We visited here after watching a video of their "Spice Bag Fish & Chips". 100% recommend this place, nice crispy batter, spicy but not too spicy. All their fish is fresh and you can tell by the way it tastes. The size of the helping was big and we were full after eating it. We will be back again and we drove 110km each way for this meal, next time I think I'm going to try the scampi as that also looked delicious 😋.

Delicious take away! I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food here and I can't wait to go back and try more. Service was fast, covid safe and friendly. The food was excellent and well priced. I had a steak sandwich and fries, steak was cooked as I asked and the fries were well seasoned, crispy and delicious. I'm looking forward to my next visit so I can try the fish which looks great.

Fish n Chips is very poor, big bags of grease with cold chips, couldn't eat the fish it was so greasy 😕. Dont bother, buy the fish n chips in the SuperValu round the corner and cook it at home, will be far nicer and healthier.

Exceptional! We were unwelcomed at The Moorings and we were so glad we were as we went next door and discovered heaven- delicious fresh fish, a warm welcome and where on earth would you get a vase of Solomon’s Seal cut flowers in a fish and chip shop?! More of a takeaway but small bar to eat at. Also great wines A gem of a spot Well done everyone!

{▪︎▪︎▪︎}ANDYUM! We decided on Wednesday that we would make the 99km trip from Enniscorthy to Dungarvan on Thursday for our tea on the quay from AndChips. We had wanted to visit for a while but didn't have the opportunity until now. Because of covid 19 and a serious illness we have been cocooning since February. We decided to go somewhere nice once a week during the summer instead of going on holiday. We parked on the quay and strolled to Andchips soaking up the atmosphere of the area. We had decided to order different fish so we could share. We had ling goujons and hake. The lady who took our order was lovely and friendly and very helpful. We waited outside on socially distancing seats until our order was ready. When we got our food everything was in the bag ready to go. Salt, vinegar, napkins and individually wrapped forks beside two boxes of delicious fish AndChips! We eagerly walked along the quay to a bench where we sat down to enjoy our tea on the quay! Eunice came to say hello and to thank us as she had heard how far we had travelled. We had a chat and she hoped we would enjoy the food. The box was filled with chips, golden battered fish, tartare sauce, mushy peas and a lemon wedge. We swapped pieces of fish so we could each taste the others choice. The ling goujons were perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. Flaky white flesh in a light crispy batter that crunched when you bit into it. The hake was equally as good with the batter still crispy to the very last bite, a testament to the quality. The tartare sauce was so delicious I got the other half's tub too! The chips were crispy and dry and full of flavour. They really were delicious and tasted of more and we ate more than we should have!! We really had a lovely evening. The food was fantastic and the joy of eating it by the harbour enhanced the whole experience. We are really looking forward to another visit soon. Thanks AndChips for serving delicious food.

Service is friendly and professional. There are other options other than fish. Seating available outside, COVID safe environment with collection service too. Price is only Euro 10 for fish, chips, Peas - generous quantities - terrific value.

Had heard lots of great things and had to try it out for myself. There were 3 of us, between us we got the haddock & chips, fish tacos and fish spice box, also got a portion of coleslaw. The food was so delicious, good portion sizes and will definitely go again the next time I'm in Dungarvan

Just voted Best Takeaway in Waterford, the dynamo that is Eunice Power has really hit the spot with this 'chipper' on the harbour in Dungarvan. First visit to Dungarvan post-lockdown, And Chips was very high on our 'must try' list. Parking outside is a challenge to put it mildly so pick up is ideally a two-person job, the picker-upper and the getaway driver. All went to plan and we repaired to the digs. My scampi and chips were excellent as was my companion's taco fries (not to be confused with the fish taco which we thought we'd ordered but heigh ho!). Chips were chunky and plentiful. No complaints. We'll definitely be back but be more specific with the taco order !

Wonderful and yummy fish & chips very tasty and fresh! The staff is nice and the place is really great. I would recommend to eat your fish & chips from the edge of the port!

My husband and son visited this takeaway recently and were very disappointed with the food. Chips were not what they expected n the fish was deep fried with too much batter. I was there the following week got beef burger and chips. Chips appeared not to be cooked adequately and although the burger was nice I thought it was outrageously priced at €6. Chicken burger was €7.50 which is too dear. Chips were €3. Value for money is not high on the cards here I think and generally not value for money in my opinion.
