It’s a clean and lovely hotel that I really enjoyed. Conveniently located near the port and beach in the southern part of the island. While the area is quite popular with tourists and has a more relaxed atmosphere, it may not be for everyone.

We’ve had a lovely stay at the Andrea’s Hotel. On arrival check was easy & simple with the lady on reception. She was very polite and nothing was too much trouble. |All staff we met while on our stay even the cleaners were very friendly and cheerful. The hotel is well kept & clean. We have had a great stay and with every thing you could possibly need in your room and would definitely stay again.

We rented 2 rooms: 207 & 202. ||Nice clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice bathroom with good shower. ||Just rated it down because, fast asleep we woke up in middle of the night in our room 207 with water leaking along wall & on the floor onto electrics where fridge was plugged in & forming a puddle on the floor from clearly a faulty air con. Lady at reception didn’t grasp severity of this, barely bothered to stand up from her desk & advised me putting a towel on the floor. I wasn’t impressed with that reply & had to repeat the risks/dangers. She didn’t offer to come & assess the situation but did offer a new room (no upgrade mind you, seeing the troubles caused us having to pack & move everything in the middle of the night, without her help). Couldn’t sleep after that & wanted to read. Reading light in new room (202) non operational. But oh well… decided not to read then… eventually all ended up ok. ||We also rented a 2nd room 202 & this room smelled very heavily of smoke.||Both rooms were on the inside of the building without balcony or nice look out & frosted window, which felt a bit claustrophobic. But it was quiet. I wouldn’t decide to stay here for longer but adequate for a short stay in these non balcony rooms we had. We left same day to go to airport.||Nice to have late check out (12:00). ||Morning receptionist helpful & on the case to sort AC in room 207. ||I was impressed with the cleanliness & lovely cleaners who clearly do a marvellous job. Also noted the amazing lovely long ramp at the main entrance for wheelchair users & there is a lift. Rooms may be at bit narrow though for wheelchair users. At least our rooms seemed narrow like that. We don’t need that personally but professionally I observe things like that.

Arrived today for Christmas I was so worried as originally there was only my husband and I going but then our friend tagged along meaning there was 10 of us coming to stay here,I was dreading it as it’s only the basic hotel never been before, however on arrival we was pleasantly surprised, reception friendly, safe was 2euros a night, the room was adequate for our weeks stay just a base for us to get our heads down, very clean and modern I was very relieved and our friends were fine too, area was Close to the beach and bars, must stress there is no pool but knew this before booking, there is a supermarket below to get bits and bobs, absolutely no complaints whatsoever will definitely return.

We liked this quirky little hotel alot on our stay. Perfect location, 5 minute walk to the town and the beach. Very quiet at night, and the air con is brilliant! The staff are super friendly, and the rooms are really clean. We had a double room with balcony. We had to push the 2 single beds together but it wasn't an issue. It's a bit dated and basic, but we had everything we needed for our stay and the staff were more than accommodating. There is a shop underneath which has all the basics, would recommend

Very basic, but clean. It was an incredibly cheap way of having an extra day on the beach to -de-stress before a trip to La Gomera. Nice staff on reception. The room and bathroom was nice and clean, there was a fridge in the room and tea and coffee. Did the job. Quick walk to nice cafes, and lovely beaches :)

Decent central straightforward hotel that does the job. If you're not expecting anything fancy, this is perfect for you. My room was a very basic place but all I wanted was a place to come back to in the evening and sleep. Really enjoyed my stay with them and hope they carry on the good work.

We arrived in the early evening, person checking in (Lola or Lula or similar) insisted I didn’t have the booking I had made (3 months earlier as confirmed by Booking) and apart from a small room they were fully booked and then shouted and roared at me in front of other guests who were waiting to check in. I was completely shook. It was so bad that guests came to the room to see if I was ok afterwards, one of them informed me that he had been able to see the booking from where he was and that it did indeed say 'habatacione triple’, which L had sworn wasn’t there. L shouted again that it was not their problem, that it was Booking.com's problem. It was getting late, we left for food & had a long night of ringing Booking back and forth again (they had called the person while we were there & they were shouting then too, when I spoke to the same person at Booking straight after she said ‘I see what you mean about this person’.) We returned not knowing what to do and not wanting to share a bed. On arrival we were informed very gruffly that a room with 2 beds had magically appeared. We took the room as Los Cris was booked everywhere being a busy weekend of St Patricks Day & carnival so, no choice. We didn’t spend much time here, trying to avoid this staff member as much as possible. In returning home I wrote to the hotel manager to explain what had happened and received no response.I sent 3 times. Last week I got a v short rude email from them saying that basically I was lying, that it never actually happened, and that I should be apologising to THEM!! They also said I wanted a full refund for my stay, that booking.com had sent them an email saying this, I know nothing about this. I responded explaining and was ignored. I’m always generous in my reviews if you look at the rest of them, however, despite the location I would advise anyone to stay away from this place.
