Our stay at Andalucía Guest House was absolutely lovely. Roberto was super friendly, helpful, and gave us lots of great information about the area. Our rooms were clean, very comfortable, and had lots of amenities. The area is fantastic--incredibly close to a very nice beach plus there are a ton of cafes, bars, and restaurants within a short walk. While we didn't have a car, the guesthouse also offers off-street parking for anyone wishing to drive to explore areas outside of San Juan. We highly recommend Andalucia Guest House as the perfect accommodation for a vacation to San Juan!

Google
Great place to vacation at. Roberto was an amazing host. I went a romantic get away with my girlfriend to Puerto Rico, and we absolutely loved staying here. Rooms were small, but we loved it. Very clean and only 2 blocks from the beach. Restaurants are very close by and there is a 24hr walgreens around the corner. We felt very safe and secure the entire time. Would definitely stay there again when return for our next trip there.

Andalucia Guest House is the best place to stay! My husband and I were there for 5 days and Roberto was a gracious host who made us feel welcome. He’s a such a nice person. Our room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning felt like heaven. The outside of our room was like an oasis. Very beautiful with plants and lively colors where you can sit and relax. There’s a fridge with water and snacks to purchase for a very reasonable price and a shower to wash away the sand when you return from the beach. We were provided with towels and beach chairs to borrow for the beach. There are several restaurants, bars and a nice consignment shop that are all walking distant. We had a wonderful time! I highly recommend this guest house, you will not be disappointed.

Google
We enjoyed our stay at Andalucia in 2009 and returned in May for a 5 night stay. Everything was great -- room was clean and comfortable, everything worked, beach towels and chairs were available and Roberto was a dreamy host. When we checked in I told him, "We are low maintenance" -- but over the course of the next few days, I asked for multiple things (coffee filters, hairdryer, etc) and every time he came through with whatever was needed very quickly. Location is ideal -- within blocks from the beach and an easy stroll to array of varied restaurants. Very convenient. We will definitely return -- again!

Google
Very clean and the beds were super comfy. The bathroom was nice clean up to date . My room had a kitchen with dishes stove microwave. The location is great close to all the good restaurants and the beach. The owner Roberto accommodated me and my friend with beach towels and chairs there are also coolers if you need. He allowed us to leave our baggage there after check out so we could spend more time at the beach. When we got back the property had a shower and bathroom outside so we were able to change before our flight . It was a great experience better than any hotel . 5 stars !!!!

Google
Perfect! This is exactly what a lodging experience should be. Roberto is a fantastic host and a really nice guy. We appreciated being able to communicate with him via text to ask questions and schedule room cleanings. The rooms were clean, comfortable, quiet, and well appointed. It is walking distance from the plenty of dining, a Walgreens, and the beach. Parking was a non-issue: the first-come, first-serve spots didn't fill up during our 6-night stay, but even if they did there was plenty of street parking. Highly recommended!

Google
This review is a few months late. My fiancé and I stayed here in March and we had an amazing time. First let me say that Roberto the owner was AMAZING and so knowledgeable about things to do in the area. Roberto also lives on the property and is very easy to get in contact with if you need anything. The location is great and has a beautiful little outdoor space and was very clean. It is also about a 2 min walk to the beach and is in walking distance to some great restaurants and bars. Between Roberto, the location and the Beach we had a great time and will definitely stay there again the next time we go back. This place is a gem nestled in San Juan!!!

Google
I enjoyed staying in this place very much. Nice, clean, well located. A two minute walk to the beach and close to good restaurants too. Roberto, the manager, was very attentive and friendly to us. I'd stay there again if I return to Puerto Rico!

Yelp
We had a few ups and downs at the Andalucia that I will go through for your consideration! The good: -The owners were VERY friendly and helpful. They were always there to give us toilet paper when we ran out and answer our questions. We didn't get to see them much since we were out and about, but the few times we did they were delightful. -There was a delicious restaurant (Kasalta) and beach (Ocean Park Beach) within walking distance. -Though the area wasn't the best, the gates all locked and only the guest had a key to unlock the gates and enter the premesis. -The rooms and beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. -The hot tub was delightful, warm, and a great place to relax. The not so good: -The area was a little sketchy. People hanging out on street corners and playing loud music all night. -The air coniditioning was a bit TOO cold, even when we had the knob switched to "off". But I'm sure if you just ask them to help with making this more comfortable, they will. -There was limited parking and one time, we had to park a block down on the sketchy, dark street. The other nights though, we got there just in time to see another guest pulling out so we could take their spots. Overall, we liked this guest house a lot. The area does seem a little scary, but right down the street a few miles is San Cristobal and Old San Juan. It is also very close to its own little beach. If you stay here you must eat at Kasalta and get one of the delicious sandwiches and a sweet treat too!

Yelp
We couldn't have loved our stay more. From check-in to check out, this guest house is lovely, the owners stay on site and provide tips for restaurants, coffee shops, or anything you'd like to know about. The entire place is very clean and in great condition, there's an area for everything you'd need for a great day at the beach- coolers, towels, chairs, and a little shower to rinse off when you're back. Truly a gem.

Brian M.

Yelp
Absolutely loved it. Roberto is amazing and the place is so well kept. So close to the beach and has chairs and towels for day use. I would sooo recommend staying here. Plenty of places to eat and it's a short walk to Kasalta which you will love. I highly recommend getting in here.

Richard G.

Yelp
Don't judge the guest house by the neighborhood. Driving in I expected something terrible. BUT the place was clean up to date and spacious. Newly remodeled beds we nice and the sheets as great. No bugs or rodents. Owner was a great sound where to get the the best beaches ad local places to eat and drink. Just amazing

Yelp
In San Juan, you get one of two options (from what I can tell): -Glitzy, tacky, ostentatious hotels (and casinos and/or golf) OR -homestyle inns When we travel, we try to avoid the former and look for a more authentic way to experience whatever culture we are visiting. After searching high and low (unfortunately guest houses aren't too searchable using popular sites like expedia, orbitz, and the like), I came across reviews for Andalucia (via TripAdvisor.com). All the reviews on there were so glowing, and the prices seemed right, so we gave it a shot. Andalucia Guest House is run by two SUPER friendly and wonderful guys - Emeo and Esteban. (The other people they have there helping out are less than helpful, but those employees are only there 1 or 2 times per week). Andalucia doesn't look like much from the outside, but there is a lot of heart once you open the gate and enter. It is small, and not really private. My husband and I had a small room, the only one available at the time of booking, which was right next to the courtyard (where the jacuzzi is located, open from about 5-9 pm - what a great way to unwind at the end of the day!). Sure, we could hear people outside, and there wasn't a ton of privacy on our end either, but that was ok. A guest house is a place to hang your hat at the end of the day - I mean, who comes to San Juan to spend all day (or night!) in their room anyway?! Room service is daily, and the rooms are kept clean. I think every room has a mini-fridge at the minimum - bigger rooms have full kitchens. Emeo and Esteban also have beach towels, mats, boogie boards and sun tan lotion/aloe/creams all complimentary for your use. There is a bookshelf (modestly) stocked with books, and magazines and board games to help fill your time. One of, if not the greatest perk of this spot is the location to the beach. No, it isn't beach front, but it is just two blocks from Ocean Park beach which is seriously one of the most gorgeous beaches in this park of the island. It gets full on weekends, but if you happen to be here on a weekday, enjoy a lot of solitude on the golden stretches of sand. Andalucia is a great way to get a slice of more authentic Puerto Rican travel. See what its like living in a neighborhood, instead of tourist-land.

Yelp
My girlfriend and I had the opportunity to stay at the Andalucia Guest House in the beautiful and tranquil Ocean Park neighborhood of San Juan. The Guest House exceeded all of our expectations. Esteban, one of the owners and managers of the house, met us when we arrived, showed us to our room and provided us with a glossy map of Ocean Park, the neighborhood where the house is located, complete with tips on which restaurants and bars to visit (and which to avoid). The guest house is impeccably clean and quite beautiful. There is a lush rooftop deck which is lovely both during the day and at night under the stars and a hot tub that runs each night. Ocean Park is a wonderful, laid-back neighborhood and the house is only two or three blocks from a very peaceful beach. The neighborhood is quite safe and much more our style than the pretentious Condado strip a few blocks away. On a final note, we accidentally left a watch in our guest house room. I called Emeo, the other proprietor of the guest house, and he found it and returned it to us by mail. It arrived three days later. That's the kind of impeccable hospitality that is very hard to find. I highly recommend the Andalucia Guest House.

Yelp
Andalucia was an AWESOME guest house!! Esteban and Emeo are GREAT hosts. So knowledgeable, so friendly, and so helpful. The area also seemed relatively safe. This place was a short walk to the beach (Ocean Park), to food, and to downtown (well relatively...) and to Walgreen's and USPS! hah! They have parking area in front too for your rented car (if you have it) We stayed in the room w double beds and the kitchenette. It was a really nice place. We were able to stock up on booze, drinks, water, snacks and put it in the fridge and what not. it was also a very secure place. the only slight/minor downfall was that this room couldnt access wifi, i guess, bc of its proximity to the center area (i would say, by the jacuzzi) or lack thereof. but that didnt matter to me. I was on vacation, not there to do work emails/personal emails. They also provided beach towels, beach things, sunblock, bug spray (SO IMPT!!!) and it was just an overall GREAT experience. I want to go back!

Cameron G.

Yelp
Andalucia is amazing. It's beautiful and very cheap. The owners are extremely nice. They provide all the small things you might forget, and more. I was surprised to see beach towels and sunscreen laying out for guests to use. Moreover, it's right down the street from the beach and a restaurant Obama ate in. On the down side, the place is far from Old San Juan. We rode the bus into OSJ for $.75 each way, but the bus isn't very reliable.

Sonia S.

Yelp
Just checked out od this gyest hiuse and I must say, the hosts were very hospitable, we felt safe walking the neighborhood at night. We arrived around 10pm, check in went smooth, the rooms were very clean and cozy, and secure. The keyless entry makes me want to get one at home. It's not too far from the port less than a 10 minute ride. The beach is 3 blocks away also, with Walgreens one block over. If youre looking for a place to stay I would highly recommend this guest house, did i mention there's some Quant restaurants and a disco not too far also. Thanks to the Hosts, we really enjoyed ourselves, no matter how short we were there.

Yelp
Slow responses, poor customer service.

Nic Z.

Yelp
Two words: Bed bugs. Run like hell. Giving two stars for friendly and accommodating staff, but the bed bug issue is a nightmare. We were terrified coming home and went to extreme measures to make sure we did not bring them with us. All of our belongings were professionally cleaned and/or frozen, and we bought a cheap change of clothes on the way home from the airport. That is not something you want to mess around with.

Yelp
I just got back from San Juan (Nov 2011) when I stayed at Andalucia Guest House. The owners Esteban and Emeo were very welcoming and friendly and very accomodating. I decided on Andalucia because I didn't want to stay at a resort or a $200 a night hotel. Andalucia put me in a Puerto Rican neighborhood two blocks from the beach for under $100 night for two beds. The beds were very comfortable. The room was very clean. The room did not have an iron, but they provided one when we asked. A negative was the shower was weak, but it still worked. The room has a small flat screen TV, although ours had a weak signal and many channels had static. The air conditioner worked great! They had a great looking hot tub. They provided bug sprays, sun block, sunburn lotion, boogie boards, and beach chairs They have wireless internet in the rooms and a mac desktop in the lobby. The neighborhood looked a little sketchy, but we had no problems. We had a rental car, and they have parking out front. However, there were two nights when we had to park on the street. We were a little nervous parking it on the street, but we had no problems. The real treat is the guest house is across from the famous San Juan Bakery and Cafe, Kasalta. YOU MUST GO THERE. In addition, a black down the road is Mango which was a great place for dinner. I gave 5 stars although it is not perfect. For many people who are use to life in the HIlton, or at a true bed and breakfast (which it is not) it will not be for you, but for me you can't ask for a place with more simple charm.

Cindy B.

Yelp
If you're going to San Juan and want a sweet deal on lodging, you can't do much better than Andalucia! Emeo and Esteban have a great set-up here. Upon check-in, they immediately gave us a little map of the area and told us where some of the closest restaurants were. The beach is just a few blocks away, along a lovely little stroll through some beautiful houses. Across the street you have Kasalta, a well-established bakery where you can't go wrong (even if you don't know what you're ordering!). Also across the street is Sushimama, a relatively new sushi bar with amazing drinks. Did you forget something crucial on your trip? You're in luck; there's a Walgreens right around the corner. Are the tiny Puerto Rican coffees not cutting it for you? You can swing around the other corner and go to McDonald's. Seriously - a great location that's off the beaten path and still close to everything you need. The amenities of the house are great. They've got a computer right by the front desk - swing through the doorway to the courtyard and right over to the hot tub. (Well, lukewarm tub, really, but still nice!) Need to chill your insanely expensive Coronas to take to the beach? Emeo and Esteban have you covered with several coolers and an ice machine. If you are in one of the upstairs rooms, there's a sweet little sundeck upstairs - a great place to dry off after using the outdoor shower when you return from the beach. The rooms themselves are a little snug but well-maintained - besides, you just need a place to collapse after dinner and drinks at Sushimama!

Andrew R.

Yelp
Not only is Andalucia the cheapest place to stay in San Juan (possibly all of PR), it's also one of the nicest! Sure, this isn't a bed and breakfast, but who needs a big breakfast when you're just going to walk a couple blocks to lay on the beach all morning anyway? The hosts are warm and welcoming, and they will help you out with anything that you need. There is sunscreen and bug spray in the lobby by the computer, so use it liberally and often! The neighborhood is safe, lively but not noisy, and just a great place to walk around at night. So many wonderful places to eat as well. No complaints whatsoever.

Yelp
This is my 5th trip to Puerto Rico from New York. This time I'm on a business trip. I used to stay at Caribe Hilton. This time I made a change and decided to stay Andalucia Guest House based on previous reviews. Andalucia is 10 times more authentic than Caribe Hilton, and the best value for your money, and amazing experience. It is next to the most beautiful beach (Ocean Beach and Park), and all of the best local food and bars in San Juan Area. Cafe Bezos, Kasalta to name a few. The best kitesurfing location and the most beach part of Ocean Beach is just 3 blocks away. Owners of the property plus the full staff is at your service 24/7. The Guest House and its parking garage is very well protected by the police, multiple security cameras on site and multiple entrance doors. Feel free to come up here with rental cars. So easy to park unlike Condado or San Juan Downtown. Plenty of fancy houses along the beach. Rooms are extremely clean. Floor and furniture are wiped every day. Super clean bathrooms. There is plenty of mosquito repellent, fresh towels, sun blocks, moisturizes available to guests in the reception at no charge. Also free computer for guests with no laptop. Free Internet is super fast. I can watch HD movies. Jacuzzi is on every evening. What more can I say... The best value for your money and the best place to stay for adventure traveler, young couples, singles, water sport enthusiasts, families and ever for honeymoons. I rather stay here and take amazing excursions every day than spend all the money in hotels that are no fun.

Kate P.

Yelp
From the moment we booked our room here, we received instant and kind correspondence via email confirming our stay. Upon arriving, Esteban made us feel at home right away and was so helpful and informative about where to go and what to do in the area. Ocean Park beach is literally just a couple of blocks away and it's in a seemingly safe and nice residential neighborhood. Room was super clean and pretty big and the air conditioner worked well on these hot and humid days. While we did have to take cabs to most areas as the location was a bit away the busy areas, we felt safe and comfortable and truly enjoyed our stay. We'd highly recommend this place to any budget traveler looking for a good place to stay in San Juan.

Lori O.

Yelp
This has become our home away from home when in San Juan. Our first stay, a year ago, impressed us so that we didn't have to think twice about where to book this time: Andalucía all the way. A homey, elegant, tasteful, immaculate place to stay, with staff and owners ready to bend over backwards to make your stay as great as possible. You're a block from the beach. Ah, that lovely, blue-green water. You're also a block (in another direction) from Kasalta, a traditional Spanish bakery/café/mesón, with Spanish imports (cheese and ham, for example) and local favorites (coconut flan or guava pastries). Also, excellent, affordable eateries like La B de Burro are just across the street. At Andalucía, every room is unique. Each has its own special style: some look more Asian-themed, while others have a more Middle Eastern vibe. From the outside, it doesn't look like much, but there is an oasis to be found inside and around the little courtyard area, with A/C and TV in every room, plus very effective fans. Microwave/fridge combos are pretty convenient, too. Housekeeping is polite, quick, and professional. What really is the icing on the cake at this place, though, are the people who work here. They will do anything in their power to advise you, to warn you, to help you... anything. There's an iMac in the lobby in case you didn't bring your own laptop for the free wi-fi. There's also a full table of lotions, sunblocks, tan creams, etc. for whatever beach stuff you forgot. They gladly provide you with towels, coolers, ice, sun chairs, and even an outdoor shower so you don't track sand all in your room. The hot tub is centrally located and on from 5-9 (approximately) in the evenings. What a way to unwind! Also, there are several shelves of books and a selection of games to pass the time in your room in case you get rained in (which never happened to us). The folks who work there are so knowledgeable about the area and so eager to help. I have to mention Javier by name: he mailed my postcards for me (taking care of the postage himself!), kept us abreast of political events on the island, and took care of us like family. Something went wrong with our room's water heater (not the tank kind, the kind that heats only what you use). No big deal! The "cold" water was a mere lukewarm and actually kind of welcome after a sweaty, sandy day. Even so, he checked with the owners (Esteban and Emeo, who, unfortunately for us, were off on vacation) and issued us a 10% discount after the fact. This is the kind of customer service that brings people back, and.. Oh, we WILL be back. ASAP, as a matter of fact. Affordable, attractive and very clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff, and a great location. Practically perfect!

Chantelle M.

Yelp
I'm giving this place a full 5 stars. Service was impeccable: Always willing to help, calling taxis for us, recommending AMAZING local restaurants & things to do that's happening in the city. Room was small but perfect for what we needed. Very comfortable as well. It wasn't too hot or too humid. TV was old school black box haha but they had HBO & all that good stuff. Room service was offered every day. There's an amazing sun deck, met a lot of other foreigners. Small jacuzzi on the first floor with a fridge filled with lots of snacks, goodies, drinks (water, juices, soda and Medella) all for a $1 based off the honor system. Never got to meet the owners in person but Andres & Javier were very helpful and such a pleasure. I enjoyed seeing their faces everyday. (: I definitely recommend to everyone to stay here! it's an awesome spot, super super close to the beach and super close to great restaurants within walking distance. Not far from Isle Verde, even closer to Condado, and short ride to Old San Juan.

Barbara C.

Yelp
We always use AirBnB, never hotels anymore! All over the world because it never fails or steers us wrong. We found this gem (like all of our stays) thru them. Studio apartment, no stove but electric burner, fridge, micro, plenty closet/dresser space, Couch, shower, a/c, fan, bed is decent. The place has 11 units. Hot tub, patio, beach supplies, common snacks for $1 (honor system), plenty of sunscreen, spray, mosquito spray, public computer, great hosts great desk people. Bus right in front takes you to old San Juan, beach right behind!, between tourist areas so this is real residential! Local restaurants everywhere! 24hr walgreens across street, 24hr market about 15 min walk, all for $90 a night. Get it thru airbnb because you are supporting 2 great businesses that way.

Brianne G.

Yelp
My husband and I stayed here for the second half of our honeymoon and we only have wonderful things to say about it. It's a great location, only a few minute walk to the beach. They owners let you use their towels, coolers, chairs, sunscreen, just about anything you could need for a great day at the beach, for free! After staying at El Conquistador resort for three days where they charge you to breathe, this was amazing. Our room was pretty small, just a full size bed and a bathroom but it was perfect for us (and you can't beat $89/night). We were right by the roof patio and enjoyed sitting outside at night eating our pastries from Kasalta. There are great restaurants nearby (we loved Mango's) and the owners help with anything you could ever need! We would love the opportunity to stay here again!

Scott S.

Yelp
A very homey, comfortable guest house that was clean with friendly owners. There are only a few guest rooms with the owners living on the third floor. The owners were very sweet and helpful and provided us valuable information about the neighborhood of Ocean Park. Pluses about this guest house: - 2 blocks from the beach - great price - friendly owners - very homey Minuses about this guest house: - cramped room - bathroom window open to the common area Cute place for a great price.

G D.

Yelp
The Andalucia Guest House in San Juan, PR is just OK. First the good ... The owners are nice and very helpful. Second, they are helpful with booking tours, etc if you are into that. Works fine for a stay of 3 days or less. The not so good is: 1. The rooms are very, very small and ants are everywhere 2. Internet reception was poor and choppy 3. The entire property is very tiny. 4. The location is not near Ashford Avenue or Condado 5. The price seems high for what is offered. If you are looking for more space, better location close to beach and action and less money - you are far better off renting an apartment or condo from a place like www.vacationrentals.com or looking at some of the other websites condos for rent. You definitely want to have a bigger place for a stay of 7 days or more. If you are into small, quiet and quaint places - this might be OK.

Kita R.

Yelp
Love love love this place. 5 min walk to the beach and Roberto is the nicest host ever. If you've been looking for a place to book, your search stops here. Stay at Andalucia. You won't be disappointed!

Lindsey C.

Yelp
Great hosts; Roberto was extremely helpful and welcoming. The room is simple, but all you need. Ocean Park neighborhood is very cool. There are plenty of great restaurants in the area, and the beach that is only 2-3 blocks away is beautiful! They even have beach gear to borrow, which was a huge help.

Alpana G.

Yelp
My friend and I stayed at Andalucia this past week. Prior to our stay there, we stayed at a pricier Ocean Park guest house. Andalucia was wonderful and what I would call a hidden gem. The design and care the proprietors have put into the guest house showed in every moment of our stay and conveyed a personal quality that was priceless. Just a few of many features of our stay that I highly-appreciated include: the warm and stylish decor of our room, including a canopied bed; a map the proprietors provided identifying local restaurants, bars, and even food recommendations; sunscreen and aloe vera available in the lobby for beachgoers; and a peaceful rooftop sitting area to read or lounge in. Based on the care the proprIetors have put into the guest house, I can tell they are both wonderful people. If you appreciate beautiful, personal, and artistic things, stay here.

Tisha R.

Yelp
First time visiting Puerto Rico (definitely will not be the last) and Andalucia was the prefect guest house. The location is perfect, you're steps away from great restaurants (Prilos and La B De Burro) Walgreens is around the block (they carry everthing) as well as many other places... The location gives you a taste of local living as well as keeping you close to Tourist attractions. Maid service came daily and she even cleaned our few dishes (I was not expecting that) and we were totally grateful for that. Andalucia provides all the little things you need to enjoy the beach, including sun screens, sun tan lotions, towels, chairs, beach toys. Roberto the house owner even took the time out to ask us about our day and gave us a run down of attractions and eateries when we arrived. No complaints! We loved our home for the week and will be staying here in the years to come. Gracias para todo!

Morena L.

Yelp
This could have been a 4 star review until something valuable came up missing in our room. The owner did nothing but defend the maid, saying she has 3 kids and 2 jobs. Who cares? We are paying customers that were victims of theft. He did refund us 2 nights stay, which was close to the price of the value of the item stolen. . I've stayed here previously and have never seen a maid. I think that the owner (Emeo) had something to do with this. Because he knew exactly how many days to refund us so that it would be equivalent to the item stolen. This can happen anywhere but I am never staying there again.

Jessica P.

Yelp
I stayed here back in 2010 with my best friend and it was an absolute pleasure. If I ever return to Puerto Rico for sure this will be my #1 choice. The staff was gracious and very friendly and the accommodations were awesome. Very convenient to the beach and a lot of restaurants in the area.

Pamela L.

Yelp
We had a great experience at Andalucia Guest House! The owners went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating-- they gave us a map of the neighborhood, recommended a place to eat, let us borrow beach chairs, a cooler, and even lent us a club for our crappy rental car. This hotel is in a residential neighborhood with a quiet beach. There are several good restaurants in walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a nice stay in San Juan.

Felicia G.

Yelp
Stayed here back in may. It was a perfect vacation/late honeymoon for my husband and I. Andalucia came highly referred by previous guests. Before checking in Emeo kept in constant contact making sure someone would be around during checkin. Upon checking in, I was welcomed with a tour of the house which was cozy and warm. Immediately fell in love with Emeo and Estaban. The MAP was my best friend. They do not serve breakfast but they do have a few snacks and water/juice in the lobby. I went to Kabalta every morning. The food was great. I had a rental car and sufficient parking each evening. The rooms were cleaned daily by the housekeeper who was also very friendly. Stay at Andalucia 4 days and will def. return if I don't purchase my own place in San Juan.

Johanna G.

Yelp
My husband and i toke our first vacation in over ten years to PR last year. Our first stop was to Andalucia Guest house, and it was the best stop we made. The atmosphere in the little hacienda was great. The room was spacious and little patio right out side our door was wonderful for late nighters like ourselves. The staff was wonderful and friendly. I will be going back this year and we plan on staying at Andalucia once aging.

Sarah W.

Yelp
Stayed there with my mom and 1 year old daughter. The owners were super friendly - beach beautiful. Only minus one star for construction that was loud going on next door but that will be finished and then up to 5. Would recommend it for sure.

Yelp
This is not a fancy resort but if you are looking for something quaint, clean and comfortable this is it. Roberto contacted us prior to our arrival to confirm arrival times. When we arrived he spent a good bit of time telling us about the area, recommending restaurants and things to do. They give you a laminated map with restaurants, stores, activities etc to use while you are there which was very helpful. Many things are within short walking distance (and even more if you are willing to walk a bit further). Our favorite restaurant was Molini's. We found the best beach access to be just a few blocks down across from the park. We did not run into a lot of other guests and felt like we had the whole place to ourselves a lot. We really enjoyed sitting on the roof deck. There is a small jacuzzi pool on the lower level which was very cute and clean but we did not use it a lot. There is also an outdoor shower which is nice when you come back covered in sand from the beach. They have a lot of beach stuff (coolers, boogy boards, umbrellas, sand toys, towels, chairs) that you can use to go to the beach which was very convenient. The only negative thing I can say is that our room was on the street and it was pretty noisy (especially Saturday night). It would be quieter if there was a better window so I would recommend bringing ear plugs. There are also rooms that do not face the street but many of them would then face the common areas so if it was busy at the guest house you may get noise from those areas instead. Overall though this is a very nice place and a very reasonable price. Everyone working there was extremely nice and constantly making sure we were enjoying our vacation.
