Ananas Samui Hostel

Perfect place for a nice relaxing stay on the island. It’s owner is a delightful owner who advices her guests on where to find nice spots on the island. Bonuses are the kitchen and fridge you can use plus a nice big pool

We stayed for just one night on our way to Koh Tao. The hostel staff were all very friendly and helpful. We booked a two bed room but because it was quiet they moved us to a six bed room which was obviously bigger and in a better place. Everything was clean, the food was tasty and the pool was great! The location was ok, only a five minute walk to a beach but the beach was very empty and there wasn't much to do there. You would have needed a taxi or a bike to get anywhere else and the taxi to the ferry port was quite expensive, but as we were only staying one night it was not a problem. Overall a pleasant stay.

I had only one night in this place but it was excellent choice before taking the meditation retreat nearby. The place is incredibly clean, the owner is friendly and helpful and there is beautiful swimming pool outside. I booked one bed in mixed dormitory and I was there alone 😅🙏. I slept like a baby with aircon on. Also in the evening I had delicious veggie padthai for only 50 baht and for the breakfast I ate scrammbled eggs with vegetables and drank coffee (all for 100 baht - very resonable price). I might definitelly return there as I loved the place! Beautiful common area and great garden view. Everything looks exactly like on the pics.

We stayed here last year from December 2018 till March 2019 and when we left it almost felt like family. The Bungalows are really nice and the owners ar a great help.||It is located in the quiet part of the island, which is still beautiful and unspoiled.||You can rent a scooter and drive around, or go the little islands. In the evening you can go to cool bar, or go and eat something at the same places close by. When there is wind, then you can kitesurf.

Hey folks, it was my first stay at Koh Samui with my girlfriend. The hostel is very clean and staff very very friendly.breakfast was okay and restaurant food cheap and yummy!the bungalow room No.103 was air-conditioned and had a little "kitchen"(fridge,mikrowave,sink and some plates,cups and so on). The hostel has a little outdoor pool in its backyard. The hostel is a quite place. You can hired a scooter, and yes it a little bit more expensive than other rental companies -> but here you can be sure no bad experience after return your scooter.bring back your scooter fueled, everything will be fine. The Owner is very friendly and well organized. ||The Breakfast is typically Thai -tourist Breakfast: Toast, Butter, Jam Tea/Instant Coffee. ||The room was clean, a relaxing swimmingpool for a lazy-sunny day. It’s in the middle of „nowhere“ - but for the price totally fine. Far from Party-crowdy-loud area. There are also Scooters available.

I stayed in Ananas hostel 4 nights and have been pleasant and very relaxed! Previously I booked only for one night but when I have seen how Tony and his staff are kind and how the hostel was clean, I decided to stay there more. The hostel is sorrounded by nature and close to the beach, perfect for travelers who want to enjoy the real nature of Koh Samui! Thank you so much Tony! See you soon!

Great hostel, great pool, great service. They have food and drinks, and cheap scooter rent. Pretty close to the beach but in a quiet location (too far to walk anywhere but the beach). Allround perfect place to spend as long as you like!
