Dining at Crescendo Restaurant was a delightful experience, thanks to Mr. Kim’s exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us with warmth and professionalism. His attention to detail and deep knowledge of the menu made our evening seamless and enjoyable. Mr. Kim recommended dishes that perfectly suited our tastes, and his timing throughout the meal was impeccable. He checked in just enough without being intrusive and made sure every need was met. His genuine hospitality added a personal touch that truly elevated our dining experience. We highly recommend asking for Mr. Kim when you visit Crescendo!

We are just home from an Unforgettable trip to Anantara the palm Dubai resort. ||Everything about this hotel was excellent. As a Coeliac, travelling can be an anxious time but all staff ensured I was catered for, offering for the chef to cook fresh for me. At breakfast there was a separate gluten free station with its own toaster and at dinner, everything was labelled clearly with allergens. ||A special thank you to Priyantha who cleaned our room daily and ensured we had everything we needed. Fresh towels, water bottles topped up and the room is just generally clean and tidy. Our kids loved coming back to the towel animals each day and a little chocolate left on our beds every evening. ||All staff at this resort work around the clock to ensure it looks perfect and guests are happy. We are so pleased we chose to stay at Anantara, making our first trip to Dubai a special one that will hold memories for a lifetime.

Superb hotel. We were treated like royalty by the staff. They made our autistic son very welcome. We loved swimming in the lagoons. Room,bed and pillows amazing. Like sleeping on a cloud. The food in all the restaurants was amazing. The staff from various Asian countries are so friendly and warm and trained to a high level. Very professional in their roles.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Anantara hotel with both family and friends. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and service were exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make sure every need was met, always with a warm smile and genuine care. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-appointed with luxurious amenities. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like welcome drinks and complimentary treats for the kids. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the view from our balcony was stunning. There was plenty to do for everyone—whether relaxing by the beautiful pool, enjoying the spa, or indulging in the delicious food at the hotel restaurants. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety and catered to all tastes, including great options for the kids. We also loved how family-friendly the hotel was, while still providing a peaceful and elegant atmosphere for adults to unwind. It struck the perfect balance for a mixed group like ours. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and we’re already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended for families or groups of friends seeking comfort, luxury, and outstanding service.

Ravi and the team were great. Attention to detail was amazing, down to wiping the table between courses. Food was as usual to a very high standard. We will definitely be back. The food was wonderful for everyone and the kids food was amazing and great and attention to the children was wonderful, thank you.

We had an amazing and truly relaxing stay at Anantara The Palm Dubai. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless and welcoming. The staff across the entire resort, especially in every restaurant we dined at, couldn’t have been friendlier or more attentive. The quality and taste of the food were consistently excellent, making each meal a highlight of our stay. While every dining experience was memorable, we found ourselves returning to Mekong multiple times—it quickly became our favourite. The warm welcome we received each evening from Maricel made us feel right at home, and it was so special to be remembered personally. A big thank you also to No No Ko for the exceptional service and genuine hospitality. They truly went above and beyond, and their efforts made our holiday feel even more special. We left feeling relaxed, well-fed, and very well looked after. Anantara The Palm is a perfect escape, and we can't wait to return.

We had an amazing vacation at Anantara The Palm Dubai — truly a memorable and relaxing experience! The hotel was super clean, and our room was not only spotless but also extremely comfortable. We stayed in a lagoon access room, which was such a unique and wonderful experience — waking up and stepping straight into the water was just magical. The spa experience was incredible and definitely a highlight — we highly recommend it for anyone looking to unwind. We also enjoyed the Easter brunch, which was absolutely delicious and beautifully arranged. A special thank you to the wonderful housekeeping team who took care of our room morning and evening — Rangana, Vinod, Amir, and Harish — your attention to detail and kindness truly made a difference. And a big thank you to the entire team across the reception, beach, pool, and housekeeping — everyone was genuinely helpful and welcoming. Their service made our stay even more special. We can’t wait to come back!

Had a lovely trip here service was always wonderful especially at the Beach House, Mekong and Crescendo. Grounds are kept lovely with mangos and almonds in the trees. Rooms were always spotlessly clean and kept nicely daily. Food was excellent at both the main restaurants, beach house and breakfast. Few points that would have made the trip more memorable would have been if when we arrived we were allowed to go to the main reception rather than the north residence as it not the nicest first impression and you miss out on the drive up to the main hotel. Also was surprised breakfast wasn’t included from the day of check in as it’s pretty standard for most hotels. Could do with some refurbishments at the main restaurant, north residence and the pool to just make it more up to date. Overall was a very pleasant trip.
