A pretty good budget hotel in Los Cristianos. Very close to the beach and to the bus stop to the airport, Santa Cruz, etc. In general, the location is perfect. The room is nice. Not new, but quite. The view, however, was not pleasant, into the well. Well, if anyone is lucky, the main problem with this is that there is no balcony, there is nowhere to dry the laundry. Everything else was working fine- air conditioning, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, hair dryer. The TV has not been turned on for 3 days... The room was cleaned every day. The reception staff is polite. The iron was taken there. There are snack vending machines downstairs.

Me and my wife booked this hotel for a week away. My expectations weren't very high for the price but I honestly couldn't fault the hotel. The hotel is located a few minutes away from the beach in Los Cristianos and is close to literally anything you need. There's also a lovely shop right below. Clean rooms with everything you need, a relatively comfortable bed and excellent staff. The balcony was big enough for us both to sit and relax and had privacy screens you can pull over. As an added and unexpected bonus the air conditioning was perfect! Would 100% recommend for anyone looking for somewhere cost effective and comfortable.

I stayed here unexpectedly and have to say — for 50 euros (minus card fees, VAT, and income tax), I got more than I expected: a clean room, fresh bed linen, towels, basic toiletries, coffee and tea. The reception welcomed me at 2 a.m. without any issues, which was a huge help. Of course, this isn’t a holiday resort or a place for a long vacation, but if you need a practical, no-fuss place to stay for 1–3 nights close to the beach, it definitely does the job. I’d absolutely recommend it for a short, convenient stay.

Booked in here while on holiday. It has a 2* rating. However, it was a good choice. Rooms small but adequate, clean and comfortable. Balcony is very small, but let's face it, you're not there to sit on a balcony. Large shower and clean bathroom. Very reasonably priced. Staff friendly. Noticed a self check in point at entry for when reception is closed I assume. Close to the beach and amenities. Would book again .

From the moment I arrived, the experience was unpleasant. The reception is oddly placed outside, in front of the main entrance, and I actually walked right past it without noticing. No one bothered to help or even acknowledge me. Once I finally found the reception desk, I was ignored for a while and then greeted in a very cold and unfriendly manner. The room itself was extremely small and not clean at all – there were hairs all over the floor, which I found quite disgusting. At night, the room didn’t get dark because the windows face the hallway of the hotel, where the lights stayed on all night. I didn’t use the air conditioning because it looked filthy and gross – I didn’t want to get sick. Instead, I kept the window open the whole night. The bed was also very uncomfortable, which made it hard to get any decent sleep. Overall, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We stayed for one week in a dirty and unbearable room, and both my travel companion and I ended up getting sick. We notified the hotel about how filthy it was, and they said they'd take care of it – but all they did was sweep some dust. The room was never properly cleaned. After we got home, we spent several weeks trying to file a complaint through Hotels.com, but never received any real help. Eventually, I was told to contact the hotel directly. I sent an email, but never got a reply. It feels like they’re just waiting for guests to give up. I can't recommend this place to anyone.

This is a 2⭐ hotel so I didn't have high expectations. I had an inner room so less street noise. The free WiFi is good. The room was clean and functional, the bed was actually quite comfortable. There was a complimentary bottle of water in the mini fridge. A slightly unpleasant smell in the bathroom but the shower was good. The best thing about this hotel is it's location, a short walk from the bus stops to/from the airport and then a short walk to the central part of Los Cristianos. There's a baggage room if you arrive before check-in

Area was decent but the room was barely furnished, dirty (hairs all over the place) and the air con was very loud. Overall I wouldnt recommend to stay there for more than one night, it really is just useful to spend one night to travel to a different destination the next morning
