I highly recommend this hotel. The staff was amazing. Super friendly, accommodating, and spoke great English which was helpful for my family. The 2 restaurants on site were as good as Santorini had to offer. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had gorgeous views of the sunset. The hotel is walking distance from all the popular spots in town. Their spa was also a 10/10. |My family will definitely come back. The only negative came from my girls. They felt the lighting in the bathroom made it difficult to put makeup on. Everything else was perfect!||Thank you to all of your staff! You made our vacation extra special!

Our stay in Santorini was absolutely wonderful, and much of that is thanks to the incredible hotel we chose. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding — warm, attentive, and truly five-star. The concierge went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our trip was perfect, from reservations to recommendations, always with a smile and genuine care. Thanks to their dedication, our stay became unforgettable. The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located. We felt truly welcomed and taken care of. Unbelievable experience once again. This was our 2nd time staying at the hotel as we loved it so much I decided to come back to propose to my girlfriend. The staff took care of the proposal with confidence and had everything in place for our arrival. The oasis suite was the most incredible room/suite we have ever stayed in. The whatsapp service was amazing and no request was too much. The service was the best we have ever recieved in the world and not just in Europe. All of the hotel staff were amazing, helpful and friendly. The breakfast is our favourite hotel breakfast. ||We have stayed at many high end hotels and this tops all of them. For anyone coming for an amazing trip or thinking to propose to their partner, don’t hesitate to book this hotel.

This hotel/resort is outstanding. The location and views of the sunset are excellent. You don’t need to leave the resort! however it is a short walk to the shops, cafes and restaurants in Oia. Service from the staff is absolutely fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble. Professional and friendly. The facilities including pools, gym, restaurants are fantastic. Really first class. Highly recommend.

Where do I begin. I can't say enough about my stay at this hotel. The staff was COMPLETELY ACCOMMODATING. Every ask big or small was met with complete sincerity. We stayed at this wonderful place for 5 days and 4 nights and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets which this place is nestle at. Thank you to ALL STAFF bar staff to housekeeping for making this a memorable trip for my wife and I. BTW they also decorate our room with rose petals. Beautiful touch.

Everything was top-notch: the warm welcome, the spotless rooms, the great amenities, and the perfect location. Not a single complaint! What truly made our experience exceptional was Mariana. We loved our stay at the Andronis Arcadia. We had wonderful service and were very pleased with the staff. We were especially impressed with Ivy who greeted us by our name in passing in the duration of our stay. Housekeeping staff were wonderful. Our room was always up to par and turndown service was a bonus! ||Pool staff were attentive. Passionfruit martinis, vanilla spritz, fruit platters and guacamole were a daily must at the main pool. The cobb salad was delicious as well!||Pacman breakfasts were delicious with the most amazing view and exceptional service! It was difficult to return to the states without our daily bread baskets and coffee. These were not your average bread baskets. Croissants were as perfect as they get, accompanied by fresh bread, local honey and delicious marmalades (kiwi, orange and strawberry flavored). Not to mention the other delicious items from the menu (Yogurt, cheese platter, omelets, avocado toast...it was all wonderful!||Sunsets from our room and throughout the property were breathtaking! We stayed in the sunset suite and were blown away with the view from our private pool deck.||To top it off, Beefbar was exceptional! The food and service were phenomenal! George made our dinner an experience.||The location was great as well! About a half hour drive from the airport We were a short walk to the downtown area where we had the best of all worlds. We enjoyed the space at our property and the caldera views during our walks and shoppingWe will definitely be back!

The Andronis hotel is a stunning retreat nestled in an idyllic location—just a short three-minute stroll from the vibrant heart of Oia, yet tranquil enough to offer the peace and serenity that Santorini is renowned for. We traveled with our daughters, aged 10 and 20, and they both had an amazing time enjoying all that the hotel has to offer.||The hospitality provided by Mr. Theodor, Mr. Jim, and Ms. Penny truly exceeds that of many world-class resorts. When we encountered an issue with a lost item in Athens, they went out of their way to assist us in retrieving it. The staff consistently goes the extra mile to ensure your comfort and fulfill every desire.||The hotel grounds, pools, and suites are beautifully designed, reflecting the traditional charm of Santorini. The sunsets viewed from our two Natura suites were breathtaking, and the showers were absolutely fantastic.||Dining options, including breakfast at Beefbar and Pacman, were delightful, featuring fresh and high-quality dishes. The warm welcomes and genuine smiles from the staff made us feel like part of a family. Without hesitation, we would choose to stay at any Andronis property again.
