Andromeda Hotel Ostend

It was a surprise from my wife — and honestly, one of the best ones! The hotel made a wonderful impression with its very friendly and welcoming staff who truly care about their guests. The rooms are spotless, cozy, and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The spa area is excellent — with a nice pool and, especially, the 90-degree sauna. And yes, it’s a real 90 degrees, where you can truly feel the deep warmth! The next morning, the smell of breakfast filled the air — absolutely delightful. I would even call it luxurious, with an impressive variety of dishes. Everything was so delicious that both children and adults were happy and full. A huge compliment to the chefs — the food was simply amazing — and to the waiters, who do their job 100%. Such professionalism and dedication are rare to find. You can really feel that this is a great team, supported by an excellent management staff. That’s something truly valuable. And between us — the bartenders at the bar are just great! Charismatic, polite, and always ready to help and mix you a delicious cocktail. 🍸 Thank you so much for your hospitality! We will definitely come back again. ❤️

Just returned from two fabulous nights at the Andromeda. It was absolutely perfect - right on the seafront with only a pedestrian walkway running by, so no traffic noise. The spa is stunning with a proper-sized swimming pool. Breakfast was huge - tons of choice and everything you could wish for. And our room was very comfortable with a view over the sea. Our dog was made to feel very welcome by the lovely staff, too!

Arrived early at the hotel, as our room was not ready at 3 pm we were given free drinks in the bar, the room was excellent, nice and quiet. The facilities, swimming pool and jacuzzi area were great. |Afternoon cake (free) provided a nice touch. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall, it was a great location and a very nice hotel on Ostend Seafront. I will stay here again if I visit Ostend.

Fantastic stay with amazing views of the seaside. Super clean. Amazing breakfast with so many choices. Sparkly clean. Professional service from start to finish. Loved the entire experience.

This hotel had everything. It’s not the most flashy place, but it had zero flaws.||The service was great, and the reception-restaurant was an amazing hangout-spot. The rooms were clean, and the balcony was glorious.||I have to praise the pool & wellness area, which was completed with two saunas and a steam bath — all of which led to an unforgettable experience.||If you’re going to Oostende, which itself was a great place, this is the place to stay.

Excellent! I love this hotel - have been several times. Service is great, facilities are amazing, location - perfect. Recently celebrated my birthday there. The team prepared the room for us with some nice birthday surprises - was really sweet! Spa is bigger than in other hotels. Everything is very clean and stylish. Breakfast is tasty and variety is great!

Perfect stay at an affordable price in november/december given the quality of the hotel, the bar, the spa, and it's location on the first raw.

Everything was great..the room ,the staff, the food ( honestly its the best breakfast I had in Belgium and not only..),the spa, the parking.|We shall come back for sure but not durring summer. I know Ostende ,it can be very crowded during summer holidays. |You can choose this hotel ,you shall not regret it.

One of the few 5 stars hotels at the Belgian coast. If you're in the mood for some pampering, do not hesitate to go there. Rather expensive, but cheap compared to luxurious hotels in London, Paris or New York. We stayed in one of the junior suites on the 8 floor, with private balcony. Superb view over the North Sea! Excellent bathroom with relaxing rain shower and bathtub. . The breakfast buffet was divine!!! Really everything was there, including smoked salmon! Very polite staff at the reception and at the bar.
