Where do I begin. I can't say enough about my stay at this hotel. The staff was COMPLETELY ACCOMMODATING. Every ask big or small was met with complete sincerity. We stayed at this wonderful place for 5 days and 4 nights and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets which this place is nestle at. Thank you to ALL STAFF bar staff to housekeeping for making this a memorable trip for my wife and I. BTW they also decorate our room with rose petals. Beautiful touch.

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff was amazing. Super friendly, accommodating, and spoke great English which was helpful for my family. The 2 restaurants on site were as good as Santorini had to offer. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had gorgeous views of the sunset. The hotel is walking distance from all the popular spots in town. Their spa was also a 10/10. |My family will definitely come back. The only negative came from my girls. They felt the lighting in the bathroom made it difficult to put makeup on. Everything else was perfect!||Thank you to all of your staff! You made our vacation extra special!

The Andronis hotel is a stunning retreat nestled in an idyllic location—just a short three-minute stroll from the vibrant heart of Oia, yet tranquil enough to offer the peace and serenity that Santorini is renowned for. We traveled with our daughters, aged 10 and 20, and they both had an amazing time enjoying all that the hotel has to offer.||The hospitality provided by Mr. Theodor, Mr. Jim, and Ms. Penny truly exceeds that of many world-class resorts. When we encountered an issue with a lost item in Athens, they went out of their way to assist us in retrieving it. The staff consistently goes the extra mile to ensure your comfort and fulfill every desire.||The hotel grounds, pools, and suites are beautifully designed, reflecting the traditional charm of Santorini. The sunsets viewed from our two Natura suites were breathtaking, and the showers were absolutely fantastic.||Dining options, including breakfast at Beefbar and Pacman, were delightful, featuring fresh and high-quality dishes. The warm welcomes and genuine smiles from the staff made us feel like part of a family. Without hesitation, we would choose to stay at any Andronis property again. The Andronis Arcadia truly lives up to its reputation, it’s absolutely gorgeous in every way. Our sea view suite was stunning, with a beautiful layout, luxurious shower, and a view that took our breath away. The location is ideal: steps from the heart of Oia and the caldera, but still easy to access for tour pickups and drop-offs. One thing to note is that depending on where your room is located, it can be a bit of a walk to get back to the lobby (uphill, about 10–15 minutes), though golf carts are available if you call ahead. The pool area is beautiful and quiet—we wish we had more time to enjoy it. Breakfast is included and delicious, and the hotel restaurants (Beefbar and Pacman) were two of the best dining experiences we had in Greece. The service, food, and ambiance were all phenomenal. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Santorini.

Our family had the best time here. From the food, to the views, to the service, everything was top notch!||The concierge team planned outings we asked for, took my girls shopping, negotiated best price and made sure everyone had a great stay. When we tried to find a good fishing excursion for my son, we ended up with a very personal local shore fishing day with a member of the management team. It was highlight of my son’s trip to Santorini. Accommodations and views were picture perfect. And in our last day we arranged to stop in Oia and pick up one last item my wife had her eye on. The hotel staff followed up, identified a pricing error and the store sent someone to the airport before I caught my flight to process a card refund and get us squared away before we left. Simply amazing time and attention to guests. Heartily recommend!

Best resort I’ve ever stayed at in all of my travels!! Clean, beautiful room, & perfect location to grab a bite, get some coffee, or if you need to run to a supermarket. Now let’s talk about the professional, personable staff here!! Zeta was our personal assistant, but when I say the whole staff went above & beyond, I meant just that! This property is worth every penny from the housekeepers, the drivers, room service, & of course the receptionist are all five stars!!!

Truly the best service I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. The staff is exceptionally kind and goes above and beyond to ensure every aspect of your stay is perfect. I would stay here a thousand times over. The hotel itself is stunning, with a gorgeous main pool and the added luxury of a private pool.
