We stayed for the second time at Anantara The Palm in a lagoon access room, and just like our first visit, we were absolutely delighted and completely satisfied. One of the highlights of our stay was the excellent housekeeping service especially Rupesh. The team came twice a day to thoroughly clean and beautifully prepare the room, always with great attention to detail, and were ready to assist us at any time, both midday and in the evening.
During our entire stay, we dined at Bushman’s Restaurant, which was simply wonderful. From the very first evening, the lovely Yin welcomed us so warmly and always provided us with many helpful and interesting tips, making us feel at home right away. We would also like to give special thanks to Mostafa, Ashique, and Carlos, who looked after us every single night with such genuine care. They not only gave us excellent advice on the food but also anticipated our every wish and went above and beyond to make each dinner special.
The food itself was outstanding, with a wide selection of delicious dishes to choose from, and combined with the attentive and heartfelt service, it truly made our holiday unforgettable.
We had a wonderful experience and will be more than happy to return again!
