Andaz Nanjing Hexi

Excellent service all around, with staff eager to help and please. The corner Deluxe room we were in was spacious, with a great view all around and they prepared a wine in the room as well for us to celebrate Valentine's Day. When I asked for more fruits, they brought a whole platter up when they were not sure which fruits I was requesting for. The bed was large and comfortable - we could toss and turn and yet not affect each other. The gym was very well-equipped and breakfast came with options to suit any palate. The overall design of the hotel exuded a very classy vibe, and our dinner at the top floor had an awesome view of the city from where we dined, with very reasonable prices.

Andaz Nanjing is a nice, modern & cozy hotel. I need to thank the Concierge team for their kindness & perfect arrangement. Deeply appreciated the decoration & room upgrade for my husband’s birthday. Nice view & very comfortable room. There are shopping malls and metro near the hotel, which is convenient. Breakfast is good, nice pool & gym too.We enjoyed our stay very much and we will recommend this hotel to others.

Great room design. Although it sounded small on the website, the room actually feels spacious enough and very practical. I had a very comfortable stay.||||The Andaz Lounge provided a good coffee corner during the afternoon.||||Breakfast was good, food quality was top notch.||||Highlight was the rooftop bar MEET, food was exceptional, highly recommended!

I believe the Andaz Nanjing Hexi gave me the worst experience I’ve ever had with Hyatt. Not only did I encounter difficulties during check-in, but the room’s AC also wasn’t working, which made the room uncomfortably cold and caused my wife to become ill. We eventually had to go to the emergency room by ambulance.||||I usually have great experiences with Hyatt, and the Andaz in Xiamen is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. But this particular property in Nanjing seriously needs improvement. The front desk staff needs better training in hospitality and customer service. The AC technician simply came to the room, looked around, and told us he couldn’t fix it—without even making a real attempt.||||This stay was extremely disappointing and far from the standard I’ve come to expect from the Hyatt brand.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is super convenient—right next to a shopping mall with plenty of food options. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful

Probably the smallest Andaz I’ve stayed..service was also not good. The breakfast was amazing, lots of choices and selections, however hotel sells breakfast to the public too, it was super crowded. Overall the experience was not good, not recommended of Andaz Nanjing

The hotel staff made the stay much more pleasant than the beautiful suite and indoor pool. 10s across the board for everyone involved.

The Nanjing Andaz is the best Andaz in China (and maybe the world?) ||||It's very conveniently located in the most modern part of Nanjing with access to great restaurants, a premium mall, and public transportation. ||||For anyone who's looking to stay in Nanjing, definitely consider this option.
