Had a great experience here! We visited with four young children and they were able to accommodate us on short notice for dinner. The staff was friendly and great with our children. We ordered first for them so that their food was out while we waited for ours. This helped us get them prepared before our own food. We did the kids option that came with a meal, drink, and dessert and they really enjoyed it. It's a little pricey, but for a restaurant at the Ritz, I think it's expected. No complaints! It was good food.

P and his staff were absolutely amazing during our stay. From the moment we arrived, their warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness stood out. They went above and beyond in every way, and the level of service they provided was truly exceptional. What meant the most to us was how wonderful they were with our 11-month-old son, Hunter. They were so patient, caring, and attentive with him—it made us feel completely at ease and really elevated our entire experience. It’s rare to find a team that not only excels at what they do but also creates such a welcoming and family-friendly atmosphere. They truly made our stay unforgettable. I would highly, highly recommend visiting them over by the restaurant while you’re there. You won’t be disappointed!

I have to give Adiamo a 5 star bc overall I had the best time dining here. The ambience is nice and our waiter Herman was super friendly and provided outstanding service. We enjoyed pizza (Pere & Gargonzola), bruschetta, pasta, dessert (Hazlenut Rocher) and wine (Brunello). My kids were able to watch the movie playing outside while we finished up dinner. We also ordered Adiamo for lunch when hanging by the pool the next day- the shrimp wrap was great and my husband tried a different pizza (Mortadella).

Newly renovated, tucked away behind the pool near the main building. Open air Italian restaurant overlooking the boat dock. Everything I ordered tasted rich and indulgent. Had focaccia bread with butter, bruschetta, gnocchi, and mango sorbet. Throughly enjoyed the food and service.

Here for a conference and stopped at Andiamo for a quick bite. Ordered the burger which looked amazing. When I cut it in half the patty was so bloody it had completely soaked the bun and plate. I had ordered my burger medium. In true Ritz fashion the staff rushed in to make it right. They remade my burger and fawned over me to make sure all was taken care of. My new burger arrived and when I cut into it again the patty was nearly raw. Out of time and patience I left the restaurant. We had eaten at Andean’s the night before and the food and service was great. True disappointment

Casual but classy atmosphere. Exceptional Italian cuisine with a superb view of the canal behind the Ritz-Carlton. The breezy porch-like atmosphere is great for dinner or just hanging out at the bar. World-class pizza. Hats off to the chef!

Initially greeted by Kim. Perfect. Classy and friendly! I tried a couple of her recommendations and they were very good. Burrata / salad tasted like they were just made fresh. Chicken piccata was ok, was expecting the traditional style with lemon instead it was with tomato. Tiramisu was top-notch, pudding variety.

Everything is exceptional! The staff are wonderful and the outdoors is great for kids. They usually have a movie night and you can play boche ball as well. Also make sure you get there around 5 to see the feeding of the fish.
