I purchased a ticket for and attended the baby swim event in nyc. It was $175 for a thirty minutes in the water and was supposed to include a swimsuit of up to $130. I purchased a few options and used the promo code hoping one would fit and planned to return the others. I followed the size chart and as it happened, the one suit I purchased in a smaller size was the only one that fit. The return process has been an absolute nightmare. As it stands they have not issued the full refund for my return items and I ended up paying g $100 on top of the $175 class fee for my suit. Support is only available my email and the reps often don’t read the thread so they don’t know what’s going on. I will NEVER order from Andie again. What was supposed to be a fun experience ended up making me feel really stupid for engaging with this company.

bought a suit online for my wife December 2022. she wore it 20 times. you be the judge. they offered only a discount on a future purchase. why would I give them more money for an inferior product?yes it's 18 months later however minimal usage. no need to shop here again. buyer beware

Although I haven't seen my first Andie suit yet, I had a very positive customer-service experience today. I procrastinated on placing an order and then needed Andie to rush a couple of different sizes for me to try. Jordan offered to send the two sizes via overnight shipping for no charge. Assuming one of the suits looks good, this is the kind of customer service that will make me a return customer.

I recently purchased a couple of swim suits from Andie for the first time for a vacation. Sara, from the Customer Experience team, took such good care of me to ensure that my suits arrived in time for my trip. She took the time to give me a call and also follow up with an email. Thank you, Andie Team, for the aaaamazing customer care and cute / quality suits. Highly recommend!

I will be an Andie customer for life! They have the best most responsive customer service team and truly great products. They had oversold a suit I had bought and reached out to let me know as well as offer an alternative suit, I didn’t love the selection they had suggested and told them and then they suggested a different perfect alternative. It truly is customized service and I appreciate so much! Product is very high quality too. I will always buy andie suits. Love this small woman owned business!

Best customer service and fabulous suits. The suits are fantastic, I've had both the maternity Amalfi and then the regular one When I had a delivery stolen and then had trouble finding my right size postpartum, their team responded right away and replaced my item and helped me find the perfect size. I could tell I was speaking to real people and that makes all the difference these days. Loyal customer earned!

The suit is a perfect fit and I get so many compliments when I'm wearing it. I'm not a thin person and these suits are made for all bodies! Making this company even more outstanding is their exemplary customer service!! Each team member has been fantastic and quickly responsive. I am an Andie's customer for life!

I ordered two swimsuits and quality is great and they shipped quickly to Canada. I needed to exchange a size and their customer service was extremely helpful (thanks Jordan!). Really happy to have gotten my exchange done quickly and in time for my trip!
