This villa has it all!!! Excellent on everything. Walking distance from Oía, convenient private parking. This place is immaculately kept. Pool area is dreaming. Front desk assist you on whatever you might need. They give you towels and umbrella for the beach, towels for the pool and more. We enjoy any single day of our 5 here because we feel at home !!

This villa is above and beyond lexcellence. Impecable at any single corner. Location it cannot be better. Walking distance from Oía, without the crow or noice of it. The pool area is a dream coming through. They provide towels and umbrella for the beach, towels for the pool, assuring you are covered. Breakfast cannot be better too. Had a wonderful stay! Big compliments for the staff and in special Irini (if not spell correctly - my apologies). A warm welcome, amazing view from the room and a lovely pool to cool off in. Nice and quiet, respected atmosphere.

We loved everything about our stay here, from the wonderful happy and helpful staff, to the great and varied breakfast each morning. It had one of the best pools we have ever used, with plenty of sunbed options and shade. The entire place was always immaculate and the housekeeping staff were lovely! The room had a lovely view of the pool with a little terrace, the facilities were all great including the air con. The location is absolutely perfect. There is a little shop a few minutes away, as well as a handful of lovely restaurants with sunset views. It took us about 10 minutes to walk into Oia and there was a quieter road by the Villa that took us a much nicer route. I'd highly recommend staying here, we loved it all!

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed. With a no-kids-under-16 policy, the atmosphere was incredibly quiet and relaxing. The view from the pool was breathtaking, offering a stunning panorama of the sea and the island of Ios. The staff went above and beyond, assisting with car rentals, restaurant recommendations, and island tours. Overall, the peaceful environment exceeded all my expectations.

Our one bedroom Apartment with breakfast was perfect for our 7 nights in Finikia, Oia, Santorini. In the apartment we had a large comfortable Queen sized bed, a wardrobe, table and 2 chairs, desk and stool, TV, safe, an iron and ironing board and air conditioning, a good sized bathroom with a great shower and a kitchen with good fridge, hot plates, electric jug and a coffee maker. Outside we had a semi private terrace, a table & 2 chairs and views over the lower island and the sea. The property is located ~850M / 11 minutes from the walking path on the caldera that leads to the point and ~1.4km / 18 minutes from the central church and square, the location allows you to escape the crowds when required. There is a lovely common space around the 11.5M pool with sun leaners, sun beds and umbrellas. Our room was cleaned |regularly, the bins emptied daily and the sheets changed 3 times. Breakfast was good

I had a lovely stay here! Everything was so great. Staff is amazing, especially Penny she is working at reception, she really helped us and gave us instructions what places are good to visit in Santorini. Room is great and clean, and location is really good! All recommendations for stay here!!

Beautiful accommodation, a 15-minute walk to the iconic centre of Oia. Service was excellent, with very hospitable hostesses who were super friendly and helpful. Private parking available without extra charges. The breakfast was good with daily changes with freshly made pastries and cookies. No loud noises (however we were not in the rooms facing the street leading to Oia). The only thing that didn’t quite meet our expectations was that tv services were very limited without smart tv options. Also, note that even though the location is a short walk away from Oia, it’s not IN Oia and not facing the volcano. However you still have a beautiful view of the sea and can see the island Ios on a good day. We would happily book this accommodation in the future again!
