"Set against manicured gardens that once housed the British consulate, Anantara’sChiang Maioutpost is a striking blend of East and West. First, there’s the structure itself—a modernist wood-and-glass box hidden behind walls of bamboo, just a few minutes’ drive to Chiang Mai’s night bazaar and Tha Pae Gate. Inside, 84 streamlined guest rooms feature terrazzo soaking tubs and minimalist teak furnishings. Then there’s the outdoor restaurant, where Peruvian and Indian cuisine coexist in dishes like snapper ceviche and tandoori lamb chops. For lighter fare, don’t miss the traditional afternoon tea, when guests can enjoy freshly prepared scones while gazing out over the Mae Ping River."
I love this hotel most in Chiangmai. I stayed here 3 time. The service is high quality from front to back. Breakfast is the best with very river view. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay as a family of four. Breakfast is in the main kitchen across the road or bridge via the second floor. Halal options are labeled and staff are friendly. Pool with a good view on the 7th floor.

Poor experience overall . Led to anantara resort to check in, giving FALSE expectations only to be shoved to a tiny so call suite apt! Total misrepresentation of apt . The location is totally detached from resort and has only a pool as facility . Totally disengaged feeling ! Will never come back to this place

We stayed at the serviced suites for three nights. Everything was more than perfect for us. The staffs are helpful and responsive. I recommend to spend a day to enjoy the activities they offer. It’s worth it.

Both the Anantara Serviced Suites and Resort are pure ZEN! We stayed a week at the Suites and the service was 5 Star. The pool is great - breakfast delicious - the River Boat Dinner Cruise was so much fun especially with Benz (we called him Mercedes) as our butler and guide - room was very clean - girls at reception very good and Spa very nice! Definitely will return!

We had the absolute pleasure of staying in a two bedroom, two bath suite at Anantara. Would highly recommend. Not only are the rooms luxurious but the service is above and beyond. The team was phenomenal! Bright was an absolute gem and made sure we had everything we needed. Along with her team, she gave us top recommendations for activities and dining around Chiang Mai. If you are headed to Chiang Mai, do yourself a favor and stay there, you will thank me later.
p.s. definitely do the breakfast - a wonderful spread of local and international options.

Great location, but still quite a walk from the old city. A tuk- tuk is a cheap option in the heat . The room was amazing, with a very comfortable bed and pillows. The whole place is spotlessly clean and the staff are delightful...especially Bright.
Food was delicious and the service exemplary.

Just almost coming to the end of our 5-day trip here in Anantara Chiang Mai. As always Anantara NEVER disappoints and ALWAYS delivers. A special mention for front desk manager Ms Kik. She welcomed us, took us through the motions and even brought us up to our room much earlier than check in time. We came in really early...9.30am. We were checked in by around 10.30am! That's what we call stellar service. Honestly each and every Anantara Resort delivers like no other. We are ever so grateful to have been a part of this resort time-share program since its inception. They are honestly one of the best if not THE BEST resorts in Asia. Service par none! Tqsm for a lovely relaxing holiday in an upgraded suite too. We love you!!
