So glad to have found Ann! I learnt so much from her. Found her to be very knowledgeable and straight forward in her advice. Felt immediately comfortable with her. I’ve been a runner for 20 years and recently had knee pain, which prevented me from enjoying my favorite exercise. I tried PT, stretching, strengthening, icing. Nothing worked . . . until I saw Ann!
