What do i say, it was definitely a 5 star place starting with the reception and the lifestyle brand it represents. Staff had no uniform other than the white sneakers and an andaz lapel pin. Check-in was a breeze. Room was well appointed except for wood portion on the beds which is exposed and hurt my shin. Else all the amenities are luxurious and pampering for the business travellers. Lot of decor in the hotel, lift area and reception to welcome you and one can feel not to leave this place. All aspects were done well. Breakfast area has its own appetising decor. Casual seating for the bar is good but to get the attention of the staff was a bit tricky.

Great experience staying at Andaz Aerocity| The service is true to Indian culture where guests are treated specially|Staff is very courteous and ready to listen and provide to customer needs|Special mention for Mr. Naqi in F&B for catering to my special diet needs. Also Vivek and Sanket (floor supervisors) and host Pankaj, Sanjeev Yadav at the concierge, and Akash at the breakfast. Great hotel with amazing staff and excellent service

Very pleasant and comfortable stay. Location , architecture , interior (other than wardrobe in bedroom ) , landscape , everything upto mark . ||||Very attentive and kind staff , specially Elin and Megha helped time to switch the room at time of check in as I realised that smoking room was not a good choice. ||||Will appreciate more if there are more veg options than non veg and open display of raw meat is not very kind.

Absolutely Amazing Stay! 💗 I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The amenities were top-notch, especially the [pool/spa/gym—customize based on your experience]. Room service was quick and delicious. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and quiet.

I had been here multiple times and had a pleasant stay. food here is good and staff are very friendly, ||All rooms are equiped with sound proof. even tho its in front of the runway you would not be affected by the sound.

Great hotel; love the indoor plants aplenty! Huge floors having over maybe 70 rooms! Room sizes are compact but overall comfort and cleanliness is great. Bar and dining options are aplenty; valet; IRD, laundry services, clean comfortable beds; good room amenities; great staff; all very well taken care off! Best part; 10 minutes drive to T3 for those wishing for transit travel. They have pick and drop facilities as well. Good property; just a wee bit expensive; for those on corporate travel for well minted; just your perfect place for a night with food and drinks and services! 👍🎉

Absolutely brilliant hospitality. Vivek Kumars service as a floor manager was brilliant. The rooms, ambience of the venue as a whole is great. Above all that stands out is the service, right from check in, in room dining as well as restaurants.
