Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort

Our stay at this hotel was simply wonderful! The hotel itself is beautifully located and offers a stylish, welcoming atmosphere. The beach is stunning—clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing or taking walks by the sea. The restaurants delighted us with exquisite food that impressed us with its quality and variety. We were especially impressed by the very friendly and competent staff, who were always attentive and helpful. The rooms are exceptionally clean, which clearly reflects the excellent work of the dedicated cleaning team. We would especially like to praise Mr. Bandari and Ms. Jobita from room service—their warm and courteous manner made our stay even more enjoyable. We can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and are already looking forward to our next visit!

Just back from our stay. We loved it! This is the first hotel I've ever stayed where I can genuinely say EVERY staff member was great. Testament to the hotel and community they have built, all staff were helpful and seemed to enjoy their jobs. Massive thank you to the team at Revo Cafe who looked after us, and the team at Mekong. Both delivered an exceptional service. My only criticism was the temperature of the lagoon water. We upgraded to a lagoon access but the water was freezing. I'm sure in the summer that it would be perfect but for the winter it was too cold. Thank you to Naphen for driving us around the resort and thank you to our cleaner (Apologies I didn't catch his name) but he left the place spotless every day. I'd definitely look to book again, maybe in the warmer months.

We stayed at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort from December 1–3 in a Premium Villa to celebrate our anniversary, and our experience was truly lovely. What stood out the most was the prompt service and the warmth of the staff who made our stay feel extra special. A big thank you to Bishesh from reception for the warm welcome, Goma at Crescendo for her attentive care, and John and Nathan from the buggy team for always assisting us with a smile. We also appreciated Aziz from valet for his great service, and Anish and Anthony at Mekong for making our dining experience memorable. We’re grateful for such a beautiful and relaxing stay. Thank you, Anantara, for the heartfelt hospitality. It made our anniversary truly meaningful. We look forward to coming back again.

We are having the best stay at the Antara! Great location, very attentive and friendly staff, gorgeous clean rooms and the whole hotel is immaculate! We have a 4 year old and there is plenty to do and very child friendly! Food - awesome!! Our lagoon access pool is a game changer - we were in it all the time! Great pool bar and food through out the day when at the pool (thank you Ansul) Fab stay and can’t wait to come back!

We decided to have an early Christmas lunch at Crescendo Anantara The Palm with my friends, and it turned out to be a great choice. The food was fresh, delicious, and nicely presented, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The service truly stood out—Moustafa and Mazaly were warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. They checked on us at just the right moments and made sure everything was perfect without being intrusive. It felt very welcoming and comfortable, which made our lunch even more enjoyable. Definitely a place we’d love to visit again. 🎄✨

What a fantastic breakfast experience at Revo Café in Anantara The Palm Resort, Dubai! The staff greeted us with such genuine smiles, and the breakfast chef’s menu was absolutely delicious. Huge thanks to Lily, Raman, Thuwe, Gaby, and the breakfast chef—they made the morning unforgettable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel! The food and drinks are exceptional, especially the cappuccino and the freshly made juices. A perfect start to the day!

I had an excellent experience with Jose at Anantara! He went above and beyond in cleaning my sunglasses, making them look spotless and brand new. His attention to detail, professionalism, and friendly demeanor truly stood out. It’s rare to find someone who cares so much about the little things, and Jose made my day with his outstanding service.

On our very first day we had a fantastic breakfast at the Crescendo restaurant. Our servers Goma, Eddie and Rosham were attentive, helpful and so polite! Food was awesome. A great start to our holiday here. The rest of the holiday has been a dream of attentive service, fine food and fantastic facilities. Highly recommend the Anantara and in particular the long tail boat ride and fresh coconut water. Special mention to Malcolm on the beach team who helped us find sun loungers when the beach and pool were both full (lagoon has some great nooks and crannies) and our beach server Garwin. But also so many others - from the man with the mini drinks boat walking up and down all the lagoons all day in a wetsuit to the amazing staff at the North Residences
