Andaz Macau

A very warm welcoming drinks & nuts with wonderful greetings from the friendly staffs Amelia& Jonathan upon check in at the lobby make us feel happy and warm. Very nice room, clean and bright, we enjoyed so much the bathtub and rain shower, warm toilet bowl are amazing, with an additional little tent for our little one. The staffs provided us also kids friendly stuffs like kid sandals, shampoos and toothbrush set for kids. We had Christmas surprise gifts on the Christmas Eve too! Nice breakfast and the food taste good.Will come back again to Andaz to try the happy hour + bar and lounge next time!

This hotel is the same group with Galaxy Hotel. From harbour or bus station, you can choose the bus to Galaxy and take small shuttle bus to Andaz. The small shuttle bus operate every 10 minutes. You can enjoy the Galaxy hotel facility, including the swimming pool and kids facility. Room is not as big as Galaxy but it is convenient. All staff are very helpfull. When you check in you can enjoy the snack at lounge. Breakfast is very very delicious, many variant. Swimming pool at Andaz is indoor. We also get free birthday cake. They provide free nice sleepers, free famous almond cookies and bar. If you bring kids, they also provide you children sleepers, tooth brush, tooth paste, shampoo, small stool and baby bath tub. This time I want specially thanks to Mr Anthony (Galaxy hotel sales representative in Indonesia) who recommend this hotel, Mr/Ms Eleven who provide steam foot sheet at the room that we dont ask for (maybe he/she look my parents already old and tired for walking), Mr/Ms Juni provide small sudoku games and steam eye mask and all staff that i can not mention one by one. Psst, the price is also affordable ^_^ Thank you very much ! :)

Positives: Service attitude from the front desk to housekeeping is above what I've experienced at most hotels. Hotel feels new and the adequate sized standard rooms are aesthetic. They include a complimentary mini bar for all guests. Negative: The public area's scent is overwhelming. We experienced thermostat and water temperature issues when staying on the north tower but it seems better on the west tower. The standard pillows were very flat with no adequate support, but I found out the second day that I can request two types of pillows. Overall I would likely return again next year but make reservations earlier to ensure a comfortable stay.

First time staying here, we actually didn't expect too much but Andaz exceeded our expectations. Staff very helpful and polite from the moment we arrived, our check in was handled by Ceci and Becca. Thanks for the complimentary anni cake, so sweet and made our day. The room is not big but spotless clean still looks new and fresh, I like the room design and the shower. Andaz very generous provided complimentary minibar and snacks, they also have a lounge just beside the lobby for guests enjoying some snacks and drinks. Overall we are satisfied and would definitely back again, very recommended for a couples or a family.

We booked 2 rooma and stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate a post birthday for my son. The hotel prepared a complimentary cake to my boy and he was extremely surprised and happy to received it. Rea who assisted our checked in is very friendly and provided me a lot of travel info in Macau. We love the hotel rooms and amenities here. We had a comfortable sleep. Also, the personal touch given by the housekeeper_Winnie. Overall, we have a very pleasant stay in Andaz Hotel Macau. We will be back again in our next trip. Cc and rea so good~

The services of this hotel is amazing, I actually booked my stay twice in a week as the first experience was fantastic. Our receptionist from both stay (小魚), was super amazing. Our first stay was a pre-birthday celebration, because of the great experience we decided to come back again on my husband’s actual birthday. 小魚 helped check us in again and make sure that we could relax as much as possible (the first stay my husband had to return to work in the morning) she offered late check out for us so my husband can fully enjoy his birthday celebration. It’s the little touches of all the staff’s service that made our stay memorable. We’d definitely return to this hotel again.

I had a wonderful stay at Andaz Macau during my recent official visit, and it truly lived up to a 5-star experience. The property is beautiful, modern and thoughtfully designed, with an atmosphere that feels warm and welcoming the moment you enter. My room was spacious, impeccably clean and tastefully decorated - every detail from bedding to lighting felt premium and comfortable. The staff deserves special appreciation -they were courteous, responsive and attentive throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth, service was consistent, and every interaction felt professional and friendly. The amenities such as the pool, fitness center and in-room features were excellent and made the stay even more enjoyable. One area where I feel there’s scope for improvement is the vegetarian food availability. Being a vegetarian, I found the options to be quite limited compared to what you’d expect in a property of this standard. The food quality was good, but a wider range of vegetarian choices would make the dining experience much more inclusive and fulfilling for guests like me.Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay the comfort, service and ambiance were exceptional. With a little enhancement in vegetarian menu variety, it would be nearly perfect. I look forward to returning again and definitely recommend Andaz Macau to others.

Was absolutely blown away by this Macau gem of a hotel! From the distance as you approach just looks like another glassy + brassy modern hotel (I used the free Galaxy shuttle bus from the ferry terminal). But as soon as I stepped out of the lift at Reception on Level 6 the vibrant + thoughtful interior design really brings together both old + new Macau. This beautiful visual detail also extended to my luxury room, which included a big bath tub, Andaz slippers, and a large gift box of complimentary Macau almond biscuits (yum!) However, what really makes this luxury hotel stand out is the wonderful staff - always attentive and all clearly loved their jobs, including the house maids who cleaned the room every day (one even left some sanitised glass wipes next to my reading glasses) and the busy restaurant staff, who every morning prepared an excellent flat white coffee with almond milk (extra hot!). All the Andaz team were excellent, but 2 in particular who deserve special praise include bellman 'Rocky' who welcomed me at the front door, took my luggage and patiently waited as I checked in, and then introduced me to all of the special features of my room. Also Restaurant Manager Miss Leivian (with her beautiful smile + high heel shoes) who always found time to check on how I was enjoying the menu. Big thank you to everyone - I loved every minute of my stay. Am already looking forward to returning to the Andaz Macau again soon!
