The Executive Lounge is definitely one of the highlights of the hotel. I used it extensively for business meetings. In the evening from 6pm they offer light snacks which is a great addition after a long day of work. The staff is extremely kind, especially the staff at the lounge who catered to the very need (thanks Sayan and Shrimant!) and the rooms clean and quiet. Nice to have a view on the airport runway just next door.

The service was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff(Rajesh Manager,yogendra and Nimesh) who went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. The amenities were excellent, offering everything I needed for relaxation and convenience. The quality of the rooms was superb, featuring modern decor, clean spaces, and comfortable furnishings. Every detail seemed well thought out, making my stay enjoyable and memorable. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high-quality, pleasant stay.

I have stayed at Andaz Delhi several times for business and they always impress me with their level of service.||Hotel is great, room is beautiful and well-equipped. The staff are always very polite, friendly and never fails to greet all their guests and offer assistance. The service is personalised and prompt as well. I encountered issue with my air-conditioning, the staff who answered my call immediately sent an engineer up to fix it and when I called a second time to ask for laundry collection, she remembered to check if my air-conditioning was working now and it was truly impressive. ||Breakfast buffet was great, with good selection and tasty food and most importantly, everyone was friendly and ready to assist. ||Everytime I am here in Andaz Delhi, I will definitely make a reservation for a massage at Andaz Spa. It is truly one of the best spa I have been to. The rooms are clean and well equipped with toilets and shower facilities. The massage oil smells heavenly, the temperature and lighting was perfect and on my most recent visit, I was pleasantly surprised to find out about the electrical and heated massage bed which elevated the whole experience. I would like to compliment spa therapists Chandra and Jacinta. During my previous visit, the massage was done by Chandra and it was so heavenly and relaxing that I had a very pleasant and satisfying sleep and its is definitely one of my best spa experience that I will always remember. My recent massage was done by Jacinta who is equally skilful and I really enjoyed the massage which is also one of best spa experience I had and will always remember. Jacinta observed that I had a cut on one of my toes and was careful to ensure she did not aggravate the wound. She also advised me on proper pedicure to prevent such injury and I am truly touched and grateful by her genuine concern and warm service. When I complimented Jacinta on her skills, she was very humble and assured me all the spa therapists at Andaz are great. The warmth disposition, genuine care, personalised service and skilful massage techniques of the spa therapists such as Chandra and Jacinta at Andaz Spa are the reason i go there every time I am in Delhi and I can’t wait for my next visit here again.

Would highly recommend. Very close to the airport so convenient, didn't notice too much air traffic noise. Rooms were spacious and clean, very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great. Didn't get to use pool, etc since it was cold, but the landscaping and decor was all nicely done.

Staying at Andaz Hyatt has almost become synonymous with a second home for me. The gentlemanly warmth and personal care rendered by Mustafa Shaikh at any time of the day is heartfelt and truly comes from a place of deep care.||The duty managers, Rohit and Tanmay, are exceptional and among the biggest assets of the company. The entire staff is unfailingly courteous and hospitable, making each stay a memorable experience.||Special mention to Koushik and Akash at the restaurant, who go above and beyond in their service. Ankit Patwal, with his warm smile, always knows exactly what I like to eat and ensures my personalized tea and healthy, customized breakfast are prepared to perfection.||While there are many more incredible individuals to name, these are the ones who left a lasting impression on me. This hotel consistently treats its guests like royalty, and their genuine hospitality keeps me coming back every time I visit Delhi.||It’s people like them and the hotel’s exceptional culture that reflect its greatness. May they continue to hold this spirit forever!

If I'm ever in this area, I will stay at Andaz, no doubt. This place is sparkling clean, food is delicious, service is excellent and staff is wonderful. Breakfast is one of the best I've ever had in a hotel stay. Period. So many choices! Such variety. I loved Andaz Delhi. Oh and shout out to the best housekeeping team!! You're the best!
