Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort

My recent stay at this hotel was outstanding. The rooms were impeccably clean, modern, and well-maintained, with fully functional amenities including a reliable air conditioner and pristine bathroom facilities. The staff was courteous, attentive, and quick to address any requests, making me feel truly welcomed. The property offered convenient on-site parking, which was a huge plus. Housekeeping was thorough and consistent, ensuring the room was spotless throughout my stay. The overall atmosphere was professional and guest-focused, with no issues whatsoever. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

We had the most amazing holiday here. We love Dubai anyway but this hotel just made the visit even more special and fantastic. ||The staff are so attentive and welcoming. Not once did we ever feel like our needs were not met. ||The free bus shuttle to the Mall of the Emirates was a fab way of getting to the ‘main land’ and then exploring further by Metro. ||Our room was cleaned every day and the ladies and gents that did this for us were wonderful. Always fresh bottled water and clean towels. We even came back to lovely animals made out of towelling. ||The reception was always well staffed and fresh flowers are just gorgeous. ||Look out for the falcon in the reception area too, he/she is gorgeous and loves a tummy tickle||We will 100% be coming back and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone

The team is probably one of the best assets about the resort. Here a list of the few people that made this weekend superb. ||||It’s a long list, so bear with me.||From the entry point, we were Nicky greeted by Samuel&Ahmed from the bellman, then we checked in and met Lem, Erene, Bemish (from Napal)… I might have his name wrong, front service team, they happily assisted with our rooms, even though they were not ready on time. ||||Then later on, we were escorted, via a buggy, to our rooms by Rabuo, who gave us detailed information about the hotel & our room. ||We also met Malcom, an impressive young man. ||At Crescendo breakfast, Vinoth, the Manager and the entire team was great. They checked on us. It was a nice touch. ||||Chef Kebba was amazing, as he prepped all our meal requests as expected. My group of friends enjoyed the dishes. ||||On our check-out day, Kumar, bellman, came to pick us up and escorted us to the front desk. He’s a very welcoming guy. We had an interesting conversation on our way to the front office.||||We also met Ali, security, lovely gentleman. We had an interesting conversation with him as well.

Dining at Crescendo Restaurant was a delightful experience, thanks to Mr. Kim’s exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us with warmth and professionalism. His attention to detail and deep knowledge of the menu made our evening seamless and enjoyable. Mr. Kim recommended dishes that perfectly suited our tastes, and his timing throughout the meal was impeccable. He checked in just enough without being intrusive and made sure every need was met. His genuine hospitality added a personal touch that truly elevated our dining experience. We highly recommend asking for Mr. Kim when you visit Crescendo!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Anantara hotel with both family and friends. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and service were exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make sure every need was met, always with a warm smile and genuine care. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-appointed with luxurious amenities. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like welcome drinks and complimentary treats for the kids. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the view from our balcony was stunning. There was plenty to do for everyone—whether relaxing by the beautiful pool, enjoying the spa, or indulging in the delicious food at the hotel restaurants. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety and catered to all tastes, including great options for the kids. We also loved how family-friendly the hotel was, while still providing a peaceful and elegant atmosphere for adults to unwind. It struck the perfect balance for a mixed group like ours. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and we’re already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended for families or groups of friends seeking comfort, luxury, and outstanding service.

Ravi and the team were great. Attention to detail was amazing, down to wiping the table between courses. Food was as usual to a very high standard. We will definitely be back. The food was wonderful for everyone and the kids food was amazing and great and attention to the children was wonderful, thank you.
