Extremely disappointing experience.
I ordered shoes that appeared available on their website, only to be told later they were not in stock -without any prior notification.
I had to call four times to get basic updates. Each time I received a different story: “system issues,” “the order will ship tomorrow,” and finally, “the product doesn’t exist.”
Emails they claimed were sent never reached me. Their own system flagged bounces, yet nobody thought to call me.
Even when I agreed to pay the price difference for another pair, they delayed sending me payment details. I was assured that if I paid before noon, the order would ship the same day - it never did.
The customer support here is far below international standards: inconsistent, unprofessional, and unaccountable. Instead of resolving issues, they created unnecessary stress and wasted my time.
In the end, I had to request a full refund.
