Andy's Frozen Custard

How are you out of your best selling vanilla custard? Genuinely order or make or prep more I don’t know what to say that’s unacceptable. Then my all chocolate cup is literal chocolate milk and it’s filled nowhere near the top. Andy’s used to be one of my favorite places to go to get ice cream.

Given the option for a special treat, my kids will pick Andy’s Custard 100 times out of 100 every time. No matter how many times we eat there, it’s the same great tasting custard each time. The Centerton location has been our new favorite location to hit up. The line moves quickly, and the workers are always so friendly. If you’ve never had Andy’s before, some of our favorites are the James Brownie Funky Jackhammer or a Cherry Cheesecake Concrete. I also enjoy sticking to the original vanilla cone as well. However, you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.

Showed up 10 min before closing and we were told they were out of ice cream. Unfortunately we were at an event and tried to get there sooner, but if a business says they are open until 11:30 be open until 11:30. Also you sell one thing ice cream. So one of two things happened. One you had poor planning and really ran out. Two with a line at the drive thru window you decided getting out was more important than satisfying customers. You wasted my time and the other customers in line.

Why do you have a drive through but you serve parked vehicle customers first? Plus why on earth do you have such a terrible drive through. You gave adults who already dont care about people another reason to be rude and cut people off. And non of your employees are ever out there? Terrible service going down hill fast

Has amazing service and has the best creamiest ice cream. But even better they have friendly staff that love to make the ice cream even better for you!

Bit pricey but Chocolate Frozen Custard is quite tasty and always the goto one! Won’t recommend the vannila one though as it is so sweet in taste and not my cup.

Go elsewhere and save the disappointment. Shakes, Freddy's, Culver or even the Rogers Andy's. 1) If you pay in cash, be careful of being short changed. Cashier will only argue over it. 2) The mess that is their access and drive thru is frustrating to navigate and you're lucky to not get line-jumped or cut off. The double lane (when not actually functional to order) is aggravating and does nothing to help the bottleneck at peak times. 3) Staff is just blasé about the whole customer service thing.

Love the melted chocolate in the concrete mixer! Ice cream was creamy and so many options to pick from.

Culver's custard is okay but it's not the same as Andy's. I've been happy to see Andy's expanding and they're in the Charlotte area now though not on my side of town. And since Mrs. K. loves Andy's custard, we stopped here and got a custard for the road. Chocolate for her, vanilla with pecans for me. The "small" is a pretty good portion so next time we'll have to get a "kid's" size because we really don't need that much! Firm, light, delicious, loaded with flavor. This is the good stuff! There is one thing about Andy's . No matter what location you go to the quality is always spot on.

Bootdaddy flavor is really good. Smooth too. Bottom of the cup was just heavy chocolate though, so I didn't really eat that part. The building is a little confusing so I just did the drive-thru, and lady was really polite and quick.

Always love Andy's. Quality is amazing and delicious. One area of improvement for this location is to blend the concretes a little better. Other than that, they're doing everything right and ingredients are fresh. We'll definitely be back.

Hey it's custard. Open since September everyone in town should have been by, all 55K. Great and delicious and lots of flavors. Customer service is great. Attendant was helpful and fast. Come on in!
