Staying at the Andrássy Kúria & Spa was genuinely one of the most relaxing and enjoyable experiences I’ve had in Hungary. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed with warm hospitality and attention to detail. The historic charm of the building, combined with its tasteful modern touches, gave the entire place a peaceful and refined atmosphere. It felt like stepping into a quiet, luxurious escape surrounded by nature and culture.||The spa was the real highlight for me. After a day of exploring the nearby Tokaj wine region, unwinding in the thermal pool and sauna was pure bliss. I treated myself to a massage that was honestly one of the best I’ve had—completely relaxing and professional. Everything was spotless, beautifully designed, and calm, creating a perfect wellness sanctuary. It felt like time slowed down there.||Evenings at the hotel were just as special. Dining in the restaurant was a treat—elegant dishes, rich flavors, and of course, the local wines were phenomenal. The staff gave great recommendations and knew the wine pairings perfectly. I left feeling completely refreshed, pampered, and already dreaming of going back. If you ever get the chance, I highly recommend it—it’s more than a hotel, it’s an experience.

The hotel was nice all the staff were helpful, friendly! We were here for 2 days and during this time I can mention 2 things:||1. during the dinner time me and my husband had to wait so long (around 1,5 hours) as the hotel was full and most of the waitress had to work after their working hours and they weren’t enough for full house. Ofc. they tried their best, but it was hard.|2. When we arrived we got a very cold room and we had to sleep there 1 night, but then the receptionist was so kind and we could change our first room for an other - warm - one.||So the place was nice, the staffs are also nice and helpful, so thank you all of them.

Elegant estate-style hotel with tasteful interiors and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff is exceptionally polite and caring — from reception to spa and restaurant, you're truly looked after. A place where comfort, style, and care come together.

After a super long day, super exhausting one, we are arriving to our room we figured there are two single beds and not a double as requested on reservation, we have called the receptionist and we have been offered to push the beds together as there isn't any room with a double bed available, we have decided to leave to another hotel with better service, as soon the receptionist hears we would like to leave, she somehow found a double bed room for us, which was ok but not clean enough and very close to the lobby which felt like we are actually at the lobby all the time... i don't think we deserve this felling (also for the price we have paid..) and we really expect for a manger call to explain. didn't feel like a 5 star hotel service at all. We were very disappointed.

It was the 4th or the fifth time in the hotel. The management of the hotel has changed, but the quality of service is still high. I hope it will not change with the time. Magnificent wellness area, helpful staff and very good restaurant.

Love the spot, I've been there a few times now, One Time the guy told me that I cannot order a cocktail before 10:00 p.m. I came to him on 10 and he told me that they just stopped making cocktails 10:00 PM.. The spa is nice.

It’s a nice boutique hotel, not too busy over the weekdays. Restaurant is good, more vegetarian options would be appreciated. Pool area is nice, a few saunas and spa. Issues we experienced: - walls are really thin, we could hear kids and a snoring guy next door. we had to change rooms in the middle of the night - massages are really basic and honestly not worth it at all, lack of skilled masseuses Overall a nice place to relax for a couple of days.

We return to this place since 2012. We were amazed at the first time by the quality, this is the reason we drive to the other corner of the country. |On the other hand this hotel is constantly investing to new services, so whenever we come we face some pleasant surprises. In January we discovered the restaurant was redesigned. Bobajka is not only a five star hotel restaurant but is an attraction by itself and has gathered many recommendations including Michelin.|This time in August we discovered the outside pools were opened which was built with lots of care, the result is amazing. The staff is nice, helpful and professional.
