Super unhappy about the service today. An older lady with styled short grey/brown hair was the coldest person I have encountered in retail service !!!! My husband had given me a wedding anniversary gift from this shop, unfortunately did not fit . Due to my husband loosing his wallet and two family members getting sick we were passed the two weeks to exchange or get a store credit ! This woman was not empathetic or even recognizing that we had a hard time to come back to the shop . I have worked at St Regis Room at the Hudson’s bay, and currently dealing with high profile guests at Fairmont Hotels, but I would never hire anyone with such a customer service! I will never return to this shop and encourage others the same !

Long overdue review - about a month ago I visited to pick up a pair of boots for my friend. Veronica, an associate, graciously offered to gift wrap the box. It turned out gorgeous!

This is my favourite shop in the neighbourhood, I can always find great outfits here! I love Mother jeans, Frank & Eileen … all the best brands and styles can be found here! The staff is amazing, I’m so impressed with their hard work, commitment and professionalism! I had an issue with some pants a few months ago and the manager had them replaced by the company! Roula is fabulous, she’s super smart, honest and so helpful 🙌🏼 I rate this store 10/10! Pop in and please don’t get upset with me when you spend money 🙏🏼

I had such a great experience at this store! I walked in just to browse and ended up leaving not only with pieces I love, but with a ton of inspiration, thanks to the most amazing stylist who helped me. She really took the time to understand my style, suggested combinations I would have never considered, and gave me styling tips. From what I gathered, Valaria is fairly new to the company, but you would never guess it she has the eye and the warmth of someone who’s been doing this forever. Just wanted to say: whoever hired her, you found a rockstar! I’ll definitely be coming back.

Valeriya!!!!!! Yes- Andrews is a wonderful boutique- beautiful clothing, excellent location (posh Yorkville and rumour has it soon also in Toronto's financial district...). The Andrews experience is however elevated to a complete other level by the incomparable stylist Valeriya. Her customer service is discreet and impeccable. She herself is the epitome of chic, applying this intelligence to create wardrobe options for women who demand sophisticated, cutting edge style - whether at home the cottage, on a European holiday or at work (in my case, as a luxury real estate consultant). Bravo, Valeriya

I have shopped at Andrew’s for over 20 years and am a loyal customer. The selection is outstanding and the customer service is exceptional. Marilyn always keeps me updated on the newest arrivals and has a great understanding of my style preferences. Love this store!!!
