Rented Mokes last year from them. It was a rainy day in general. We didn't drive them crazy (we had kids with us). When we returned them, we were shocked we were being charged random extra fees for cleaning. Nothing was discussed about this when we rented them. It was one fee to wash the vehicle and a whole other fee to clean the engine... complete TOURIST TRAP! We ended up going to Amazing Rentals for future and they have been super helpful. I have seen this issue on several other channels/posts about the Reef Hotel charging ridiculous random tourist trap fees.

Lorraine is amazing. Kindest person in the world. So helpful and accommodating. The hotel is right on the beach. Perfect location. Breakfast is amazing. Highly recommend staying here when in Anegada!

Things are in disrepair as much of the BVI is. Bugs are a real problem here so bug spray up, especially when going to dinner. It seems the no see ems like to eat while you eat.

We always love staying here when we come over from STT. The environment is so relaxing, your problems just melt away here. The staff is friendly and relaxed. We always make good use of the honor bar. The dock right out front is very convenient if you are boating over. The rooms are simple but the key conveniences are there- solid wifi, cold AC, hot water, and comfy beds. Be sure to enjoy dinner with your feet in the sand, the ocean just meters away and the stars above.

We visited for my husband's 60th birthday and had a lovely relaxing time. The room was lovely with a very big and comfortable bed. The shower was lovely and hot and powerful. The room was cleaned twice whilst we were help. The staff were friendly and obliging. We ate at the hotel every night as the food was very good and the restaurant has a great view with beautiful sunsets every night. Always something to look at with the boats coming and going

Cute hotel with ocean views of the yachts/boats that are mooring on Anegada. We stayed here to be close to the digny dock as we had family renting a yacht. We did not spend much time actually at the hotel outside of sleeping, but all staff was friendly. The bed was very comfortable! They can help you with moke/vespa rentals onsite. You can also walk 3-5 minutes to two small convenience stores and another rental company. You will have to drive to get anywhere else on the island.

Popped in here for. “Quick drink” 3 hrs later - still here. What’s. Fabulous- welcome. The boss lady Lorraine is an amazing hostess: at the bar, she welcomes everyone - and what a. Character. Loved the cocktails - AND THEY HAD LOBSTER!!!!! We are sailing but I really wish we were staying!! Definitely coming back. Thank you Lorraine

We ate here on our sailing trip. Food was marginal at best (nothing compared to places on cooper or virgin gorda). Prices were elevated as expected at a remote spot.||However, the real issue is the many ways they try to rip you off. We ordered two full lobsters (along with a bunch of other food) and they served us two halves but said they would charge us for two whole lobsters since it was a big lobster (2 lbs). Well, while lobsters cost $65, half lobsters cost $45 or you can pay $32 / lb. So under what form of math would we pay $130 for 2 pounds of lobster? When I called this out they sent two separate people over to try and convince me that my single lobster was worth $130. They finally agreed as a “compromise” to charge me for two halves (at $48 each vs $45 on the printed menu). ||Furthermore this is a service included restaurant (18%) and they try to sneak that by you with the check. ||I highly recommend you try either of the other two restaurants on the beach. They all share the same food and you are more likely to get a square deal.
