Anchored Eats

I call Folsom Lake our Little Lake Tahoe. Don't eat the fish after late July per Ranger. Crystal clear water early in the season. 5% Beach is the most beautiful. Decent crowd being by Granite Bay upper class.

If you're worried about food options when coming to the lake, fear not! Next level concession stand eats and drinks. I had one of the burgers and they graciously did a lettuce wrap for me, the toppings were fresh and the burger was well seasoned. My partner got the Tentacle Fries which were SO GOOD. Literally enough food in one order to feed a small family (it's hard to tell in the photo but trust me - we brought the rest down to the water and they were still amazing after getting cold and a little soggy). I also had the red bull Strawberries N Cream slushy which is now one of my favorite drinks. The snow cones are massive and packed with syrup. To top it all off, the staff is incredible; super friendly and helpful folks. Would highly recommend when visiting Folsum Lake. We'll definitely be back!

Solid burgers and fries. Exceptional when you consider what park concessionaires are usually like. Curly fries are awesome and portion is fair. (Menu photos are for the non-floating location at Granite Beach.)

I’ve seen these guys on Folsom lake the last 2-3 years and assumed it was just pre packaged sandwiches and foods. Nope! Tried them this weekend after getting a whiff of grilling burgers and glad we did. Pulled up our boat and ordered what turned out to be a perfectly grilled and prepared to order cheeseburger and fries, while my wife got a delicious beast of a braut. Fries were perfectly cooked. Burger was exceptional. Wife loved her dog. Little bit of an effort to get to them because they’re anchored up on what is right now a shoreline covered in driftwood and since they’re accessible by boat only, you have to be careful. BUT, well worth it. If you’re out on Folsom this summer, give them a try. Very good, friendly, fun service too

I spent all day today at the lake with me family. We took multiple trips to Anchored Eats for food and it was all delicious. It was is much better quality than I would expect from a snack bar like this.The snow cones are enormous. We also rented paddle boats and kayaks. The tide is really low this time of year and the owner was kind enough to drive us down to the beach so we didn't have to walk down with all the equipment. The service here is excellent. The rental prices are super reasonable. I highly recommend them!

We stopped by to have lunch and so glad we did. I had the best Chicago Dog I've had since I did a fair amount of business in Chicago years ago and shared a fancy pile of the best fries I've ever had. The food was absolutely delicious, the service was impeccable and the outdoor seating was the best! I'll be back ,,, a lot!

I am really glad that I visited such a place with a great atmosphere and Georgian cuisine. I wish the owners good luck in business.

Ruby Shields, the Owner of Anchored Eats and her Food Boat providing some of the most delicious food for our event at Folsom Lake in California. But beware --- this is not the place to come if you were on any sort of diet. LOL The portions that were served were unbelievably huge! You had to be there to fully understand what I'm talking about. Thank you Ruby for the great service and working with us. Hopefully we can do this again.
