Make sure you get the exact service you request. They scammed us and did not give us the service we actually paid for. Spent over 1 hour trying to get a refund. At the end, they did refund us for the poor service, however, it did take speaking to three people to do so. Not the most relaxing experience if you ask me… Save yourself the money and go to any one of Rome’s other high-end spas.

The experience was phenomenal!! Bhavana was the reason why we booked our services. My wife and I only came to inquire about the services because we were looking for massages. This is our first time visiting Rome and didn't know what to expect but Bhavana made us feel comfortable and we felt like we have been here before. The staff and services were also awesome we definitely recommend coming here. Thank for everything!

The spaces are beautiful but the all experience is very disappointing. The ice fountain is not working, so it’s completely useless to book 90min of only sauna, hammam and showers without having a source of coldness to make a contrast. I decided to take a massage but it was completely mediocre. Definitely not coming back, even if the team tried to do their best cause the all experience doesn’t worth it.

100% recommend this spa. I got a facial and a massage and felt amazing after. The look and vibe is great for anyone who likes to take pictures. I'm definitely visiting again on my next Rome trip.

The Spa at Anantara Spa is great! After spending a week and averaging 20-22,000 steps everyday, ARUN help refresh my old muscles! The facility was tops! Definitely recommend!

I am so enthusiastic about this Spa! It’s so elegant, beautiful, the atmosphere is one of real luxury and at the same time so close to your needs. All the staff, from the therapists to the front desk, are professional and welcoming. My facial therapist was highly specialised with all their advanced treatments, and the massage I received was one of the best I have had in years. I will come back for sure.
