The Parktonian All - Suite Hotel

Perfect overnight accommodation. I slept throughout the night. Very beautiful, dinner galore, breakfast super. Friendly reception and kitchen staff. I love the 1 floor iron facility. Brilliant business idea.

The staff is friendly and promptly available to assist. I lost my way back from the parking lot, which is based across the street. Upon noticing that I have taken too long to return, the security officer who received me, followed me up and escorted me back to the hotel.

The worst experience ever! I will never sleep at this hotel again. The service is extremely poor. Yes, the rooms are huge, but they are conducive for rest — I couldn’t even sleep. The staff are unfriendly, not approachable, and don’t even smile. Honestly, I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Every moment at this hotel felt like pure enjoyment. The combination of top-class service, comfort, and a welcoming atmosphere made my trip unforgettable.

This hotel should be downgraded, it certainly is not a 4 star rating. I booked for my niece and her friend. They had stuff stolen from their room on a few occasions, including ID documents and someone attempted to enter whilst they were inside. They were moved to a floor not in use, in fact they had 3 different rooms and were still targeted. There was so much noise outside, they couldn't sleep. With all these issues, the hotel refused to refund, they had a week left, already paid for and we had to book them into a different hotel! I suggest the management need to review their security systems and their refund policies for issues pertaining to them! I certainly would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Top of the range hotel, 1st class, nice and clean environment, reception area... Wow, very inviting, everything is perfect here, their rest rooms are excellent, nkce and clean. The staff is so friendly..... Its the best place to be

Poor service, rooms looks terrible paint coming of the walls cant use the aircon, its make so much noice you cant sleep, only had one towel in our room, we where 2 poeple The breakfast buffet have only sachet coffee available Stoor door broken No answer at front desk when we call from the room. A comfortable hotel with nice, recently redecorated rooms and public spaces. Breakfast and evening buffet is loaded with well prepared high-quality food items but they tend towards the ordinary rather than specialty side. Always a reliable and filling meal. A safe walking distance to Constitution Hill and the Nelson Mandela Bridge for an experienced urban explorer, but beyond those points, the neighborhood becomes risky. This is certainly the only upscale hotel in the local area and staying here will certainly be comfortable and safe. The previous hotel owner was a Marriott chain.
