Had an absolutely delightful stay here for about a week in August. The hotel and rooms were impeccably clean well organized. Room service and food from the restaurant in the hotel were top notch with beautiful presentation and everything was extremely fresh. Location is also beautiful and well situated being walking distance from many of the attractions. I very highly recommend staying here if you're in Prague, will not be disappointed.

Despite visiting during the high season, all staff members were genuinely kind and attentive. The room was spotless, with high ceilings that made it feel bright and spacious, and every detail was thoughtfully done. The location was excellent. The sauna was small but very clean and well maintained. The restaurant was outstanding. During our 3-night stay, we had one or two meals there each day, and every dish we ordered was excellent. The schnitzel was especially impressive — better than some of the well-known schnitzel spots in Prague. Andaz Prague truly elevated our experience in the city. Highly recommended.

My wife and I travelled to Prague for the first time and the trip was made even better because we stayed at Andaz. From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly, welcoming and warm. The room was just beautiful!! The facilities of the hotel were amazing, coffee machine and mini bar included as well as in the main check in area the ‘anytime’ coffee machine was amazing. The gym was one of the best I’ve experienced and the location was convenient to the highlights of the city. I can’t recommend Andaz enough… I won’t stay anywhere else when I’m back in Prague. Highly recommend!

Everything felt fresh, modern, and perfectly maintained. The breakfast service truly stood out. The quality of the food was outstanding, with a wonderful variety of fresh, delicious options. The service was attentive, warm, and efficient, making every morning feel special and relaxed. From the elegant atmosphere to the impeccable service, Andaz Prague delivers a refined experience that blends comfort, design, and hospitality flawlessly. I would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Prague.

This is a beautiful hotel. The building is amazing historic and beautiful lobby with a welcoming drink in the lobby, which is a very nice touch. The building is beautiful. It’s located in a great area in the city not in the old town but close enough perfect and very convenient for easy in and out walkable distance to the train station And a huge parking lot in front of it.|The rooms are very look serious. Typical for Hyatt. The checking was amazing. I made a mistake in the checking and I reserve an extra broom since I need two and I made a mistake by reserving three yet the check team canceled that reservation at no charge which was great. I am very grateful to the manager And the reception team.|As always with Hyatt, everything is luxurious clean well done with class , along with great people helping you make this one of the best if not the best hotel in town I would definitely come back to this hotel

The rooms are a great size, and I loved the unique artwork in both the rooms and the hallways — it gives the hotel real character. You don’t have full control over ac. We had to call down for them to adjust it, and get humidifier. The rooms were hot and dry in December. Breakfast was also very good and well presented. Unfortunately, the concierge experience was extremely disappointing. Gabriel spent more time wandering around the hotel complaining to coworkers than actually assisting guests. We asked for help with two very simple requests, and he seemed unable or unwilling to handle them. It was like watching a character in movie. In contrast, the bell captains were outstanding — professional, kind, and truly above and beyond. They even helped take our luggage all the way to the train station, which made a stressful departure much easier. Because of the concierge, this stay fell short of what you expect from an Andaz property, but the front desk and bell staff deserves real recognition.

His recommendations and personal stories added a meaningful and memorable layer to our experience, making the city feel both accessible and deeply personal.||||What truly sets Andaz Prague apart is the hotel’s ability to deliver service that feels both seamless and heartfelt—attentive without ever being intrusive, refined yet wonderfully human. The team demonstrated an impressive ability to anticipate our needs, respond with grace, and maintain an atmosphere of calm excellence at all times.||||The experience was so outstanding that we extended our stay by two additional nights—and later added a third—especially after our original flights were cancelled due to adverse weather conditions. Rather than feeling inconvenienced, we felt incredibly fortunate to remain in such a welcoming and well-managed environment. The Andaz Prague team transformed an unexpected travel disruption into an opportunity to further enjoy the hotel and the city, leaving us with lasting positive memories.||||We cannot thank the entire Andaz Prague team enough for their dedication, kindness, and exceptional hospitality. Best hotel we've ever stayed at! The Andaz has the best location in Old Town Prague....walkable from the main train station, and on the edge of the touristy area. Everyone there was nice, from the helpful Bell Desk to the Front Desk, and staff at the restaurant and bar. The rooms were perfectly cleaned and has nice, custom touches that only high end boutique hotels would think about. I mean lights that automatically turn on when you walk into the room, the bathroom was perfectly designed and floors were heated, the drapes went from floor to 12 foot ceilings, trim everywhere, night lights thoughtfully placed, and very usable seating at the end of the bed and dining table for two. The spa was nice, relaxing and open until 9pm, which is great since spas in other hotels close around 6-8pm, when you want to use it most. The restaurant was nice, with great food and not too expensive.
