I was planning my fiftieth anniversary and was going to book two villas for myself and friends at Anda White Beach Resort for 6 nights in the month of February. I wanted to do it via Booking.com, because there is a free cancellation option that their website doesn't offer. However, I noticed, that there are no available rooms on their Booking.com page for a single day from the first of January until the end of the year, there are plenty of rooms available on their own website. When I asked them via Messenger, if it was a technical error, they arrogantly replied that I should use their own website. I explained why I would like to make a reservation through Booking.com, the answer was still as arrogant as to use their website. I tried to explain again, I added screenshots of how you can book for December through Booking.com but not for February, I explained that I need a reservation with cancellation option. The answer was just as ironic that I would use their own website to make a reservation. || Then I realized, that this hotel doesn't care a bit about the wishes and needs of the guests and they don't have a basic understanding of how to communicate with customers. If this is the attitude of the front desk staff, I can't imagine how badly the rest of the hotel staff and management will treat you.
