Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. My issue is with the breakfast and the staff on duty. For the price I had to pay just for breakfast, I think the selection and quality of the food offered should be improved. Mediocre tasting, limited selection and God forbid if you ordered something you need to wait for, it'll take awhile. Staff look like they really don't want to be there and I didn't feel welcomed at all. Been here a few times and sorry to say, I'm never having breakfast here again.

I have been coming to Andaz from last 5 years. It’s like second home to me now . Apart from being near to the airport , their rooms are huge with amazing view of the pool area and if you are lucky you can also get the view of the airport. The second best thing about the hotel is their staff. There are true professionals . Special shout out to the housekeeping team esp to Yoginder Singh who ensured my room was clean , spotless and well organised. My amenities were timely replenished and the attention to details given makes a huge difference in guest satisfaction and their comfort. |Wil highly recommend this place. And thanks again Mr Yoginder for all the hardwork and efforts you put in at work. Keep up the good work.

The hotel offers good food and the staff is friendly and polite, which made parts of the stay enjoyable. However, the rooms are good but not the best. The biggest drawback was the poor service—requests took too long to be addressed, which affected the overall experience. With better service, this place could be much more appealing. And The most Important thing which I don’t like is when I went for check in and after completing the formality The receptionist gave me the room key and told me go your room is in 3rd floor No one came to guide me I don’t like this at all you must send someone to guide towards the room. Decent Stay, But Not the best. It did not give you the five star feeling.

recently stayed at the Andaz Hyatt Delhi with my son in one of the Runway View rooms, and it was a truly memorable experience. What we loved: • The runway view was spectacular, especially for my son who was thrilled to watch planes take off and land right from our room. It was a unique and exciting feature that added a fun, aviation-themed element to our stay. • The room itself was spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with high-quality amenities and a very comfortable bed. • The staff were attentive and courteous, especially towards children, which made the stay more relaxed and welcoming. • The location was perfect for us — close to the airport, yet very quiet thanks to excellent soundproofing.

Our Hyatt stay at Andaz was very comfortable after a long haul flight from USA, it was a place to unwind and the Hotel was top class in cleanliness and amenities. The Breakfast was vey extensive and we got to experience different cuisines at the same time, that was our fuel for the entire day, and when we got back from visiting local attractions we got to wind down in the posh Bar and restaurant. I would recommend all to stay at Andaz.

One of the finest properties in the area. The rooms are spacious and have an airport and poolside view. ||It is close to Worldmark Outlets, which has plenty of dining options, including a food court on the basement level. The pharmacy is also inside the Mall.||||Shivam, always check if everything is okay with the guest. Ask him anything about the stay, the city, or travel. He is an asset to the hotel.

Best massage I have ever had in my life.|Bharti is excellent and I would recommend her for the facial too! |10/10 ! So relaxing and just excellent! I have gad many massages but this will be hard to beat. Best experience! I did this just before my flight back and I am now ready to travel again.

Wonderfully designed hotel with seamless accessibility between spaces and this is tremendously helpful for visually challenged travellers. Staff team was superb in their service level and committed to accommodate our requests. It has been a pleasure to stay with Andaz Delhi.
