Ananta Spa & Resort Pushkar

It was an amazing stay !!|Must visit once. The jaccuzi was cherry on the top. Food was much delicious. Property is well maintained and all amenities are working well. Kids area and recreational zone is superb. Overall got my much awaited vacation at the fantastic location.

Our recent one-night stay at Ananta Spa, Pushkar, was a mixed experience that left us with bittersweet memories. While there were a few commendable aspects, certain elements fell short of the standard we had come to expect during our travels. Upon arrival, we were disappointed by the lack of promptness and warmth from the staff. Unlike other hotels and resorts we visited, where the welcome and luggage services were efficient and gracious, the laid-back attitude at Ananta Spa was a surprising contrast. The check-in process at the front desk felt transactional, lacking the warm hospitality that sets a positive tone for a guest’s stay. Additionally, being directed to our room through the staff entryway was an odd choice, detracting from the luxury experience we anticipated. That said, our room itself was comfortable and well-maintained, providing a restful retreat for the night. The interiors were thoughtfully designed, and the amenities met our expectations. The true highlight of our stay, however, was the breakfast buffet. The food was delightful, with a wide variety of options that catered to all tastes. The kitchen staff stood out for their exceptional service—they were attentive, accommodating, and ensured that guests felt valued and cared for. While the breakfast left a lasting positive impression, the lackluster welcome and check-in experience overshadowed other aspects of our stay. The disparity between the quality of service at check-in and during breakfast was striking and something the management might want to address. Overall, Ananta Spa has potential, but it fell short of delivering a seamless luxury experience. While we enjoyed certain aspects of our stay, we’re uncertain if we would choose to return in the future. A little more attention to the guest experience upon arrival could make a significant difference in elevating the overall stay.

The ambience of the resort is superb. It is nestled in the lap of nature - large open spaces, plenty of light and ventilation, greenery and water bodies all around. There are many, monkeys and many black faced, long tailed langurs all around. This adds to the charm of the resort. ||Cleanliness is excellent. Service is excellent. Food is excellent. The staff all around are very attentive, polite, friendly and respectful towards the guests. Room tariff and food prices are reasonable for a resort of this standard. ||Room service is satisfactory. I love continental grilled fish with mashed potatoes and sauteed vegetables. This dish was my lunch and dinner for several days. I found the quality excellent - as good as in any 5 star hotel in Mumbai. ||Pabitra from Sikkim was very friendly and attentive. She deserves full marks for doing a really good job. Pabitra has a disarming smile and it |works wonders to put guests at ease. |Many, many staff in the restaurant and resort are excellent. - more than 90%. All of them deserve my sincere and heartfelt gratitude. I will get some more names and mention them in my next review. The management at Ananta need to recognise, acknowledge and reward all the staff at the resort for making this resort special. ||Guests feel like royalty the moment they step in at Ananta, Pushkar and this is because of both the beauty of the resort and the excellent service from the staff. ||I will definitely visit Ananta, Pushkar again and recommend it to my family and friends. ||Lots of love and best wishes to all the staff and the management as ultimately, people make a place great. Modern, well maintained, Bali-like resort/hotel with apartment size rooms and excellent service. Our room is modern, clean, and very spacious. There is an entry foyer, a luggage corner, bedroom with settee and an outdoor courtyard. The bathroom is more than ample, but if that is not enough, there is even an outdoor shower. There are golf carts that takes you to and from your room to the main house, with dining room and swimming pool facilities. Lunch and breakfast buffet are splendid.

We booked three rooms for our family, but the service did not meet 5-star standards. The rooms are spacious, but the bed positioning is poorly planned. One room had a queen bed, while another had a king bed, leading to inconsistency. Only one mobile charging point was available, with no additional sockets. Room heaters were in poor condition and barely functional. The food quality was disappointing compared to other 5-star hotels. Kids' cycle rides were charged, but the cycles were in bad condition. The location is excellent with a lush green area, offering a perfect ambiance. Consider this hotel only if other options are limited.

We came here for dinner on my wives birthday.. we had the buffet.. food was good.. staff was super nice.. shout out to Neetu for decorating the birthday brownie herself.. did a great job with that.. thank you soo much.. we wish to come here again sometime..

Great location, phenomenal view, great ambience. If you are ever in Pushkar you must try this place for stay or even as a venue for your family gathering events. The hospitality staff is too polite and sweet. Specially Mrs Deepak and Ms. Bindu! They were exceptionally supportive and served great hospitality!!
