I was doing some DIY removing skirting boards when I pulled away a board and a long bit of wood came out of the wall behind… in a panic I hit Google and searched for a structural engineer. I spoke with Andrew who kindly and patiently listened to me and reassured me. I was given an email address to send photographs of the wall to. Within minutes I was sent a helpful reply, and given the all clear - nothing to panic about. Many many thanks to ANDO engineering!

On his first site visit he took plenty of time to get familiar with the property, and he delivered his structural drawings in record time. When we needed his input during the building process he was incredibly quick to respond.
