Andromeda Hotel Ostend

Arrived early at the hotel, as our room was not ready at 3 pm we were given free drinks in the bar, the room was excellent, nice and quiet. The facilities, swimming pool and jacuzzi area were great. |Afternoon cake (free) provided a nice touch. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall, it was a great location and a very nice hotel on Ostend Seafront. I will stay here again if I visit Ostend.

Excellent! I love this hotel - have been several times. Service is great, facilities are amazing, location - perfect. Recently celebrated my birthday there. The team prepared the room for us with some nice birthday surprises - was really sweet! Spa is bigger than in other hotels. Everything is very clean and stylish. Breakfast is tasty and variety is great!

This hotel had everything. It’s not the most flashy place, but it had zero flaws.||The service was great, and the reception-restaurant was an amazing hangout-spot. The rooms were clean, and the balcony was glorious.||I have to praise the pool & wellness area, which was completed with two saunas and a steam bath — all of which led to an unforgettable experience.||If you’re going to Oostende, which itself was a great place, this is the place to stay.

Very beautiful hotel with a very nice view. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. A big plus is also the pool and wellness area which is incredibly nice. The hotel might be a little pricey but it’s still worth it.

Super location. Amazingly big rooms. Pool is also a big asset. Really worth to visit! Pool has hours with children abd adults only so 1 win for everyone.

Everything was great..the room ,the staff, the food ( honestly its the best breakfast I had in Belgium and not only..),the spa, the parking.|We shall come back for sure but not durring summer. I know Ostende ,it can be very crowded during summer holidays. |You can choose this hotel ,you shall not regret it.

I guess the hotel is OK enough, but it is impossible to control the temperature of the rooms. No matter how hard we tried to adjust the air conditioning settings in the room, the room was stuffy and hot at night. So we slept poorly and this ruined our whole experience.

We booked the Andromeda Suite, the biggest room in the hotel. It was amazing, and we were treated like royalty. A bottle of sparkling wine was left in our room, and on top of that we were told that everything in the mini bar was complimentary. (Beer, wine, soda, snacks - and all items were refilled daily.). The two room suite had floor to ceiling windows with a wrap-around balcony. The living room had a huge sectional and multiple chairs - perfect for entertaining (we had our adult son and his fiancé come upstairs from their room to share in our free drinks). The hotel is in the perfect location for Ostend, right off the boardwalk and next to the enormous gorgeous beach. Unfortunately it wasn't Summer when we were there, so it was too cold for the beach. But the hotel had a really nice indoor pool and spa, with both a hot tub and jacuzzi. What I really liked was there was adult only swim/spa time so we could relax there without kids using the facilities. Overalll, a great stay. Oh yes, hotel was also convenient to the casino (across the street) and many shops and restaurants. Definitely a great choice if you're in Ostend! (But recommended to go in the Summer!)
