Andromeda Hotel Ostend

Arrived early at the hotel, as our room was not ready at 3 pm we were given free drinks in the bar, the room was excellent, nice and quiet. The facilities, swimming pool and jacuzzi area were great. |Afternoon cake (free) provided a nice touch. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall, it was a great location and a very nice hotel on Ostend Seafront. I will stay here again if I visit Ostend.

Fantastic stay with amazing views of the seaside. Super clean. Amazing breakfast with so many choices. Sparkly clean. Professional service from start to finish. Loved the entire experience.

This hotel had everything. It’s not the most flashy place, but it had zero flaws.||The service was great, and the reception-restaurant was an amazing hangout-spot. The rooms were clean, and the balcony was glorious.||I have to praise the pool & wellness area, which was completed with two saunas and a steam bath — all of which led to an unforgettable experience.||If you’re going to Oostende, which itself was a great place, this is the place to stay.

Excellent! I love this hotel - have been several times. Service is great, facilities are amazing, location - perfect. Recently celebrated my birthday there. The team prepared the room for us with some nice birthday surprises - was really sweet! Spa is bigger than in other hotels. Everything is very clean and stylish. Breakfast is tasty and variety is great!

Very beautiful hotel with a very nice view. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. A big plus is also the pool and wellness area which is incredibly nice. The hotel might be a little pricey but it’s still worth it.

Super location. Amazingly big rooms. Pool is also a big asset. Really worth to visit! Pool has hours with children abd adults only so 1 win for everyone.

Everything was great..the room ,the staff, the food ( honestly its the best breakfast I had in Belgium and not only..),the spa, the parking.|We shall come back for sure but not durring summer. I know Ostende ,it can be very crowded during summer holidays. |You can choose this hotel ,you shall not regret it.

I guess the hotel is OK enough, but it is impossible to control the temperature of the rooms. No matter how hard we tried to adjust the air conditioning settings in the room, the room was stuffy and hot at night. So we slept poorly and this ruined our whole experience.

One of the few 5 stars hotels at the Belgian coast. If you're in the mood for some pampering, do not hesitate to go there. Rather expensive, but cheap compared to luxurious hotels in London, Paris or New York. We stayed in one of the junior suites on the 8 floor, with private balcony. Superb view over the North Sea! Excellent bathroom with relaxing rain shower and bathtub. . The breakfast buffet was divine!!! Really everything was there, including smoked salmon! Very polite staff at the reception and at the bar.
