Anantara Layan Phuket Resort

We had the most perfect stay at Anantara Layan Beach! From the moment we arrived, everything was flawless. The resort itself is stunning, serene, and beautifully maintained, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional service. The food was great, the staff as well are very friendly. Kids club 5 ⭐️ my toddler did not want to leave! We were fortunate to have a 24-hour butler Koi, and she went above and beyond in every way imaginable. Her attention to detail, warmth, and dedication were simply outstanding — nothing was ever too much trouble, and she made sure every moment of our stay was seamless and special. She also helped me a lot with my baby. This was truly a five-star experience in every sense, and I cannot recommend Anantara Layan Beach highly enough. We will definitely return.

I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. The property is beautifully maintained, and the atmosphere is both elegant and relaxing. The room was very spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable — perfect for a restful stay. What stood out the most was the exceptional service. All the staff members were respectful, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. A special word of appreciation goes to Nahed, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Her kindness and attention to detail made a real difference. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a warm welcome. I will definitely return in the future.

Beautiful hotel and wish I could live here. Hospitality and service was top tier. You are welcomed with a drink and cold towels. Very attentive staff that’s always a call away to assist you with what you need. We had an upgrade to our room for our special occasion and they made sure every day to make it known for us. Would love to come back here and stay longer because of how well we were treated

We had a wonderful stay at a resident villa in Anantara Layan. There were many fun activities around the resort . The restaurants were amazing , especially the Thai restaurant Dara . The staff around the resort were really friendly , And the wellness center had many relaxations to fulfill your stay . Although we did experience some incidents . In our villa there was a personal chef that served us moulded bread. Luckily my son noticed before he took a bite but it could’ve been a major health hazard . And the croissants and pastries were out of date . We also had two butlers , one of them was alright and quite friendly but the other didn’t really do much . She would just stand in the kitchen and watch us but never asked us anything such as if we wanted water . She wasn’t helpful at all ! So there was really no point of having her .. But overall we had a very fun time !😀

A special thank you to **Prince Naddee** at the beach, whose attentive and warm service made our days by the ocean truly magical. Similarly, the lovely lady at breakfast (whose name we unfortunately didn’t catch) provided outstanding care, ensuring every morning began perfectly. It felt as though every wish was read from our eyes before we even asked! We adored our **private pool villa**—the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The room service was exceptional, and we especially loved jogging outdoors in the serene surroundings. On our final evening, we dined at **Dara Restaurant**, and it was an unforgettable experience. The food quality was outstanding, the service impeccable, and the wine selection superb (we even tried a Thai wine for the first time—what a delight!). All in all, this was our **most beautiful holiday in years**, and we cannot thank the Anantara Layan team enough for making it so special. **A thousand thanks—we will definitely be back!**

One of the best resorts we have ever stayed. We did not expect much prior coming here because we only wanted to stay in a resort that is a beachfront. However, we were wrong, from the airport pickup to checking out - Anantara has shown high quality 5 star service that other resorts might need to compete more! The room is amazingly clean, no dust in corners of every room, the bed and the pillow are just right (I prefer firm mattress but that is just a personal preference), full high quality amenities, they provide every baby amenities that you need (baby sterilizer to baby bottle warmer) Breakfast was amazing, the cheese room is one of my favourite. We wish to stay here longer but the room price is a little steep. Hopefully we could come back ❤️

Construction immediately adjacent to the main pool and restaurant, and erosion of the beach, took the shine off a resort that should/could be great. We weren’t notified in advance of the renovation work, which was 9-5, loud, and often visible. We made the best of it and enjoyed, e.g., our villa, the beautiful spa, the breakfast buffets, the various activities, and the mostly excellent service. Anyone hoping to relax by the pool or beach, however, might consider postponing their visit.

The worst hotel service in Phuket! Everyone must not be deceived by online publicity! The entire management team is inactive! The facilities in the hotel rooms are old，I booked an order for two nights, but the hotel said they only received the order for one day and didn't receive it for the second day! At noon, they urged me to check out and kicked me out of the room. When I got to the lobby, they informed me that there was an order? I can continue to stay! What is this about treating the customer as? Moreover, the employee with the poorest service was a Chinese translator named fern. After I lodged a complaint, the entire hotel management team did nothing and offered no apology. They didn't trust the customer's feedback but only believed the description given by their staff. The manager kept explaining the entire process of the staff's explanation to me! Find excuses for your own employees again! Don't choose this hotel. There are many high-end luxury hotels in Phuket, but this one is the least worthy! Garbage
