This place was recommended by a friend as a must try in Hokkaido. There are many options to choose from and the staff is super friendly as well. There is a small space to sit and dine. You can also get your coffee from here. The place seems to be always crowded. So there's a small queue at the payment counters. But the queue moves quickly.

Wow. So good. Croissants and all the rest is amazing. Very fresh, and if you stop by early in the day, you can have warm baked goods. High quality and reasonable prices.

My experience at Andersen Bakery and Cafe in Hiroshima left me thoroughly impressed. Their bread, cake, and pasta were all wonderfully flavorful, showcasing the freshness and quality of their ingredients. I appreciated that they listed the ingredients for each product, which allowed Muslim patron-ship to make informed choices, ensuring avoidance of pork meat, fat, and alcohol. The ambiance of the cafe was calm and inviting, providing a peaceful retreat from the most crowded street. The staff were polite and attentive, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere. Additionally, the cleanliness of the establishment was impeccable, reflecting a commitment to hygiene and customer satisfaction. Andersen Bakery and Cafe in Hiroshima is definitely a must-visit for anyone seeking delicious baked goods in a serene and welcoming environment.

Wide selection of perfect baked creations, plus cheeses, higher end ingredients, and takeaway ready meals & deli items. It’s busy for good reason. Pastries are super flaky & have a depth of flavour to them as well - highly recommend the cherry danish.

Popular and crowded bakery shop in Hondori shopping street. Full of tasty pastries, breads, confections and more, this is a carb lovers paradise! We purchased a variety of pastries to sample and all were delicious. The shop is very modern contemporary, well lit, and clean. It's pretty cool that you can watch the bakers making their magic. It can be busy and crowded, which makes some areas on the ship a tight squeeze for moving around. Overall, with the visit. Definitely stop in!

Taking in the entire store takes a minute since there is a good selection. You can get either dessert bread or a nice crusty baguette. The pan au chocolate was flakey, but was a 2/5 in the flavor department. The melon pan was tasty, and the winner was the chocolate Italian bread. They have a very small area with some tea/brunch options. Overall, Great little place to explore.

It’s a big bread shop with many types and a restaurant. I came to have dessert in 2nd floor. It’s too sweet for me.
