Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort

We had a wonderful brunch experience at Anantara The Palm Resort. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxed, the food was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Special thanks to our waiter, Moustafa - his service was outstanding. He was attentive, warm, professional, and made us feel truly welcome from the very first moment. Highly recommended for anyone looking for exceptional service, nice music and amazing atmosphere. We will definitely be back.

Our stay at this hotel was simply wonderful! The hotel itself is beautifully located and offers a stylish, welcoming atmosphere. The beach is stunning—clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing or taking walks by the sea. The restaurants delighted us with exquisite food that impressed us with its quality and variety. We were especially impressed by the very friendly and competent staff, who were always attentive and helpful. The rooms are exceptionally clean, which clearly reflects the excellent work of the dedicated cleaning team. We would especially like to praise Mr. Bandari and Ms. Jobita from room service—their warm and courteous manner made our stay even more enjoyable. We can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and are already looking forward to our next visit!

We had an amazing dinner at Crescendo, Anantata The Palm Resort. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and the ambiance was elegant yet very welcoming. A special mention to Bipin, Venu, and Harshal for their excellent service — they were attentive, courteous, and made us feel truly well taken care of throughout the evening. The kids’ corner was a big highlight for us. Our children were happily playing and enjoying themselves, which allowed us to relax and enjoy our dinner peacefully. Overall, a fantastic experience and highly recommended for families as well as anyone looking for great food and outstanding service. We’ll definitely visit again!

We had a quick staycation with the family and overall enjoyed our time. Rinki from the reception was kind enough to accommodate us with a late checkout until 3 PM, which we truly appreciated. During dinner, Vinoth was very thoughtful and gave my daughter a dim sum since sushi was not being served at that time. We also asked Nathan to give us a quick tour.||||The family especially enjoyed the room, as we were given a Deluxe Lagoon Access room. My daughter loves to swim, so this made our stay even more special.||||However, the only downside of our experience was at the Crescendo restaurant. Chefs and servers need to clearly know and communicate what they are serving. Proper tags or accurate dish names should be provided. Unfortunately, I consumed a food I was not supposed to eat, as I recently had major surgery, and I am now experiencing adverse effects as a result.||||I hope this feedback helps improve communication and food labeling, especially for guests with medical or dietary restrictions.

We came for the Saturday brunch and had a fantastic time. The vibe was great and the food was enjoyable, but what really stayed with us was the people. The warmth, attention, and genuine care from the team made us feel truly welcomed. Thank you Goma, Aja, Jane, Vinoth, and Bipin for looking after us so well and for the memories you created with us. I’ve just stayed at Anantara and genuinely had an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is stunning — beautiful views, amazing facilities, and a really relaxing atmosphere — but what truly makes it stand out is the staff. A special mention has to go to the wonderful team at the Lotus Lounge, who were always so welcoming and attentive every time I visited. Their service really added an extra touch of comfort to my stay. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Boniface at the poolside bar. His friendliness, energy, and top-tier service made every pool day even better. Always smiling, always helpful — a real credit to the hotel. And finally, Robert in the North Residence deserves recognition for going above and beyond. His professionalism and warm attitude made my experience there incredibly smooth and enjoyable. Overall, Anantara continues to impress with its luxury setting and exceptional staff. Highly recommended — can’t wait to come back!

Had a wonderful 2 nights stay in the lagoon room. It was exceptional.. Spacious rooms, nice and calm atmosphere with lots of clubs and activities..I would like to extend my special thanks to Mr. Ibrahim (reception staff) for making the check in process easy and the housekeeping staffs Mr.Sateesh and Mr. AJ for their exceptional hospitality and commitment to serve the guests.. Being a family with small kids, the resort perfect for family's . The kids club is sure to entertain and keep the kids occupied in safe hand, while you can relax and have kids free time. The breakfast is excellent with all the international cuisines combined. Altogether a wonderful stay. Thank you

We stayed at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort from December 1–3 in a Premium Villa to celebrate our anniversary, and our experience was truly lovely. What stood out the most was the prompt service and the warmth of the staff who made our stay feel extra special. A big thank you to Bishesh from reception for the warm welcome, Goma at Crescendo for her attentive care, and John and Nathan from the buggy team for always assisting us with a smile. We also appreciated Aziz from valet for his great service, and Anish and Anthony at Mekong for making our dining experience memorable. We’re grateful for such a beautiful and relaxing stay.
