I don't know what else to tell you other than if you find a little school bus style food truck parked in a car wash parking lot off Highway 19 with hundreds of five star reviews and you don't stop by and see what they are about, you're being purposefully ignorant and even worse, straight up missing out on what has been THE BEST MEAL I've had during my three week stay in Holiday. I travel all over Florida and make videos about my stops and this place has been an absolute highlight. It's charming and low key, the owner is extremely kind and humble, his food is absolutely the best I've had in the area and his portions are huge. I paid $50 + a tip because he's awesome and got what looked (and felt) like a 3lb perfectly cooked Ribeye, a huge helping of Lobster Mac N' Cheese, a huge helping of velvety garlic mashed potatoes and perfectly grilled asparagus to top it off. It was so much food he had to put it in two separate to-go boxes. Even better, there was no huge line or wait time, he had everything cooked up and ready for me in under 15 minutes.
As I said, if you're from here and you don't know about this place, get with the program, and if you're just passing through, skip the Wendy's and do yourself a favor and stop off here. You won't regret it, I promise.
