Food is pretty good but a bit overpriced. Long wait. Ambiance/atmosphere is nothing special as it's pretty much just an empty green room. Service is quite slow. Server refused to recommend any dishes to accommodate a milk allergy claiming some new law prevented him from doing so. This was the only place in all of France that said this. Then they served the dish with a butter-based sauce, anyway. I'm not sure why in this country servers can't just go ask the kitchen if they can make accommodations and not include milk ingredients. It's a tourist trap in the palace, as expected. Met expectations but could be better.

The food was really good and the reception was excellent, the staff was really friendly. A little overpriced but worth the price after a long walk through the palace. We waited around 10 minutes to be seated, and we got to eat lunch, hot chocolate and the famous desert Mont Blanc. Totally recommend, don’t be scared by the low score.

Perfect way to complete a visit to Versailles! As expected with the large numbers of people visiting this Royal palace, this restaurant is always busy and to be expected. Our friendly Maitre’d told us the wait was about 30 minutes and I tasked my teenagers to wait in line while we perused the Gallery of Battles… when we were seated, our waiter made some great suggestions and took care of our order in English and also Spanish (impressive). My Truffle cream Mushroom raviolis were amazing and my wife loved her Quiche. Our friend had the Vol Au Vent and loved it too. A charming restaurant with amazing food and friendly service, especially considering the amount of visitors they have! Five stars for us!

The staff are very kind. The hot chocolate and croque monsieur are very delicious. The Mont Blanc is also delicious, but it was too sweet for me. It is a tourist restaurant so the prices are high. But it is a nice place to take a break in the vast Palace of Versailles.

Located inside palace of Versailles. Please don’t expect much from this place. Grab food or drink only if you are really really hungry and can’t walk 10 mins back to station vicinity. There’s a restaurant that guarantees seat but need to wait longer(uses better cutlery etc) and a snack bar where you can order and take your food to one of three free seating areas. It took me 30 mins & a good mouth exercise to chew the “Sandwich Parisien”. “Chicken sandwich” was made using soft bread so that was okay. We were really exited about the hot chocolate, but it was kind of disappointing. Note: All sandwiches are cold.

Came across the Angelina restaurant on the top floor of Palace. Didn’t have to wait long, great service from staff. Ate in the cafeteria - had a croissant and hot chocolate. Easily the best hot chocolate in Paris, really tasty croissant. Worth the price!

Expensive but good food. We ordered Toast Avocado , Soupe du Moment, Tarte chocol at Banane here. Water was charged too. But the waiter Prashanth was very good to explain everything they had in the menu. Overall had a good experience.

Super cute place! Food was good and pastries were very pretty. The famous hot chocolate was delicious. It is super thick so hard to drink the whole thing!
