Our recent experience at this resort was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. Upon arrival, we were informed that there was a strict “one suitcase per person” policy, which was never clearly communicated at the time of booking. We had five suitcases plus backpacks for our group, and despite our explanations, we were denied entry unless we left some of our luggage behind—an unreasonable and unrealistic demand. They then asked us to pay more than DOUBLE the price to store our bags in OUR room.
To make matters worse, when we asked to speak to the manager, the manager literally ran away to avoid the conversation instead of addressing our concerns professionally. This level of avoidance and lack of accountability was completely unacceptable for a hospitality establishment.
After deciding not to stay under these ridiculous conditions, we requested a refund—only to be told we would not be receiving any of our money back. We didn’t even step foot into the accommodation!
This experience showed a complete lack of empathy, professionalism, and basic customer service. I strongly advise others to think twice before booking here. Policies like this should be clearly stated upfront, and management should be willing to handle concerns directly—not hide from them.
