A truly wonderful Mexican beach vacation.||Maria and Aldo at breakfast were always a welcome start to the day. We miss them! The food in general and oceanfront dining were terrific — morning, noon and night. We barely left the property for a week!||Pau and Melanie in guest services were kind and attentive, and brought extra sparkle to our stay. We felt very cared for.||The property is beautiful and the staff were lovely overall. Everyone is clearly committed to ensuring guests have a great vacation.||Be aware there can loud club music nearby, particularly on the weekends, so if you’re seeing absolute calm it’s worth knowing.||Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and certainly recommend Ana y Jose.

The waiter gave us the ultimate dining experience for lunch/supper. We were rewarded with the best that the waiter had to offer. Fantastic service, food and atmosphere. We had the Tuna and Octopus carpaccio, and the octopus was the freshest we’ve ever had in the region. The waiter then guided us for the best dining experience of all time. And we finished our meal off with the best coffee martini, of course I asked for Mocha to be drizzled on top. Guys and gals if you want to enjoy something with the best service in the area, come here; you will not be disappointed.

We went there for a leisurely walk on the beach and to have lunch. The hotel's beachfront is nice and offers views similar to other hotels along the shore, which is really pleasant. However, when it comes to the food, I must say that it wasn't a pleasant experience for me, specifically. While my wife's plate was really tasty, mine was not at all. I ordered the grilled octopus, and although the presentation of the dish was impressive, the octopus itself was very chewy and seemed undercooked. The risotto rice was also clearly uncooked, to the point where I had to reject the dish and ask for a replacement. The waiter brought what appeared to be another plate after 5 minutes. However, it turned out to be exactly the same one I had tried before, with no changes made. The risotto was still undercooked and almost difficult to eat. Despite the polite and well-intentioned actions of the waiters, who offered a discount on the total bill to make up for the disappointing experience, it didn't entirely compensate for my expectations as a customer, especially since I was really looking forward to enjoying the octopus. On the other hand, my wife's plate was truly delicious and deserving of a 5-star rating.

Our stay was amazing! Paola at concierge was so helpful and welcoming. She arranged a last minute private tour for us and it was great. Our servers throughout the stay were so attentive and friendly. Fernando and Rafael went out of their way to make our time at the beach and dinner memorable. During breakfast and lunch we were taken care of by Wiliam, Aldo, Maria and Alejandra. They were also great and very welcoming. I highly recommend staying at Ana Y Jose spa. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you to all the staff for making this an enjoyable and relaxing experience!!!

Lovely hotel! We did the “unique full experience” which is sort of like an all inclusive plan and it was very worth it. The shuttle that they booked for us was really a private black car service which was incredibly comfortable. Our room was beachfront with lovely views and twice daily service. The food was tasty and almost everything is included in the plan. The best best part was an incredibly helpful concierge (Pau) who checked in on us regularly and took care of many things for us including negotiating with taxis, booking excursions at lower rates than advertised, and finding us whatever we needed. Lovely experience overall and I highly recommend it!

Amazing boutique hotel nestled right on the beach with equally amazing service and views. Beautiful outdoor hallways with tons of tropical flora make you feel like you are right in the jungle. Excellent and bountiful breakfast each morning served overlooking the ocean. The semi-private pool just outside our room was also a welcome surprise! Couldn't have asked for a better spot for a weekend getaway!

I didn’t stay at the hotel but visited the restaurant for brunch and breakfast and the service was amazing! Our server on the first day was Maria and she was so good we had to come back the following day! The food drinks and service were top notch. When I come back to Tulum I’ll be staying at this hotel! Thank you Maria for making our visit memorable

Maria and Aldo were very good. Great service, good food and nice breeze! We came here 10 years ago and it's still a great spot. Drinks and views are excellent. The chill music is a nice touch! We would definitely recommend this place to our friends!
