A wonderful hotel that very much deserves its 5 stars. Ideal location for exploring the Capital. The swimming pool is very nice, with an outside bar area. Our room had a balcony overlooking the pool area, one of the nicest rooms we have stayed in for quite some time. The reception and breakfast staff were very helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend this hotel.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. It is a historic hotel that has been expertly and professionally restored and enhanced. The location is very good; just off the centre and crowds but within walking distance. The rooms are modern, clean and very comfortable. The staff are excellent. The breakfast is very good and served by the pool and lawn.

This is a lovely hotel in a really great location in Andorra La Vella - I would definitely recommend you stay there if visiting, our room was fabulous and very generously sized. The outdoor pool area is fab and I had a great massage from Gabriella. The indoor pool area was also lovely but showing signs of wear and tear in the seam room and some showers were not working. Also the breakfast really was not great for a hotel of its class. I need to stress there are far more positives than negatives and I would definitely recommend it but I wanted to explain why not a 5 star ..

Absolutely loved this hotel and would recommend it in a heartbeat. It is pricey, but feels worth it. The grounds are incredibly beautiful. You're so close to the city, and yet you hear none of it, with the hotel being situated high above the city center. The service is excellent. Maria, the concierge, spent a lot of time with us helping us pick the perfect hike, booking a taxi to take us there and back, and booking dinner reservations for us. We loved her energy and willingness to help. We had a garden room on the third floor with a huge porch overlooking the beautiful grounds and mountains. The room was clean, we'll equipped, and spacious. The indoor pool and spa were a nice treat, and breakfast was expensive but pretty tasty -- a great way to fill up before a long day of hiking in the mountains! Beds were super comfy, and the hotel was quiet, so we got great sleep. We appreciated the robes, slippers, and toiletries provides. (Although the slippers were too small for my husband 😂) The hotel also seemed very kid friendly. We weren't traveling with a child, but we saw many families there who were. Kids were allowed in the pools (I think the pool staff even provided pool toys) and allowed to climb on the rocks outside. Andorra overall, too, seems like a kid-friendly place. Hotel is dog friendly too. We booked 2 nights but I really wish we could have stayed longer! The hotel was so picturesque, and Andorra is such a beautiful place with so much character. We will be back!

Visited Andorra on a road trip, and stayed one night at the Andorra Park Hotel. It was an excellent choice. It's a few minutes walk from the center of Andorra la Vella, in a beautiful quiet setting. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with advice about shopping and dining. Our room (304) was both modern and warm-feeling. A sizable balcony provided great views of the Riu Valira valley. The room had all the usual amenities, including a safe, refrigerator, and tea and coffee. The bathroom was luxurious. A nice breakfast buffet was provided in the restaurant.

Stayed here for two nights and slept wonderfully, enjoyed the pool and the delicious food. However, the wellness area was quite disappointing. The videos show why. I also find it unfortunate that no staff member checks in every hour or half hour to see if everything is still okay and nobody died in the sauna. The gym is fine (open 24h via the 3rd floor). One crosstrainer not working. Additionally, the toilet in the room didn't have a toilet brush or bidet. All in all, I expected a bit more from a 5-star hotel.

This is a nice hotel in an outstanding location above the city — but with easy access to the center of town. In short, the location is perfect. The beds are extremely comfortable and the bathrooms are large and well appointed. The big downside to staying here is the truly terrible Wi-Fi connectivity. The service is slow — typically less than 1 Mb/s and unreliable. Staff said their Wi-Fi service was working normally but other guests confirmed that the Wi-Fi was next to worthless. It was impossible for me to work using the hotel’s Wi-Fi service. I had to use Wi-Fi elsewhere in town.

We visited in the low season so it was nice and kind of not so busy. We had the spa area to ourselves! The hotel location is very convenient to many restaurants, city center, and some scenic walks. There is a lift in the parking garage just through the beautiful garden to take you right down to street level (so you don’t have to walk the rather steep hill). View from the room was amazing. ||The team working was all very friendly and helpful. ||The room was quite large, with a nice long desk and chairs for working, big balcony with chairs, and a spacious bathroom. The bathroom had two sinks, walk in shower, toilet closet, and bathtub. Thank you for having full size (non disposable) toiletries and especially in living conditioner. The bed was giant and quite comfortable. ||The spa had a full gym, indoor pool, dry sauna, steam sauna, and whirlpool (not hot but nice). There are two padel courts onsite and they have gear you can borrow. Cool perk. We didn’t dine at the onsite restaurant but it’s beautiful. There is an outdoor pool that I assume is used during warmer months. ||Breakfast was nice. Many fruit, cheese, and meat options. ||Overall I very nice hotel and I would definitely stay there again.
