Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort

I had a wonderful dining experience at MEKONG. The food was delicious and beautifully prepared. Special thanks to Anish, No no Ko, Shelby, Pimploy, and Anthony for their excellent service. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. 🤗The rest of the team was also very welcoming. I also want to mention the one who served our drinks ,I’m so sorry I forgot your name, but the drinks were absolutely fantastic and super well-made! Highly recommended!👏👏👏

Overall, the resort is very beautiful, and I stayed in a Lagoon Room with a stunning and relaxing view. The surroundings are peaceful and give a real sense of escape.|The staff are very friendly and welcoming, however the service was a bit slow at times.||One important point to note:|I highly recommend checking in advance if there are any events scheduled during your stay. There was very loud music starting from sunset and continuing until 10:30 PM, and it seemed like it would go on even longer. Unfortunately, customer service did not proactively take any action to address the noise issue.||Overall, it’s a lovely resort and great for relaxation, but event management and guest experience during such occasions need improvement.

The restaurants offered a wide variety of delicious cuisines, and the breakfast selection was outstanding. The private beach and pools were immaculate, and the serene atmosphere made it feel like a tropical escape right in Dubai.What truly stood out was the attentiveness of the staff — always friendly, helpful, and ready to make every moment special. It’s an ideal destination for relaxation, romance, and family getaways. I left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return!

Our stay at this resort was absolutely perfect. From the very first moment, the reception team—especially Mr. Ahmed Allan and Mr. Amr were extremely decent, professional, and helpful, making us feel genuinely welcomed. The beach and pool are stunning, room service was always supportive, and the food offered great variety and quality. Everything was well-organized and exceeded our expectations. Special thanks again to Mr. Ahmed Allan and Mr. Amr for their outstanding hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

I recently stayed at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort, and it was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. We booked a Over water Villa, and it was absolutely amazing, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The resort has a beautiful tropical vibe that genuinely transports you away from Dubai and makes you feel like you’re on a remote island, very reminiscent of the Maldives. Our two butlers, Ragil and Carine, and the managers Ekaterina and Lem, were exceptional. They were highly professional, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to our butlers for making our experience even more memorable. The dining options were excellent. Dinner at the Asian restaurant Mekong was fantastic, and lunch at The Beach House was equally impressive. One of the best menus I’ve experienced, especially the seafood selections and fresh salads. Overall, this was one of the best staycation experiences we’ve had in Dubai. A truly relaxing and luxurious getaway, we will definitely be coming back again for a longer stay. Highly recommended 👍🏻

It was decent overall, we got lagoon access room which was very enjoyable with the deck leading into the lagoon pool. The staff member helping us check in was very nice. We got massages at the spa and that too was decent quality. Drinks by the beach were well made and yummy. The Asian restaurant on site was good as well. Only complaints- room service food was not great. We ordered club sandwich and some Thai dish and both were not very tasty and lacked flavour which was surprising since we had always experienced great food at the Anantaras in Thailand. Their on site restaurants and breakfast offerings are much better than the room service food. Second issue- the room was not super modern, but ok fine i can look past that. We found a nose booger inside the fold of the curtains however, which was not acceptable and disgusting to say the least. I unfortunately didn't take a photo, it was too gross and I didn't want to look again or keep a photo of it but we did mention it to a staff member at check out just as feedback so hopefully they would have taken that seriously and upped the cleanliness of the rooms. Besides the booger in curtain incident it was a very enjoyable time overall. The lagoon pool is unique and really fun.

We stayed ten nights in total at this amazing hotel. It was the perfect accommodation. The Lagoon room we booked was beautiful for my wife, son, and myself. The housekeeping was unobtrusive, thorough, and accommodated all our wishes. A special thanks to Pandam in this context. ​Service at the table was extraordinary, attentive, and super friendly. We would like to highlight the service of Gona, Nirasha, Fred, and our son's special friend, Aju. Every breakfast, lunch, and dinner was a beautiful experience. ​We wholeheartedly recommend a stay at this wonderful hotel. We would love to come back again.
