HORRIBLE customer service. Woman who I assumed is the manager with long dark brown hair was rude. I asked for a price adjustment. She noted it is not possible as they don’t honor them. So I asked to do a return as it’s within the 30 day period and purchase the item back at the sale price. Which there is literally nothing wrong with doing as I bought the item 10 days ago and is brand new never used. She first told me to get out of the way as she was helping another customer (which, I was never in her way) then had a rude tone with me the entire rest of our conversation. Then she stated that the new item would be final sale. Which is absurd because all I did is return something (brand new with from 10 days ago) and rebuy it. Why would that be final sale? Literally the worst experience. Lolol. You work in customer service, maybe being slightly customer friendly would be the move. Anyways, hope baby girl gets a full 8 hours of sleep tonight and eats a sandwich so she’s not cranky tomorrow. :)
