them! Delux Bungalows are very modern and quick to feel like home here on the island. I stayed for a week but definitely could have spent more time in this accommodation. Loved my stay and will definitely be coming back! Some of the best snorkeling and turtle spotting on Meno is right out the front. Throughout the day there are plenty of tours going ahead so imagine having a bungalow 30 seconds away from the the action where you can just swim out at your own leisure and hang out with with a huge green sea turtle. On a high tide you will be sure to to see dozens of boats parked up on the beach with many hungry snorkelers hitting the bar and restaurant. Even with the afternoon rush the staff are very cool and punctual with both taking  orders and getting your food out. Amazing service. Terima kasih for your hospitality Team Ana Warung!

Beautiful place, beautiful people, amazing food and just across from the best place to see turtles in Gilli Meno!! Staff were very welcoming and friendly, relaxed atmosphere, delicious crispy chips + traditional meals, felt very safe. A quieter spot on Gilli Meno to get a bite to eat and relax. Thanks legends, had a great time!

Nice and clean room , amazingly friendly staff . Only remark is the salt water shower that they amazingly explain that is beyond their control , and also place water galons with fresh water for your shower . Absolute class of friendly and helpful service team .

We read in our travel book it was worth to eat there… so disappointing, they forgot our order and we had to wait for more than a hour and half (the restaurant was empty). And the food was not amazing at all. Only the view is nice We found much better places on the island

Stayed 3 nights here. Location on the beach is superb, with the added bonus of seeing lots of turtles. My bungalow, was minimalistic, but comfortable and the air con worked really well. The kind local staff produce and deliver excellent food every meal. The seafood BBQ is an absolute must. I highly recommend Ana Warung and Bungalows to the traveler on a budget .
