The hotel was a real treasure and we were so delighted to discover how exceptional it was ! The level of service, friendliness, convenience was really outstanding ! - Welcome is really a delight, personalized, people speaking several languages - Rooms were clean, absolutely lovely, decorated with taste, well maintained every day, with a corner coffee machine, little sweets, a lot of attention to details, jacuzzi in the bathroom. - cleaning team is extremely professional and kind - service for the beach included a lovely white bag with sunscreen, towel and fresh water; just crossing the street to be in the park overlooking the beach, 10 minutes walk away - Lovely Happy Hours ! We did not enjoy it every day because we were still at the beach, but the last day was a discovery ! Delicious and so thoughtful ! - Rooftop is so nice for watching the sunset, relaxing in the hammock at night or just lying down in the morning - I personally really liked the decor, flowers, tea stand around the clock, the kindness of the reception people, comfort, location, etc...Everything was perfect and I would give a 11/10

My father and I stayed at the Shalom Hotel in Tel Aviv, and it was the perfect spot for him to explore the city after nearly 40 years away. The location is fantastic—right near the boardwalk and just a short walk to Gordon and Jerusalem Beaches, as well as the Namal boardwalk area. The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The food at the hotel was excellent, and they even provided beach towels and sunscreen for our trips to the beach. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again.

My stay at the Atlas Shalom Hotel in Tel Aviv was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The service is warm, genuine, and very attentive – they truly make you feel at home. The location couldn’t be better – just steps away from Tel Aviv’s beautiful beach and within walking distance to great cafes, restaurants, and the city’s vibrant nightlife. Waking up and being able to stroll along the seaside promenade in the morning was a highlight of my trip. The rooms are modern, cozy, and spotless, with thoughtful touches that make your stay extra special. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the attention to detail in the design. The breakfast is also a real treat – fresh, delicious, and full of variety, perfect for starting the day. What makes this hotel stand out most is the atmosphere: it’s boutique-style, intimate, and relaxing, with a personal touch that you don’t always find in larger hotels. I highly recommend the Atlas Shalom Hotel for anyone visiting Tel Aviv. Whether you’re here for leisure or business, it’s the perfect place to enjoy the best of the city and the beach. I will definitely return on my next trip!

We stayed at the Shalom after getting referred by our family to stay there and we had the best time. Illana in particular made our stay feel like we were right at home. The breakfasts were delicious and had a beautiful variety of food. And we loved the happy hour! The rooms were spacious and relaxing. When we come back to Israel there is only one place we will be staying at and that is the Shalom!!

We spend an amazing time at Shalom Hotel! Just across the street from the beach and very high level of hospitality (manager and the staff). The place is cured in every detail: very clean, smell fresh everywhere, the massage were great and from the rooftop we enjoyed the sea view with an unusually fresh breeze for the season!! We love this intimate and friendly hotel. It was our third stay here, the last time 11 years ago. But it was just as great as we remembered it. The hotel is only 5 floors and has a roof patio with views of Independence Park and the sea. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast really good, and the staff are so friendly and helpful. There was a mix of patrons: large family groups, young people, older people, dogs. All coming together in the common room/ breakfast area. A new addition was a happy hour with delicious nibbles.

If there were a higher rating this lovely hotel would get it. It was outstanding in every way. |The staff is amazing! Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
