Absolutely loved our stay here, stayed around 8 days. Central and the place is so cute! They provide breakfast daily and have drinking water available 24/7. They also were able to pick us up and drop off at the airport. Concierge was so nice to keep our bags and they also have a security/door person around the clock. I felt very safe and well taken care of here. Definitely check out their rooftop terrace! I enjoyed many a muña tea up there. I would recommend them to anyone!

We stayed here for 3 days in May 2025! It was a fantastic stay. The hotel is so cute, free coca tea and filtered water at all times, the complimentary breakfast was great, our room felt clean and cozy. The location is great (5 min walk to the main square). We were on the top floor so I don’t think we experienced as much noise as some of the other reviewers, but could see how it could be noisy if on one of the lower floors. They do provide ear plugs in the room, but just something to be aware of. Highly recommend for a cozy and clean stay in Cusco!

Loved my stay here! I stayed for 3 days in July 2025 and would totally recommend. Rooms were quaint, but beautiful clean and cozy. Bed was fantastic! Free water, tea, coca leaves, and little candies all day. I saw someone using oxygen in the lobby that must have needed it. I loveddddd the continental breakfast. Yogurt, bar, fresh fruit, fresh juices, coffee, meats cheeses and breads.. scrambled eggs and sausage meats. The outside floor patio was lovely and the "roof top" area was beautiful! Little market right next to the hotel where you could purchase wine to sit up there and relax. Jacks cafe right next to the hotel was fantastic! Very very close to the city center, and an easy walk to there. I was a solo traveling female and felt VERY safe! You have to ring the doorbell to get into the hotel where a hotel worker would personally let you in, so it's not like anyone can come and go as they please. They stored my luggage when I went on my hike and when I returned, it was all already waiting in my room :) I was on the first floor and walls were a little thin, buuut I'm a heavy sleeper and loved being right next to the water, so I thought it was totally worth it! Really loved this place and would highly suggest saying here :)

We spend 2 nights when we started the hike and after the hike. The staff are super friendly, breakfast has a lot of varieties, the location is a few minutes walk to the main square. The only complaint is the room is a bit dated, not good sound proofing , you can hear upstairs walk or roll around the luggage. The water pressure is low and water is not hot depending which room you are in.

I think your experience here will really depend on your expectations. I’d give them 3.5 stars if possible. This hotel is great if you want a more budget friendly option, good location and plan to be out most of the day. Pros: Great location, near city center and many restaurants. If you go up the stairs, down the block, there’s a nice shopping area with way less solicitors. The pictures are as captured, beautiful courtyard Will hold luggage and service is efficient Free waterbottle refills and coffee/tea Bed is very comfortable, room is clean (aside from bathroom) Cons: Heater is only on from 7pm-7am. I came back from Machu Picchu (raining that day) and had to find something to do for 2hrs so I wasn’t freezing in my room. But it does get warm when you are allowed to turn it on. Mold in the shower (see pictures) unfortunately there’s no central ventilation which is understandable how it happened but it’s noticeable and should be disinfected. They provided a mat for your feet otherwise I would’ve suggested shower shoes. Hot water is hit or miss. Was lukewarm at best at night but was steaming hot in the AM. I did have to let it run for ~5min to heat up. The walls are definitely thin. I’m not sensitive to noise and use ear plugs, but if you are - I can see it being a problem. Most of the rooms face the courtyard and ppl are unintentionally loud coming home from a night out and in the morning during breakfast. I think this is a good hotel if you don’t need all the bells and whistles and want a step up from hostels. If you want a luxury, quiet experience, you could pay <$100 more and go to Novotel. But if you’re on a budget and want the basics with an aesthetic view and good location, this will work.

They thought of everything you'd expect in a high end hotel and provided it at half the price. Amazingly comfortable beds, modern bathroom, plenty of outlets to recharge your devices, and a breakfast you'll look forward to. Everything tasted scratch made. Also, perfect location to avoid having to climb a mountain to your hotel everyday. We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn three days before a hike to Machu Picchu and only stayed at the Andenes one night when we returned, but if I could do it again, we'd have stayed at the Andenes the whole time, instead. It was better than the Hilton and David (runs the place) was incredibly helpful to us with my limited Spanish. If we come back to Cusco, we're staying here.

I loved everything about this hotel. I traveled solo for a middle age milestone birthday and found the room, the service, the decor of the lobby, the food, and the location to be absolutely wonderful (and affordable). The staff went above and beyond to make my stay special.

I have honestly loved our stay thus far. David made me feel super safe as a solo female traveler, he has great suggestions and advice. The staff is extremely attentive and makes it a point to be "unseen" but I enjoy their company. Very kind, the breakfast spread is immaculate! Clean rooms, hot showers, big fluffy towels, beautiful common areas, amazing views of Cuzco from the roof terrace, soft, local blankets on all the couches/beds, 24/7 tea and coca station. Overall just a wonderful stay. Thank you David! My only (very small) criticism is they turn the gas off for the radiators during the day even if it's cold and rainy... but it's in the name of conservation. I mean they have to carry gas up 3.5 flights of stairs so it's understandable. Just cold :')
