This was a very, very special trip for our family as we were celebrating special occasions in Greece. For this reason, we chose 3 different destinations Islands, Santorini being one of them. We worked with a travel agent who suggested and booked the hotels accommodations for us. We stayed at Andronis Concept in Santorini and it far exceeded our expectations for sure. It has been one of the best, if not the best Hotel we have stayed in our lives, very luxurious yet very simple at the same time, nice balanced Hotel. Since we set foot on the property, the staff at the front door, reception, restaurants & bars, spa, cleaning & maintenance, etc., everyone was so extremely friendly and kind to me and to my family. It is located at one of the highest points of Santorini, which delivers amazing views, it is about a 20 minute car drive to Oía, the most visited destination in Santorini, the hotel provides a convenient shuttle service; also, the Hotel has access to a walking hike trail that connects with other towns in short distance, that was one of the highlights of our trip. We would love to return and spend more time & relax. To the Andronis Concept staff, thanks so much for delivering such a fantastic stay. Hands down, we highly recommend this Hotel.

Our stay at Andronis Concept Wellness was absolutely awesome! The staff went out of their way to make us feel super welcome, making every moment special. They even surprised us with a sweet little anniversary treat that totally made our day. Everyone was so friendly and attentive, always there with a smile when we needed anything. This was our second time staying at Andronis and once again, it exceeded all expectations. The entire team is incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive — they truly make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Every detail is taken care of with such care and professionalism. In my spouse and my 3.5 week honeymoon across a half dozen Greek islands, this was by far the nicest hotel we stayed at. We booked the room through Amex FHR. We were greeted at the port with a Tesla for pickup, checked in early and upgraded to an AMAZING suite with 2 stories, 2 balconies with ocean views, and a heated infinity plunge pool overlooking the caldera and with absolutely spectacular sunset views. The gym is nice, much better than other 5 star greek hotels. They also give guests unlimited number of water bottles per day, which is again better than other 5-star competitors and a welcome touch given the price per night. The breakfast was included with our stay and very good, there is both greek yogurt buffet and you can order anything on the menu a-la-carte. The pool is quite large and there is a second heated pool in a cave off the the side, although the view from that pool is not as amazing as the one from our room. We had a very positive experience with a couple massage at the spa. If there was 1 thing we would change, given its a wellness resort, we did not expect loud children playing eg with pool toys in the hotel facilities since that changed the ambiance quite a bit, and leading us to retreat to our plunge pool -- an 14yo+ or adult only experience would be preferred.

I recently stayed at the Andronis Concept Wellness Resort in Santorini, and the experience was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, the level of service and hospitality was exceptional. The staff at the reception were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always eager to help with anything I needed, from booking excursions to arranging transportation or simply sharing local recommendations. The suite was luxurious, offering stunning views of the caldera, a private infinity pool, and all the amenities you could ask for. The wellness treatments were top-tier, and the entire property felt like a peaceful sanctuary. It’s the perfect place to relax, recharge, and soak in the beauty of Santorini.

I don’t think there are enough words to explain how amazing this hotel is. From the design, the food, the views, the service, everything was just perfect. Nikos welcomed us the second we arrived and made us feel at home right away. Thank you Nikos! The service was on another level. Every single person working there is kind, warm, and always smiling. You feel taken care of from the first moment until the last. Our stay was a solid 10 out of 10. Definitely a five-star experience. If you’re celebrating a birthday, honeymoon, or just want to relax, this is your hotel. The location is perfect, right between Fira and Oia. Just book it. You’ll thank yourself later.

A Perfect Stay – Warm People, Incredible Food, and Stunning Views I stayed here for 3 nights and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, every staff member (Chris or Kris I think?) we encountered greeted us with a genuine smile. You can truly feel that they love what they do — their warmth, attentiveness, and welcoming attitude made a lasting impression. Every interaction felt personal and sincere, and it’s rare to see such consistently excellent service across the board. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, restaurant staff, or anyone we passed by, everyone was incredibly kind and professional. One thing I really appreciated was how respectful and inclusive the team was. It didn’t matter where you were from — everyone was treated with equal warmth and respect. As a Chinese traveler, I’ve unfortunately experienced subtle discrimination in other places, but here, we were welcomed with open arms and made to feel completely at home. That meant a lot. The food? Absolutely brilliant. Every meal was thoughtfully prepared, fresh, and full of flavor — a true highlight of the stay. (Btw we really love Mr. Valatis (? I’m sorry I don’t know how to spell it or if remembered correctly🫣) And the view… breathtaking. Whether we were enjoying breakfast or just relaxing in the evening, the scenery added a magical touch to everything. Thank you for making our stay so special. I can’t wait to come back — and will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for not just a place to stay, but a truly memorable experience.
